This app used to work nicely. Now it is simply dysfunctional. ⚠️🚫 I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it caused my phone to lock up! I agree with the previous reviewer - it's a conspiracy. The app worked TOO well and they found they actually had to go around fixing things that the ratepayers are actually PAYING FOR‼

I cannot register on the app and I cannot register on the website. I can't use Facebook to sign in, or email, because it times out. I have an urgent report and now I can't even use this insipid app. All I want is to report an issue that has been ongoing in my area of work since November, but that's never going to happen with this useless portal or app or whatever it is. I am highly disappointed. And extremely vexed.

This app used to work, but has not for a very long time. I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing, but I still keep getting the same error when trying to login. How does one resolve this error? Java.secuirty.cert.Certpathvalidatorexception: trust anchor for certificate path not found.

The app does not even allow you to register. It is just as useless as the functionality of the City of Johannesburg governance itself. I have damaged all 4 rims on my car due to a trench in the road, fixed them and 2 weeks later damaged another 2 in a pothole. I downloaded the app to report these problems, and instead, I am now reporting the non-functional app... Internet research shows that it has been down since Jan 2020!?

The app no longer works, seems like we are two months into the new administration and the old problems which is the reason they were voted out is back again, can't seem to shake it, very disappointed.

First call or two well managed. Thereafter they closed the calls but didn't bother to fix potholes etc. Have to wonder with such a great tool they could do so much. Inefficiency having crept into the system...

This App use to work well, lately cannot log new issues or follow up on previous issues logged. Frustrating, some Java certification problem? Being like this for some time. Help! Website also not able to log....

Doesn't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled... Still doesn't work. Screen closes as soon as I tap on login with a msg that it has timed out... Disappointing that JRA has. Not picked up this bug

Not working. Been unable to log issues for several weeks now. Was useful but not of late. Logged an issue to the app developer without any feedback so I am not sure if its being looked into.

the app does not allow me to log in please advise when this will be resolved. The app crashes every time I try to log in. The email provided also fails to send. This is ridiculous.

The app server has an issue: "chain validation failed" upon opening for existing users. I cleared cache and data and reinstalled app, as a new user " connection timed out error" comes up.

Useful when it works. BUT, lately NOT working. My guess it's intentionally disabled as it generates work (repairing ....more like filling) potholes etc. Senseless and useless if disabled. Emails and phonecalls to the JRA are even ignored of late. So, whats new :(

Poor not functioning for long now google playstore need to remove this app. They just waiting my data. I have used it previously and it was great. The city of johannesburg need to give public feedback as to y they not using their app that they have paid for. Or is it just another waistfull expenditure.

I downloaded this app and it was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped working and says application has stopped working and it won't let me report anything. Please assist

Unable to login. Can't even load a new profile. A great concept but absolutely useless until they fix this problem

Downloaded the app but unable to register. Totally useless app with zero functionality. Sent email instead but not holding my breath. How do you fix a pothole if you cannot fix the app?

I agree with everyone this app is totally useless one can't even login. It keeps on sending error messages.

App been down for a week now? No response from Developers? Several months have passed since my original post and still this App does not work! Developers also dont reply to issues! As for ratings, reduced from 3 star to 1 star.

I have just downloaded this app and it doesn't work at all. It opens and shows me a blank screen. I've tried reinstalling it but that doesn't help.

There is a java security cert error on the app and it has stopped working ☹️ Any attempt at fixing this app? It was really useful when it worked.

Can't even register or sign in with Google. Totally useless. I see this has been going on for long. Should be removed from Playstore until fixed!!!

Not able to access the app, keeps on asking for password to log in. I had to change password 2 times, keeps on saying cant find account.....

Was very good, now not working. The error has something to do with Java and security certificates.

It used to work. Now sadly the app is a demonstration of Johannesburg in general. Potholes, robots not working, signage missing etc.

Refuse to use as it wants access to my photos and other items on my device which is not necessary if you are reporting issues found!

Used to be very useful. Now cannot login or register again. Hopefully they will fix so pothole reporting can continue.
