It kicks me off and won't let me on and it upsets me because I'm trying to talk to my dad and I'm not very happy with this version.😠😠😠😠Keeps telling me slow network try again I do over and over and I've got all bars or missing one and it still says slow network fix it please my dad is the only one that has ever been there for me the only one I can talk to.
The developer needs to fix issues. How can something be rated that cannot be opened and explored? The developer makes quite a profit from this to allow communications between loved ones that are incarcerated. How long does the issue have to remain before the profit margin significantly affected enough to prompt resolving? Maybe threat of losing a large contacted client such as the FLDOC.
This app won't even open! It says slow connection no matter what device I use or the wifi I use. Have tried it several times & nothing. This is ridiculous!!!! Bring back the old JPay app!
Put this app on my phone to be able to talk with my brother. And it won't even let me open it. Close on me and says network is slow 😡 even I have all my bars. Right now if I could would give no stars . Not happy at all.
since the new update i assume this is the original one. it says slow retry network. my network isn't slow. i'm on high speed wifi. I guess I will uninstall then.
Been trying for months to get this to work. Says network too slow. This is ridiculous considering this is the only way besides mail I can contact them...
I'm trying to find an jpay app compatible with my chromebook and this app was recommended. I installed this app and it would not open up. I have jpay on my phone but that version isn't compatible with my chromebook.
It downloads to tell me when I try to open it error slow network over and over even with perfect network we need the original one back
I downloaded App. Tried to open it, and it's giving the same message that EVERYONE is complaining about. The App won't open. This is ridiculous 😡
It seems this app was never meant to work. I used to use it to keep in contact with my father. Then i had to get the update. It doesn't work now. Trash!
Most ridiculous App ever. It won't even let me open it. Continues to say slow network. What am I supposed to do with that?!
Jpay new update shows different from on my iphone and Samsung. Why is that? You can not open the app. This has to be fix!

I can't even get it to load because it says Network too slow. Apparently it's been doing that to a lot of other people so it's not a fluke.

Keeps saying slow network I had the app on my phone for a month and could never open the app so I uninstalled it.
I know for a fact I have a fast enough internet connection it says slow network retry and then closes not up to expectations couldn't even use it
This app is no good it won't allow you to open it. It goes back to the same screen. Don't use it. Seems like someone is trying something .

The other app says download the new version so I downloaded this one and it won't even open.. very disappointed.. please fix app

Worse app ever. I read all the reviews n its wierd how only 4 reviews say its great but there not even real names and from 2017 how odd but it will not even open and how come the jpay w colored cornors is available threw play store on my phone but not tablet isnt its straight across the board very very odd
When will this be fixed all of our loved ones are waiting to hear from us and we can't even open the damn app.
New jpay? Recharged? Recharge the initial version of jpay bc this one wont even open! So I dont even know anymore than that. Perfect timing to make a terrible change that is a failure..during a pandemic when people are concerned about their loved ones. Definitely could have perfected this app before the original was shut down.
