The connectivity between the device and my phone is awful. Even with a fully charged battery and my phone right beside the antenna, this device hasn't worked properly yet. Very frustrating to have it cut out every time I try to use it. It can't give me honest feedback on my exercises. The connectivity is a mess. The idea and vision for this is amazing, but poorly executed. Fix the technical issues and this is life-changing stuff. Right now, it's nothing special. Also, the automated identical responses on everyone's reviews is ridiculous. Update: I received a replacement, which served to confirm that this device and app are not worth your money. I'm sad to say this, since I really wish it worked. Maybe I'll try again in the future when they have figured out better technology.

It has a lot of good features but doesn't work consistently. The games don't work for me. The manual exercises work better but do not seem to be measured consistently. Also under user help i can't get the language to change from spanish. How about an update after 7 months?

As much as I'd LOVE to say this is an amazing purchase...unfortunately I can't say that and mean it. I chose this over other, similar products because i loved the idea of the game to tell you exact numbers. Unfortunately that hasn't worked out the way I'd imagined. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but I havent been able to get that feature to work. I have yet to be able to get consistency. The game will work for a few min...then all the sudden it just stops registering. Wish it worked..

Terrible app! Loses signal every 2 to 3 minutes. In app support is them telling you to go back out of the app to send an email, not even hyperlink/ clickable link! If customers satisfaction is the goal why is the last update December 2019?

Not having connectivity prolems unless I get up. I think this is a truely unique product and they should embrace it more, by adding a lot more to the app. More games, more training, more feedback from training.

I'm attempting to re download because it worked great for the first day, now none of the games work or assessment. I've charged the device thinking it was on a low battery but no result. I even sat pantsless with my phone right by the device and still nothing. Really dissapointed.

Great concept but the app crashes. I tried for a long time to pass level 1 on the game but I kept getting kicked off because it disconnected and having to start over 🙁

I have not been able to complete a game as it disconnects every minute or two. Per instructions in the app reviews, I contacted the company with a request as to how I go about fixing this issue, but no response.

Great concept but it's a waste of money as the games don't work. Since the whole point is to use the games to improve I can't give this a higher rating even though the concept and design is great. :/

So aside from the 2nd game/challenge not working for me at all (I think connectivity may have been an issue it would work then all of a sudden not work) I love the app!

App won't connect to device. App won't let me log in. How is anyone supposed to get any use out of this if it won't work?

Does not work connection is virtually non existent I have a powerful Internet service provider the product does not work As much as I would like to say it works it does not I would just like a refund very disappointed customer

I personally love this app. Never had any issues. I do wish that there were more games however! Highly recommend!

it will not stay paired, only pairs for about one minute then disconnects. DO NOT purchase this product.

love the device, please have more games for beginners, going from 10 to 30 is a lot.

I enjoy the device, but the app continually crashes. I KNOW how to do kegels and this app is not performing a fraction as well as advertised. Please update the application.

Total rubbish, Bluetooth is finicky at best. Waste of money.
