Joust Adventure
Begin in the training ground to master the art of flying. Face your first enemies in a harsh desert world, transition to an icy arctic wasteland, then to a lava firescape, and finally the pterodactyl's lair. Each stage grants you a new weapon or capability required in the coming stages.
Fly using the device's orientation and use thumb taps on the screen to flap and fire weapons.

I really did enjoy this game and would like to see it finished. I was looking for the original joust from the 80's but when I started playing this I quickly figured out how to maneuver and played until the end. To the makers... I see how people get frustrated it is extremely hard to see the instructions against the brightly lit background. Thanks for the experience...you're on to something good here
It was okay for a while to pass the time but then I tried flapping the wings to roam around the country and couldn't go anywhere and tried sliding both thumbs up and down as if flapping the wings instead of tapping the screen and that didn't work so, uninstalling for now.
I was so excited to play this! I LOVED the original arcade game, but this is unplayable. The controls don't seem to work or have any explanation. There are no menus or settings from the first screen to game play to try to resolve the issue. This could have been so wonderful. I'm sad to leave this review.
Once you get the hang of it, it's really quite fun. Could use a better menu. Really had fun playing the game after reading "Ready Player One".
Does not function at all. Controls are useless. App says it was made for an older version of Android.
Totally broken on galaxy S8. I just spin in a circle. try the arcade game if you get a chance!
Good game but here's a suggestion, make it to where you can the aspect ratio of the player.
I'm still kind of figuring out the controls, but so far it's interesting.
I couldn't get it to move at all left or right, I would have given it a 1 but I hate it when people do that. I really wanted it to work, too bad.
I think I played this long ago and it's been in development. But I am not trying to learn a new game and that's the conflict of interest...

We had fun
This is a great evolution of the original Joust game, but now in 3D! If I had a suggestion it would be to add platforms (clouds maybe?) as per the original. Or add more to the story. So a little room for improvement, but very good. I even liked that one has to figure out how to get into the game, it's not exactly obvious, like a test of wits, lol.

Seems to freeze after it says "the training ground". The music keeps going, though. Sad, as I was looking forward to what appeared to be a tribute to one of my favorite arcade machines.
Ok I love the game but I beat it to quickly. It would be nice if it had many more levels.
The game has multiple bugs and random letters are displayed all over the screen. I am only able to move directly up in altitude, and left and right. Too many bugs
It's about as good as a 3D touch screen version of Joust can be, but that isn't much.
Great game nice 3d version of the original but how do you exit the game or save your progress
I would like to say great game if possible could you brighten the words for the story line and leave them on just a bit longer I do not read that fast

It would not play for me. I got to training ground after story and just stuck there tapping the screen does not work. it just sits there seems stuck
Glitched during the ice arena by moving me backwards out of the arena and across the land far far away lol... Could not exit and backed out normally by phone. Realized after returning to game no save? Uninstalled till I see game has been fixed and addition added.
Unplayable. A first-person Joust game is intriguing, but not the way this was designed. the tutorial level is a ring grab a la Superman 64, but uncontrollable from the jump. Oh, and the controls are not explained. Load times are also unacceptable, especially with no progress indicators. If you've always wondered what Joust was or what it could be, this isn't it.
