The app is still worthless for the express deposits. I just tried repeatedly to e-deposit 2 money orders. No use. The express deposit, which is very important to me, is terrible. It is very fineky, unreliable, and user unfriendly. It can't match the amount I enter with the amount on the checks. It can't pick very fine prints and writing on the checks. And, almost always fails to recognize or accept money orders deposits maybe because there usually lots of information on the checks.

Express Deposit barely works. While I've been able to get it to work before, lately even when I retake thirty pictures, just trying to get it to take my checks, it keeps saying the amount I input doesnt match what's being detected. For sure typed in everything correctly, so... Fix whatever algorithm y'all use to detect numbers on checks. Because it is extremely flaky and frustrating and inconvenient! :(

Every time I open it, I get a error message about not being connected to the internet. Tried removing cache and data, even uninstalled and reinstalled. Haven't been able to access my a count for a week with the app. Luckilly, the webpage kind of works if I set mu phone to desktop mode.

I agree that the app is horrible, cumbersome, unintuitive, but the worst thing is choosing an account to pay or pay from and it switches to a different account during the last step. Really need to verify prior to the final click. I missed catching at least 3 times so far. Oh, and transfers to JSC take 4 days or so to post. Transferring from JSC has a fee. JSC as a secondary account is nice but not for primary online banking. And JSC says that they upgraded a year or so ago, wasted effort!

Its difficult to use. Not user friendly at all. To many selections without user friendly instructions. I try making my car note payments using this app and its almost impossible to figure out. This has cause my payments to be late, when I actually paid early or ontime. Im hit with late fees and probably a bad report to Creditors. Customer Service was no help, they agreed with me. Please fix your app and make it more user friendly for us dummies!

This app could be better. I cannot find a suggestions page anywhere in it. The app works, and is mostly proficient. But, certain things about it could be confusing to most people. If we could get a suggestions place, I've got several to submit.

Having trouble keep getting error message at log in. Saying no internet connection. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Going on wifi and 4ge/5ge internet. And nothing. Guarantee there is a bug between app updates and android software update. Please fix. I can not appropriate add funds to my account. And am getting charged for excessive fees.

App was great until recently it runs all the time. I have to force stop it. Also when selecting account info, specifically checking, it gives me an error message. I have to try several times before info shows up. Worried.

The mobile deposit feature on this app is useless. It'll give error after error for no reason, even when the pictures and writing are perfectly clear. Also notes on transactions are not available due to a character limit. I had to log into the full website to see a note on a transaction regarding a bank approval for a debit.

Liked it before..this one is too complicated when you have several accts. and trying to get to the one you need and to transfer money back and forth between accts..Takes forever to get everything done quickly and to find the log out button to end and get back out.

Worst banking website and worst app I've ever experienced. I can't use website on my phone due to too many glitches. I hate apps. You forced me to download it. I've tried to log in over a dozen times. It keeps saying "enter authentication code" and it never sends me any code!!! I dont know where the heck it's supposed to be. I'm a generally tech savvy person and have never been so frustrated with a bank's internet access. Cant you hire a better web and app designer? Please!

Great app! Makes banking so much easier. Especially when out of town. And the times that I have called JSC, with various questions or issues, I have always received nothing but the best, professional, and personal service!

12/05/19 Lots of problems lately! App keeps running in background...have to manually stop app. App won't open today. Getting error report....says contact institution. 3/20/21 Very frustrating! Still having the same issues at times. Sometimes it will tell me my user name or password is not recognized, contact institution. App will stay running at times, and I have to manually stop the app to keep it from draining my battery even after I disabled permissions. 5/6/2021...app still has same issues!!

The app itself is fairly clunky. Basic actions you'd find on any banking app are done differently on this app, and range from "less straightforward" to "unintuitive". Of course I have to use the app for now since there are no branches near me, but it's plainly a poorly built app.

This app is awful to navigate. For instance, right now, I am trying to return to my account info after looking at a deposit. I cannot get back, but have---instead---been asked to rate the app.

I cannot make a transfer payment from my checking to my Visa card. Checking shows up fine as well as the Visa but the Visa stays gray and won't open to let me transfer my payment! Very frustrating to say the least!! I've been trying for well over an hour now and I give up!!!

The app is very slow and you get errors all the time. Rather it's looking up stuff on your account and or make a payment to a loan. Very annoying, needs to be better!

id give this app a better rating if it would at least let me create a new account so I can sign in. ive been trying to get it to send me a verification code through text and nothing is being sent. very annoying. Edit: someone from support got it working for me. I gave it 2 more stars for now.

It all works well except for the express deposits where you can send pictures of your check for deposit. It takes fifteen tries each time. Don't have this issue with other bank apps. Send particular to this one

Pretty good app. Could be a little more user friendly, but once you know where to look for different things, it's not bad. Wish it still showed how much was in your account at the time of individual transactions.

I love JSC! We moved to Louisiana and they don't have one here but I still use JSCFCU for my checks, registers and debit card! You CANNOT find any better service and I don't want to either! Again, I live this app as well as it is a lot easier to use, well, for me anyway!

Writing that long phrase on the back of every single check is cumbersome when there are several checks. Also, the app should be improved to better detect that phrase despite part of it being intertwined with a signature.

Absolutely HATE this app! My Visa payment is due and I cannot get into my account to pay it. I am seriously considering finding a new credit union to have my account with. Fed up with JSC changing things for the worse every time I finally figure out the ladt change!

The app is working great on my tablet, but I can not install the app on my phone. The app does not appear in my app store whilst browsing using my phone. I have tried for months searching and still no app.

usually have to retake pictures multiple times. batching is extremely slow. I'll deposit a check at 7am and it won't process until the end of the day. if my account gets overdrawn, they don't care if there's a pending RDC, they'll charge an overdraft fee anyways.

Loved it up until today. Now it's required to endorse the check a VERY specific way or you can't do express deposit. It's VERY hard to write endorsement so the app reads and accepts it. Ended up using white out and redoing endorsement 2x to FINALLY get app to accept deposit.
