It always shows error while trying to download the lab reports, also the per day minimum bed price starts with 6000(for isolation room, and they try to make to stay there), which is not at all suitable for an avg. person.

First of all I would like to congratulate the Managing Committee of JaiPrakash Hospital and Research Centre, Rourkela for conceiving such a wonderful thought for building up this much needed multi-speciality hospital and research centre, and being able to achieve such a remarkable feature, So finally we have a reason now to proudly say that Rourkela is surely progressing towards for becoming a Smart City.

Hospital Management services is so good
I am regular visitor to City Centre. This hospital is really nice due to presence of specialists like skin, ENT, dental etc. Staff are really nice & friendly. I would like to have one suggestion. Hospital must engage a general physician (atleast two hours during morning and evening periods) so that patients who are suffering from fever, cold, cough and other deseases can consult him.. Once a general physician is engaged in City Centre, there will be flood of patients from basanti & Uditnagar.
The lab report could not be downloaded after several attempts.Very dissapointing service.

After entering the patient ID, I clicked on forgot password it shows a pop up notification saying verifying the user name and it stops there itself, there is no further processing. Please ask the developer n tester team to work on it.
