I downloaded the app went through the process and got to the end and that's when you find out there is a $30 copay. Even if you have insurance and don't have a copay you have to Pay. During the Covid19 the Drs. don't want you in the clinic unless there is a need of urgency. Patient's that just need to talk to someone shouldn't be charged for it.
Extreme ease of use; Provider was extremely courteous; an active listener; so much easier than attempting to book a Same Day Visit with a provider.

It was really easy to use and put in my info. There was a short video in the virtual waiting room and I didn't have to wait long at all. I had Sandra Moreno as my doctor and she was very good at listening and I found her very helpful.
I don't understand this app always work good for me now it crashes everytime I load it up I have the Samsung Note 9 and I need this for my medication
Appointment on my chart today at 9:30 am Lab will not do until November 2, 2020. I don't expect any change or actions. There have been other issues and never got a call back

This is NOT EVEN JPS ...SO WASTE OF TIME IDENTITY THIEVES?!!! IS THEY IS A 3RD PARTY STEALING ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION...NOT EVEN AFFILIATED WITH JPS MY CHART IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EMAIL THAN THIS ONE IDENTITY THIEVES!!!

You cant do anything on this app with your phone
First of all, 24/7 care is not offered as suggested in the first sentences of the description. They have normal work hours. Second, none of these practitioners can write prescriptions, so what exactly you could utilize them for is very limited. And like others said, no coverage is going to waive the $30 appt. fee. Note that this is a public-private partnership--Acclaim is hooking up with the publicly-funded JPS to milk appt. fee cash out of JPS' patients :) If you have a doctor, just call them.

Annual labs aren't being giving, so how do Doctors know medication level?
Doctors on there can not prescribe meds

Seems like a good idea except that the app says it had no services in my state. This makes no sense as I have been a Tarrant county resident and a JPS patient for more than a decade. Would rate higher if the app actually would work for me.
