Joy - Wedding App & Website

Fantastic. We planned or wedding overseas. This is a great way to get all the info and updates out in one place. We can't imagine the endless WhatsApp and Facebook groups, SMS and emails we'd have had to try and wrangle if this didn't exist. Can't believe it's free!? Not to mention all your guests dietary requirements in one exportable xls. It's been great.

With joy is an excellent wedding app! We picked it because you can send out free save the dates and RSVP and reminder cards to your guests! However, there are so many other great features. Like putting the wedding schedule on there, asking questions to guests to organize it all on the app. It makes it a lot easier than needing to write down everything and you can just log in and view all the guest information. Thank you so much for this great app!

Super impressed. I think it is pretty intuitive, you can amend quite a lot from the app and it sends updates when guests interact. The whole system is very helpful for wedding organisation! The registry is very useful and i really like the ability to add a schedule for the day. I would recommend.

Stress saver! Super easy to use and navigate once I figured it out. I wish it wasn't prefilled though. I missed taking some info out and confused my guests for a bit. Other than that it's been wonderful!

Collecting our RSVP information has been an absolute dream with this app. We have a multi-day wedding with various events and different people are invited to different things - what could have been a disaster to organise has been made super easy with Joy! I found it easiest to use the website on a desktop to set it up, but once that was done, the app has been a great way of keeping an eye on things and making any necessary tweaks. Genuinely cannot believe it is free! Such a life-saver!!

While the mobile app lacks some functionality that mirrors the web experience that can be a little frustrating, the overall data management of Joy has helped us immensely. Very sleek and easy to use. Lots of positive feedback from our guests as well.

Joy is amazing! We're using it for our wedding it and it has everything we need. Im amazed its free, though i wouldn't be surprised if they changes soon! Easy to use and customize.

This app is everything you need. It is so easy to set up and personalise, and perfect for disseminating all important information to your guests. I love that you can export a spreadsheet with all your guests and set up RSVP questions for things like meal choices. It's also great for mass emailing guests, which has been great with having to send updates through the pandemic. Would highly recommend using this as a wedding website!!!

Very good app and website. It has made much of the wedding planning so easy and straight forward with autofilled suggestions to make sure you have all the information you'll need. We have a lot of guests flying in so it's a great way to keep all the information in one place for people to check. The best thing being that it's free!

The described functionality of the site and app sound great, but it's not working for me. I made a ton of updates to my guest list - adding people, giving them tags. The people I add through the site show up on my app but without the tags I assigned and they're not reflected in my RSVP totals. I reached out a few days ago but maybe they don't have customer service over the weekend?

Very useful and easy to use app, from UX perspective. Could get a bit better of course. Like having multiple answer options in RSVP questions and other minor improvements, but other than that everything is fine.

The service is very useful and relatively easy to use and helps a lot with organising a wedding. A few more capabilities on the app would be nice, as would being quicker.

Doesn't even work. Can't log on as it keeps say there is an error, so I tried to update password cause maybe it's me. Nope won't even let me change my password. I don't know the point of having an app if it's not functional for users. Love the actual website, would love if I could use the app and can't update anything from the website on my phone. Please fix for users!!

I really did not want to go to the trouble of making a wedding website. Thought it was a waste of time and would be difficult. But a friend said it would make my life a million times easier and she suggested Joy! I gave it a try and was in LOVE! The website is so user friendly and really took a lot off my plate. My wedding guest list got wiped on my computer at home when doing a clean up. But because I made Joy everyones information was saved! Would reccomend Joy to everyone!

I absolutely love this app, the only thing was it was already filled in so you have to redo EVERYTHING kinda takes up time , an really bad if you forgot to change something and you guest ask you about something from the app that you missed and its not your info lol , but it was awesome other then that.

Love using this app for the guest list and RSVPs for my wedding as well as our wedding website. Keeps everything organized and really simple to add/remove guests, send invites and save the dates and give guests important info about the event. Lots of nice designs to choose from for the website itself and the invitations/save-the-date cards. We saved a bunch of money (and trees) by doing virtual invites only using Joy. Much better for guest list stuff than wedding wire and free!

This app/website is extremely painful! We've spent days trying to edit it all. It is SO slow at responding and the app often opens blank. It's not our internet as we've tried on two different networks and superfibre broadband. It has so many glitches. Otherwise, the layout etc is exactly what we wanted. It's just a shame it's so slow and time consuming for both wedding users and guest users trying to RSVP.

Despite a few features that should be tweaked and improved upon. This is a very friendly user interface for wedding planning, management and advertisement.

Exceptional option for organizing that special day. Very simple to use, the mobile app works great for what you need it to do. The website is also simple when you are on the computer. Thank you.

Super easy to use, although annoying you can't access the dashboard to edit the guest list from the app. Minor inconvenience but otherwise great app.
