Very bad. So far no customer service or even response to my emails. Internal account transfers are not efficient and keep on declining my correct password. I have not received my bonus as yet even though it showed on the dashboard. Its just empty promises. Customer service i would say out of 10 is a 0.2
This one useless app from a very useless company. It keeps on saying my password is wrong even when i keep on successfully changing it. The less said about the customer service they have provided me with this issue, the better. JP markets is the worst broker I have ever had to deal with. If i could give it negative stars, i would！
Since I downloaded the app I had nothing but problems, JP markets is the worse broker ever. I had to wait for my own funds for nearly a week, I sent them all the documents they wanted to verify my account, they said it will take 2 to 3 days but a week later I got a email saying if I do not send my details for verification they going to disable my account in 7 days time. All I want to do is deposit money and trade but JP markets has made that impossible for me.
Depositing money within the app is hustle free but if you use a banking to make a deposit into the wallet takes forever, I deposited last week and yet even today the amount does not reflect on the wallet. Tried to contact help desk but no answer and yet they claim operate 24hrs. Tried to also chat online for assistance but still nothing, the automated chat machine keeps pasting the same message after the other. When I change levarage from 500 to 200 it says successful but does not change.
Tried to withdraw my money but it has not come through. They don't respond to emails or calls. They're very quick to take the money you put in but taking money out is a nightmare. Pathetic customer service as well. Avoid using this app if you can.
I give this app 1 star because I can't comment without giving however, I will kindly withdraw it right here right now.. Your app is a mess, it needs serious fixing.. In case the developer forgot, we are dealing with cash in this app it can't be freezing now and then. I m now re-installing it for the 8 times, if it freezes again I take my business elsewhere, this is a two way street no one should be doing the other a favor... I pay for this App and services around it, please and please again fix
The app needs more room for improvement, change tickets system to live chats even 12hrs a day if 24hrs is not possible. Live chat help to solve problems fast. This App was only updated on 26 May last year. It's time to update with extra advance features. Thanks
This brokers are really bad I would not recommend them, I made a payment on their app after they payment the wanted the statement I tried to upload it but it would not let me after sending them emails the respond days later telling me the will assist the situation I'm still waiting for my money. You are a scam jp markets
Sometimes it works, sometimes it's useless. I can't even login. It keeps on going back to the login screen whenever I put in my details🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Bad customer service. I deposited my funds but could not even start trading as I had a problem with my profile password ( the app kept saying it was incorrect even though it was the correct one). No response after i lodge a complain through one of JP Markets communication channels
In my experience this app is trash, I have been struggling to open a demo account for over a month. Suprisingly when I open a live account I don't struggle.
I have been trying to update my banking details for almost a month now through the support email, even tried getting their attention on WhatsApp. They told me to email my documents, which I did. I uploaded my bank statements and ID copy and they said my account has been approved. They asked me for proof of payment and my mt4 number. I asked what kind of proof they required, they never answered me to this day. My account is still not linked to my trading account. This is poor customer service.
I'm giving this app one star because I can't log in but I have signed up for an account. Instead it tells me that my username or password could be incorrect yet I reset my password every time it does that.
This broker is like a place where all the old krooks combine to generate ideas of taking money from people. They manipulate charts so that you can loose, even now I have open trades in the MT4 app but cannot access it because they said their fixing the server and was supposed to be fixed by today but it isn't. They referred us to an app where we could access our accounts but it doesn't log in. Don't join this broker if you are from a broker wich you think it's bad your about to join the WORST!!!
I downloaded this app last week and would like to use it but I cannot open a trading account as everytime I try this and enter my profile password it gives me an error.... Please assist with this.
Good app. But equity is just a dream given. Doesn't work at all. Account only holds balance. Equity doesn't even allow you to open trades of that equity size cause balance won't allow it. So the 200% credit is just a dream
No response to emails or calls, they take your money from what they deem "market haults" without confirming or letting you know, cant log in, cant deposit, cant withdraw, cant transfer constant issues... worse app/ broker ever...
Made a Deposit of $100 dollars (R1575) via the JP market online portal, the money was deducted from my bank account but nothing reflected on my JP trading account. Tried contacting them on all their contact numbers , there's no answer! Sent numerous emails no response! Service is truly pathetic! I won't recommend.
The app is 100%, I don't understand why sometimes people write negative comments especially if they are the one who are wrong. 1st time using this app to deposit and it seems as it is even faster than the web. It even more user friendly.
Warning!!! Please don't waste your money on this app, I made withdrawals days ago and nothing happened, I've been writing and writing they give me a ticket number but no response, check Instagram comments everyone is complaining they didn't get their money, some for a month now
Nonsense complete nonsense.....i didn't receive my login ID for mt 4 , and I've spent 12 hours trying to figure it out..... guys good things means quality!! This app is just a waste of time and scammers now they have my personal information but I'd Hardly use them for the job... Very good broker and app but i hate the fact that it keeps on showing error when I try to open a demo account ,but works instantly when opening a live account.
Battling to withdraw my money for almost a month now. Besides that the app is 60% of the time down or has a error or can't open due to some reason or another.
The service is vert poor i have made two deposits and they are not reflecting, when i try to send emails they don't respond my emails. The service is very poor
I deposited money into the account but it hasn't reflected, and it's been a week... Sent the proof of payment to the finance team, but nothing happens...and the support team-0 No one picks up...Worst Broker
Unprofessional and inconsistent. The app is a replica of their website and it is unsuccessful done. This is by the worst app and service one could receive. Even when documents have been uploaded or sent via email, there is still no response as to whether or not the account has been approved. Very disappointing.
