• Date & Time: - select the begin and end date/time of your booking. you'll be charged based on the length for that you wish to lease the vehicle from Joyrides.
• pick out motorcycle:- the next screen will display you the available bike models for the chosen region and time duration entered by you. The screen can even display the tariff and the security deposit to be paid for the respective bike. Please note that the deposit has to be paid at the same time as taking the delivery of the motorcycle. You only have to pay the tariff quantity via the application to book the motorbike.
• confirmation screen: - This display screen will provide you with all of the necessary details associated with your booking. The user is asked to read the terms and conditions very well earlier than proceeding similarly. once you settle to the ‘terms of Use’, you'll be directed to the payment page.
• payment: - you can make the payment through Razorpay, Debit card, credit card , net Banking or cash.
• booking affirmation: - After a success crowning glory of price, your booking will be showed. This screen will display all of the information related to your booking.
safety Deposit: -Please note that the security deposit may be refunded at the time of vehicle go back. In case of any damages or overdue go back, penalty expenses can be applicable and the same will be deducted from the safety deposit. Please consult with the Pricing policy in case of any queries.
using License: - Please note that it's miles mandatory to have a valid riding License so that you can rent a motorcycle from Joyrides bikes rental. The license reproduction can be uploaded to the application at the same time as booking or while taking the transport of the car.

My Bookings: -this option will show you details of your present and past bookings.
offers and deals: - you could check out all of the going for walks offers and offers on the Joyrides application inside the menu segment. Make the maximum of all the offers and discounts at the same time as booking your experience.
call help: - you can directly call our customer care center using this option.

Although the booking process and pickup is extremely easy, the app has some glitches where it doesn't show when payment through PayTM has been made, causing me to accidentally make extra bookings. The booking cancellation process is extremely convoluted and ultimately I couldn't get my extra booking cancelled. The app shows no option to opt for an extra helmet and an extra helmet was refused to be given to us even after asking for it by showing the unavailability of the extra helmet option.
Not at all recommended. I went to the vendor. He denied me the service and told me to cancel the booking. I called their customer care to get my refund. I have still not received the refund. And also i don't know why but that particular booking is no longer showing in my app. Fortunately i took screenshot at the time of booking. Please go for other apps. They have better services and care for their customers.
So I book a bike. These basturd charged me extra money at the time of drop. I had already paid the whole amount online. They are fraud. Don't use this useless service. There are many other better bike providers. These people offer or show cheap price in app and at the the time of drop charge any extra penalty. They had the worst behaviour i had ever seen.
Worst experience ever as a tourist, we have travelled several places but never faced such situation. We pre booked a vehicle, and when we went there they asked for license we gave them license which they denied saying it's not original and employee asked to contact call support for any query, when we called support number they don't have any alternative, they just denied and cut the call after wasting our one hour in asking irrelevant question, and no solution was provided to us, no refund ntg.
It's a good experience with joyride. But about last ride was baddest, I booked a cd110 for long ride but at mid it automatically slow, reason was clutch wire was loose. They didn't service well. Please make sure if you wants Long ride check the bike conditions.
I had worst experience. I had booked a scooty for a day and when I went to pickup the vehicle they asked me for my original licence. I showed them my license from digiLocker which is an authenticated source. But they denied saying they need a hard copy of original card. Even when I asked for a alternative option of keeping of my Aadhar card they denied. Customer care also did not give any valid reason, she mentioned that it is the only option. There are other options, so please avoid this app.
Cannot take bike out of jaipur and this thing u could only read in terms and conditions. Do you read all terms and conditions before installing any app Or anything if yes well and good. But terms and conditions itself don't stand still. Customer care can't solve queries. Bad.
They are totally fraud. I would request everyone whoever reading this before making any bookings here is to DO NOT MAKE ANY BOOKINGS from Joyrides. I booked my vehicle for 1.5 day and they instantly deducted the money and when I tried calling them no one picked up the call whole day and then after trying for the nth time finally some idiot picked up the phone to tell that there is no vehicle available and now they are not even refunding the money.
There customer care doesnot respond you well. There servers are not good. I had a problem from past 2 days about amount been deducted but booking not confirmed, they asked me to book another ride and told me that i will get refund But till now there is no futher update. I have send them screenshots on whatsapp and they kept on telling we will see!
Worst, worst, too worst service I ever seen till date. I rented an scooty. that was soo worst like it's down in every one hour. I called the support and was like what the hell, they said they will refund my whole money and amount which I have spent in repairing still they haven't and every time there answer is like we are doing process. So my suggestion is if you don't want any kind of problem then don't use this app. And yeah app ux was too impersive, like it's too worst I ever used.
worst app. I cancelled before pickup but they didn't refund me by saying it must before pickup time and their privacy policy didn't mentioned pick up time they do is pickup. I hope they could use time in that whole paragraph.
Worst experience, I think it's a fraud They always ask pre payment and never return money and they keep original license in hard copy with them selves and if u ask why they never have any answer and there customer care is always pretending not to have any alternate and deny to return money which I personally think as a fraud system .
This app is so useful. I used it for the first time at my Jaipur trip anf I rented a scooter at reasonable prices. The condition of vehicle was new. Overall, this app is a must use if you want to rent a two wheeler.
worst customer support ever.......my booking amount has been credited but booking wasn't done.....and customer support team taking too much time.... they're not responding back....worst ride app ever
Totally Fraud Company Joyrides At the time of booking no any condition mentioned regarding security deposit but when u reach at pick up point to pick your booked bike they told you to deposit security money, if u went cancel your booking due to un ability of money no refund provide by this company. This company harassed people's and want illegal earnings. Request all plz don't book this bike.
Improve in user interface. Too slow app. Otherwise bikes are in well condition and affordable price. Price is less than onn bikes.
Bike condition was good.. provided I got it on last minute. Although the brakes were bit loose of my activa but then the overall condition and drive experience was good. Thanks to manish from joyrides for arranging the ride on last minute booking.
1st time I used joyrides . Definitely a good facility for the people. But I have noticed people misusing such a wonderful initiative . This is so useful to many people who look for alternate transport.
With reference to my current booking on joyrides bike rental for Vehicle hornet . Had a very good experience in terms of Receiving and Dropping for bike . Looking forward for more experience like this.
theres a single problem they have in multiple days ride that the ride only books from 12O'clock to 12O'Clock it should be a chosable timings. otherwise nice experience, they have a very genuine charges & its very helpful for outsiders like me. who came from other places. there service is good. condition of vhicle was well maintained. & a very much thank you who so ever made this platform for us

One of the best Bike Rental service. The only glitch they have is their app is not good. You have to do thoda mehnat in Booking your bike. Baki once you book the bike you are good to go. Wli have used this app in Jaipur. It was very convenient saved our time and money both.

Terrible experience. The vendor didn't came on time. Didn't picked up call even after the time of booking. The support number available in app is always switched off. They are conning innocent people. Wouldn't recommend to book in advance.
