Great app. Love the workouts and meal plans. So easy to swap out a meal and get a replacement in a timely manner. Highly recommend for beginner or advanced fitness.

Stay away! This service and app are horrible! They only care about money, and the app is so bad, looks like something from 2008. They promise to give you new meal and exercise plans each month, but they do zero follow up after the first cople of days... They also sell this as a renewing subscripion and provide zero communication before they charge your credit card for another three months of "service", even though it's obvious you weren't using the service because they weren't providing anything!

Awesome stuff in the app. They only issue is that it takes ages to load. Around 5 minutes to get into the app. I wish the app could be faster. It needs some work done on it. But other then that the app is good.

Love the app . Brings everything to the tip of your fingers. You can quickly access your exercises, meal plans while your out or while your traveling around.

Can the workouts be downloaded please instead of relying on data constantly??... it takes a WHILE for me to load to new exercises and sometimes loads to a different page or odd dashboard before taking forever to load back to the Previous exercise.... I have about 2 bars signal in the gym .......

I'm loving the app so far. I needed guidance with meals and workouts as was going nowhere trying to lose the weight & get fit myself. Love how you can swap meals they planned for you and exercises. Its only been a week so far but can see results already.

Really awesome but the new interface have some lag when it comes to fetching the data from the server and the swipe menu is abit laggy when it comes to choose your meal

Just signed up, great trainer and the methods work, no doubt but he is getting hacked by some horrible people so that is the reason why the app isn't working properly.

Wish we could use this also online not just in an app . using back button sends you back to home during a week or it's time consuming but still love the plans included!

Best app ever to lose weight and I love the option that provides all the grocery list and the quantity to take

The only issue I have with the app at this time is that the option to swap exercises is gone.

Loving the new app guys but it seems to be running a little to slow.

I'm a member and i am having trouble to access my workouts. Videos are not playing. Can you please fix it asap

App refuses to load any exercises/meal plans , anything!!! Why are we paying money for a service that isn't available?
