User experience is discouraging especially the the watch face download/change process. Why would the app have to sync every downloaded face once download is done? As if that wasn't enough the syncing process is annoyingly slow. Users should be able to execute a download separately and change the face when they need/feel like it. The developers should look into this.
Update / Upgrade your UI Your app is functionality is okay but it's too basic the designs make the device look cheap. I believe that you'll attract more users by upgrading your UI/UX design of your app. I happen to be a UI/Uc designer and I can hook you up with good Designs
The sound doesn't work on watch...just vibration....and the font is too small uneditable ...doesn't sync with the basic alarm or calender on the phone manual is very small and still very small font and can't download it.
This app is terrible. I have been trying to create an account since I turned on the watch and the error is still 'registration failed!' Please fix the numerous issues with the app.
SUPERB!!! WOOOWW AND AWESOME Please make an update that can add a music platform on the wearable device so that one can play music directly from the watch to a wireless earbud without playing from the phone. Thanks
I have never seen a app as useless as this. Got my watch for over two weeks, and i have been unable to register on the app. It keeps saying registration failed. I cant even use the watch. I hope this cant be fix ASAP. The truth be told, i am so disappointed.
Overall experience is poor and I can't even save my Custom Dial, the customization is very poor and limited as well. The available Dial are very poor designs...definitely switching.
I just bought the oriamo watch and the face of the watch keeps reverting back to the original one, the synchronization takes forever and I can't find the faces I downloaded on the app on my watch....so can't it be permanent and why can't one just change it without synchronization?
1. Updates don't appear in Google store. 2. Display face of fitband smart watch changed to analogue. No provision to change back to digital.
I don't think there should be any ratings above 2 stars based on my experience. I can't create and account, not to talk of log in. I also can't sync with Google fit. The UI is generally poor and my experience is bad. I will most likely give the watch out soon and get a better one. I hope y'all improve though
Purchased a new Oraimo SW 16 and being a first time user as I register for a new account it has failed despite getting a capta sent to my email account. The message that returns is 'Registration Failed'. Please resolve this issue urgently and I will be happy to review my rating. Thank you.
I entered my email address, password and captcha and it keeps showing me 'registration failed' This is really frustrating. I brought the watch since 2days and I can't use it because this app won't register me. What can I do?
The worst app ever used, can't get notifications, Bluetooth always disconnected, tried so many times to connect but not successful, no call notifications, no Sms no nothing, very tiring
I haven't been able to register and log in since I downloaded the app. Registration always fails. Soo far it's been a very frustrating app.
All good but missing Slack and MS Teams Notification options, can you guys add these 2 apps for notifications as well.
Allow the app to connect to other health apps that seem more accurate than this one. The sleep option on this app is not accurate, I wake up at 5:00am an the app thinks I'm still asleep,you don't have an option for me to set the time I sleep to help the app improve it's accuracy. My Google fit data seems more accurate than this watch plus I don't see yoga among the workout activities, very disappointing 💔
Why the only choice on call its refuse Other watches give u two choice when coming call accept or refuse I think you can add another choice . Facetime it's look very cheap please add something ceritave like other watches
Watch is good, but application after update not working properly. Watch disconnected automatically.
I hope the app will be well upgrad.. you must explain the main option to utilize your watch not to be stressed, already no external speaker.
Pairing this thing with your phone is hell..the process could be made easier..bought the smartwatch 2 days ago and I still can't pair the watch with my phone
App is pretty basic, let's the watch down, watch faces are of very poor quality. Improve on the UI please, notification fonts and improve the watch faces, include the contour design if you can.
Basic features work as expected. However, there's room for improvement. 1. Overhaul your UI/UX (both watch and phone app). 2. Improve sync time for watch faces (dials) 3. Enable watch auto-reconnect/auto-pair once both devices are within reach. No need to manually pair each time the connection between phone and watch is lost. Typical example is when my device is restarted. I have to go through the process of pairing again. 4. Allow full view of notifications on the watch instead of previews.
