This app was overall decent but now it is not opening.So what's the use of the watch without the app I've tried I all types of phones still the App is showing an error. I will be happy if it was back in the same state also without update but atleast we can sync and see the time & date This is the least I can say as the band is just kept aside and is of no use. Request to fix this ASAP

Phone keeps crashing, application won't start unless you restart your phone (everytime), call notification is not working nither the sms though the notification setyis one, data is not accurate and the band itself keep losing data everytime it's disconnected.... The oraimo band was a bad choice..

Band gets disconnected always from the app. Hence we never get the alerts for Calls, SMS, etc.. The steps/kms gets updated once we open app and link the band. Battery is good. Easily last for 7 days

There is problem in this app working with Android 8.1 version 1.5 which is I'm using. I can't able to connect my band to my phone. This app connects with band and then disconnects immediately.

Its disconnected with the band, when i have close the application ? Everything is perfect rather than this feature. please fix it and give the connectivity on the background service.

After Updating to android 9 (Pie) it seems application is not compatible with CALL alerts are not showing on band even if band is connected.... kindly fix this issue and provide update of application

The Brightness is very less. I have difficulty in seeing the time.Though I do not have specticals and it is showing me that the battery is full.

If there's a minus rating, this app deserves one. Absolute nonsense. Should be scrapped. Doesn't work and when it does, you can't even rely on it one hour. Oraimo can definitely do better than this. They should stop disgracing themselves and scrap this app.

I bought an oraimo tempo band yesterday and i had a very bad experience as oraimo tempo watch disconnects suddenly after several trials of pairing. Please advise as i believe that the application needs alot of fixing.

Whenever I left the app, it disconnects with the band by itself. Whenever a call comes it again disconnects. I'm very much irritated by it. Pls give me reply, how to fix it. Pls😔

Hi team, This app is not open. Then how we will connect and synchronise device to the mobile. Even I can't update date and time on my band. Please help me go for alternate.

This app disconnects with my band as soon as a call comes if the caller ID is off the band stays connected so ther is a bug in your app which crashes the app when it needs to send caller id my android is pie please do check its compatibility

I don't wanna give one star, but when we have to post a comment at least one star I have to give, this app is not even opening,it's written there joywear keeps stop working, just annoying 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😠

App itself not opening in moto one vision. Earlier it was working, also with lot of bug once it connected it off the watch in sometime. No display properly. App as well as watch is pathetic

After updating to android 9 it seems the app is not compatible as call and other alerts are not shown on band however even if it is connected... kindly fix the issue.

I having a terrible experience using this app, it would have been nice if wasn't disconnecting anytime I minimise the app interface on my phone.

This silence by the developer is not helping the situation. Those of us with Oraimo smart watch model OFB - 10 are unable to connect Joy app on Android 10 devices. Please help fix urgently as the app does not open after installation. I sent a mail yet no response too. Alot of your customers are dissatisfied.

Hey it's a very good application. But the only problem is that it does not show Instagram notification like WhatsApp and Facebook. Please work on it. Bcoz a lot of people use Instagram.

Guys please don't buy their products neither download their app. They doesn't provide proper service to the customers. I have a fitband and I can't access it without the app. now it's utter useless.

App was Not even opening. Brought new oraimo smart band. But can't able to use, because of this app was not working in the latest android mobiles.

I will advise not to buy any of their products. Very disappointing that the developer does nothing about the app. This is just a way to make us buy your newer products but that's not happening because this will just happen again with the other products. I am buying a galaxy. Screw you people!! You don't even deserve a star

Not getting call alerts, message alert, step count when we are on bike. I was sent many feed back but there is no any update.....
