JS Mobile Banking

Worst application and team behind this app ever! Can't even log in as it saying "Internet connection Issue, make sure your application is updated". Though, i have reinstalled it multiple time but of no use. Issue is same since quite long time and JS bank team is just so busy with other works and not able to fix this. In this competitive level of banking era to provide convenience to customers, this bank simply doesn't bother to fix the simple issue. Moving my account from JS bank as well.

Such a horrible experience working with this app, all the time they send a message that I have logged in but the app doesn't open and after 10 minutes there is a notification that I need to login again, very bad experience, if you can not fix your issues with the app why are we being charged for it,

the previous app is ok. this one is rubbish. every time you have to generate 2 pins, 1 in email and 1 in mobile. only 1 gets through, the other one never recieves. the interface is tiring. overall a very bad experience.

It has been the worst ever application. 99% it will give you an error stating that the connection with the server could not be established. JS Bank charge around 10 thousand in total per annum to every user that signs up for their mobile banking app and this is what they give you after failing to make a transaction tens of times, you finally need to go to the bank. Its just a wastage of time and energy and money ofcourse.

why don't you give option of using this app with JS credit card. every other bank is providing this facility that make easier to use credit card and keep a check on spending etc. it becomes much easier to pay credit card bills online and visualise statements. JS credit card is useless unless you provide access through this app.

Idiot app, issues are listed below. 1) unable to login using finger print 2) when I got login there is really bad user experience 3) Unable to add beneficiary 4) Uable to send any transaction Suggestions: Please remove the slider from your app for better experience. It better to show once when someone login. App Development company seems very immature. I think I am alone can build this app in very less time with flawless user experience.

I am trying to register a new account on this app since yesterday, Despite my several tries, I am unable to register my account on application as the system is sending OTP Email after 4-5 hours delay Edit 03/Feb/21: The app is completely a mess, I am getting Server Connection Problems each time I try to perform any action, I've tried to transfer an amount through IBFT and it showed me Server Connection Error and asked me to try again, I tried again and boom.. the transfer happened twice.

THE WORST mobile banking app ever!! The app has been unresponsive for weeks now, and has made me want to pull my hair out. Not that it was any good when it was responsive, though. The bank and its app are a perfect match. Koi waali waris hi nae

Horrible Experience and I am their corporate client! 8 minutes wait when dialing contact center! Everytime the agent picks up it disconnects! And stupid part is you need to call them to activate you mobile app! Very digital! Please don't make mistake with JS Bank allot better options available!

Pathetic. The application is slow and laggy, also, no proper error messages to indicate any unexpected behaviour. Keeps saying, please get your biometric verification although I have done it twice.

What is this app for? Accessing Fort Knox? I want to add a beneficiary and I have to wait for codes? What were you guys thinking when making this app! Instead of making things quicker and easier, you make it more difficult and leave no motivation for me to continue my banking relationship with JS! Absolutely horrendous!

Worst app from a bank. Previous one was working fine but I installed it 2 months ago and was taking 5 minutes to process and then denying at the end. Tried it today and can't even login as app can't reach server and they blocked the previous one already which was working fine till morning

When I am trying to recharge a ufone SuperCard an alert notification appears that check your internet connection and make sure app is updated but there is such problem 😔 and I am very disappointed with this please resolve this issue with the app otherwise what is the use of this mobile banking when it's needed the most and it doesn't works.

I am using js banking app from 2 years.. My app is updated but when i want to open it .. Pop up appears that check your internet connection or update your app ...... Thanks for your assistance and immidiate response .. I really appreciate it ... But there is still ptoblem .. I followed the steps you mentioned .. When i go to forget password, the recent mentioned pop up appears that update your app ...

It is written in the "About App" section. 3. View your credit cards’ details, available limit, due date, outstanding, minimum payment. Pay your Credit Card bill instantly. But in actual the app doesn't have support for JS Credit card, how are credit card users supposed to check their bill, due date and pay their gas, electricity, internet bills from?

It doesn't let me log in. When I enter username and password.. It says that update application or check internet connection.. App is up to date and internet connection works perfectly fine. It worked before but not working since 3 days.

2.8 overall rating tells the story of this app. Though i am using it for most of my banking needs but not without pain in neck. You have an app and you just need to make it work each and every time someone opens it. Please learn some tricks from HBL. Here and there it stop working and ask me to download a non existing update. Overall not a good experience.

It looks like SARKARI App. Not working since last many days. I advises those who use online payments via mobile they should choose another bank n mob app. Each n every time i tried to make a transaction the pop up comes n always no Connected. Very soon i m going to close my account in jsbl. Totally disappointed

I will never recommend anyone to open account in this bank. I have lost 25k pkr in time during transaction from mobile. Although I have send to my friend and he returned me. Lost amount in an ATM one time, did transaction but the machine gave error but amount was deducted from my account. It takes 20 days to reverse this transaction. Worst ever experience we get from this bank. They have multiple of issues. Now the App is not working any more.

Very bad experience. Sign up process is way too bad, you'll never receive the OTP on mail. The contact is not helpful either, most of the staff don't know about the solution. JS would be my last choice

Worst app. It keeps asking me to update the app and then i am unable to do it in playstore since there's only option for either open it or uninstall. When you open it, it asks for update again.. Goes in loop.

every time this app disappointed me poor performance as compare to other banks whenever i logged in it takes me into the home right way but while choosing account summary i get error message regarding server availability while i receive sms and email at time. i am unable to top up view balance..

Such an amazing banking app ever. Soo much user friendly and easy to use. Everything is on your fingertips just one click and get your things done. Like utility bill payment, mobile card top up, money transfer. Mind blowing app never seen an app like this before to be honest. Proud and satisfied to have an account in Js bank becsuse my life is much more easier now.

So the developer replied by saying download the JS app from playstore. Dear JS bank response team. This is an app from playstore I did not develop it at home. I have uninstalled an reinstalled the app again. Same problem. Please fix the problem before you project the blame onto the consumer we have been using this app for 1 year now. The alert asking to check the internet connection and update the application keeps popping up.

This app is so dumb and bad that it forced me to write a review. So far this is the worst banking app i have ever seen.during registration there was an error and now i can't login the app nor i can register again and their helpline is one level ahead they don't even underdstand what issue i am facing and keep giving me deadlines for 24 hours wait 48 hours wait. Even emailed to the devloper with screenshot and they didn't even bothered to reply.

First, if you already have Internet banking you shouldn't have to sign up again and pay extra just to use an app. Second, you have just copied UBL app design with a lot less functionality. Who was stupid enough to suggest that this app should have an annual subscription?

I am going to transfer my bank account to another bank only because of JS Mobile banking app. Everytime I try to join the app, the password policy doesn't let me move towards a next step. Even after contacting on helpline number continuously, the problem doesn't seem to be solved.
