I ordered earing backs through Walmart that are sold by Joybuy. 3 days after using them my ear broke out and got infected. It was hard to get the back off because it Had corroted to my ear in those 3 days. I waited a week for my ears to recover and tried another set of backs same outcome. When I contacted Joybuy I was told my refund wasn't accepted because it was past their allotted return time. Walmart seeing other complaints did refund my money. I then trashed the bad product.
The app is terrible, slow loading. JoyBuy is a part of JD, but compare to JD. JoyBuy is the worst. JoyBuy should ask JD app Developer for improvement. Most of the items are out of atock. But still keep listing under promotion. Please remove the products if they are not available or out of stock.
Bad experience. Super slow delivery from China, no idea where package is. No real time customer service. Reviews are badly machine translated from Chinese. Not recommend.
Can't add my shipping address. It says "only English characters are supported" but the state/region only has Chinese Han characters, so it won't let me add a shipping address. Can't order
The app is so slow . Crushes all the time. I did order one and half mounts ago. Still in transit . I want to contact some one and there is no way too! I try go to customer support and it ask me to sign in ! Again! But.... i can't because it says some kind of error.. im geeling stupid for buying here
Uninstalling because I don't agree that a shopping/e-commerce app should need access to my photos. I cannot see why the app would not be able to run without this permission.
Forget the app! They sent me a rose without the charger and on the package, it was supposed to be included!! Instead, they gave me a refund. I didn't want a refund I just wanted the charger to it. Now I have to get the charger from somewhere else and I don't where to find one.
Please fix your app. When I try to register, the create account page cannot be swooped down to let me being able to click on the bare of registering

Uninstaller 1 minute after installation. Why should a shopping app need permission to my photos and calls to function. Byee
I did not open the app because it demand access to storage and files of the phone !!! Why all that need other apps do not ask this access ! Similar apps do not require all that permissions

Do not use joybuy to buy any products. My $350 xiaomi roborock broke down in 7 months and they refuse to do anything for me. Beware and buy from a good US store.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! My mom bought a heated vest from them in November before thanksgiving. The email I received stated I would receive it IN 2 DAYS. Were in December and still nothing. I contacted the company and they said " they can't find my order and I never purchased from them." I sent them a copy of the invoice and I received the same email. If you want to lose your money then use them. I'll never use an app even with one neg. Comment. Learned my lesson.
