REQUIREMENTS:You must be a member of Journey Federal Credit Union and be registered as an active user of Journey’s online banking/e*Teller service. To use the online bill pay/e*Pay feature, you must also have an e*Pay account. Please note that there is a small fee of $2.50 that will be assessed for using e*Pay unless you are also signed up for e*Statements or are over the age of 60.
Journey Federal Credit Union offers this Mobile Banking App free of charge, however, mobile service providers may assess additional charges.

SECURITY:
• Mobile Banking App is protected with the same SSL encryption security features used when accessing your account from a computer web browser.
• Account number, password, and challenge questions are required.
• Time-out period for inactivity.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• If your mobile device becomes lost or stolen, please log into your account using a computer and change your password immediately. You may also contact Journey FCU during normal business hours to deactivate your account access at 989.224.9511.
• Never store passwords on your phone.
• Only download applications from trustworthy sources, such as those approved by the Google Play Store. Never open an attachment or download a file from a person or other source that you don’t know or have doubts about.

This app has the slowest response time in any app I've ever used. It literally takes 3-5 minutes to load my account transactions. For a while, I thought the app was frozen. Then I accidentally set my phone down, came back to it 5 minutes later to find my transaction log actually displayed.
I managed to get into the app and stay in once only (it kept booting me off as soon as I get in). That one time, I couldn't get any transactions less than a month old. I have removed and reloaded it 4 times now, and I can't get in at all now.
It doesn't work. Hasn't for months and months. Contacted twice. Told to reinstall app. Done that several times. Still nothing. Clearly something is wrong and they refuse to fix it. Horrible customer service.
Let's you log in but after that when you try to click to see your transaction history the app stops & shuts down. Then you have to wait 15 minutes to log in on a computer because you didn't log out on the app. Very frustrating & inconvenient!!
app suddenly stopped working. I've changed my password 7 times and it still won't let me log in. this needs to be updated. I need to see what's coming out and going into my bank account visually, not over the phone.
Since the update I cant do anything other than check my balance, then the app stops. Then...I cant log into my account on a laptop/pc for 15-20 minutes because the app didn't log me out when it froze. Very frustrating.
Everytime i go to click on my checking account the App keeps closing and asking me to restart app, and when I try it tells me I need to wait 19 minutes before I can log on again. I got a new phone (note10+) and app won't work at all on this phone.
This app never works unless you literally Uninstall and reinstall every single time you want to use it. Journey itself has gone down hill drastically
the app is junk, it wont load half the time and when it does half of the features wont work. We can't even use it on our new device, we bought a S10+ and the app wont even login
Took forever to login on my old phone. Just got a brand new phone and the app doesn't even let me sign in at all just keeps spinning and loading needs to be fixed only way i can view my finances now is through the website. Please fix!
Anytime I try to log in, it stays on the login and acts like it is loading but nothing happens. Very disappointed. This used to be a good app. Now I have to just go to the actual website to login.
I've installed and uninstalled the app several times on my galaxy 10s and every time I try to log in the download circle just spins and spins going no where. I will be uninstalling yet again
Very poor application, I have to go onto the internet, and it says it is a unsecure website, and that anyone to everyone can see my bank account. Please resolve this issue.
Update needed. This app used to work great, now I can't log in at all. After clicking the ✔, loading just spins but never loads.
This app used to work just fine until a few months ago. Now, I consistently cant login. Please update the aop, it is completely unusable as is.
App ran good few months ago now runs very slow takes over a minute to log in after enter is pressed then takes forever to load anything.
just updated this and now it wont load past the login, is really like to be able to actually see my account on my phone rather than have to go to an atm and check my account there. please fix this asap.
App closes as soon as I touch the screen. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't change anything.
The new update is not good. If you accidentally exit out of it or back out you have to wait 20 minutes to log in. Not a fan of the new update one bit or the ATMs either.
I can not log in on the mobile app. It used to work good a month ago. Now I have to go to the website to log in. Very frustrating.

This app used to work perfect for me >1 yr ago. Now, it doesn't work at all. I am not saying it doesn't work very well, I am saying this app will not work at all.

App always crashes over the weekend and won't allow anyone to login to check account or transfer money unacceptable for 2021 no other banking app has this problem
Alwaus lagging. It takes forever to get logged in. The fingerprint login is also not working.
This app is so WORTHLESS. Would of gave it a 0, if i could. Doesn't let your do anything and always keep refreshing without going any further....
The app use to be great. I think that they need to go back to what they were doing before all of the updates. Maybe make it more simple? I can't check my transaction history. I get charged overdraft fees if I don't have enough money in my account and not sure what bills came out so I don't know when to shift the money around to cover my bills. Very frustrating.. when trying to explain this to the credit union to get reimbursed for the overdraft fees- I don't get reimbursed. SMH.
