Very BAD app required re login after every few minutes even when running forground actively as well as background running also require re login after only a few minutes. Damnit and on developer. At least its session should be for a day

Extremely pathetic experience of trading. No features for new age trading, old and obsolete widgets which have no place in today's low latency trading environment. Every time you've to tap on buttons to navigate default navigation of mobile doesn't work on this app. It's like a hand tied environment of trading. Should improve and work on User Experience of this application and add new widgets and features.

It's a pathetic app. Every time I log in, it shows " Invalid log in credentials" Multiple times password has been changed, app has been removed and reinstalled, but nothing worked. Click on options are also not very effective. In short, it's a total frustration.

Probably the worst app I've ever used for trading. It throws you out everytime you switch to another program. It automatically logs out again and again. Not recommended at all.

Very bad experience so far, it's keep crushing hanging and you have to wait for minutes to relogin. Bad interface no information about the purchased shares prices No history! You have to search in emails to remember on what price you bought a share.

Too many glitches in app. And it responds too slowly. It could be make more use friendly and fast like investify etc. It doesn't even tell you that market is open or closed. I must say that is the most pathetic app in trading.

Tried to create an account but document uploading options are not working. Now looking for other broker.

Too much disappointment from update.. login process became very good but order placement process went RIP.. I have to login again and again after every 5 mints otherwise order can't be placed.

Very slow and gets disconnected at its will.... Needs serious effort to improve the app, or you may loose your paid members .... So sad to point out frequent crashing... Disappointing to say the least.... JS plz wake up from deep slumber... 🤔🤔👎👎

This app is pretty good but only one problem that I have had faced is that after clicking on buy/sell order, then i cannot change ir cancel my order, please guide

After update. Loading process is so slow. Really disappointed. I am unable to watch changes in stock price. Fix it.

Gets logout again and again. Although most of brokerage houses are using same KITS application but all of them Need to move to some other stable application base.

Crashing frequently. Poor management don't have time to fix. May be need to close account what they want.

App is getting worse day by day and update after update. This is not a social media app or a digital gaming app , this is bloody business why don't you understand this. I don't know how a stock brokerage firm is silent over this . This should be the fundamental concern for the company. Get it well as soon as possible otherwise we have to move our portfolios somewhere else .

After yesterday's upgrade it was not working properly but recently upgraded to 5.5 JSGCL TICK, its working fine now.

You are practically locked out if not on your desktop, neither web nor mobile interface work.

Interface is not impressive.needs improvement to make it user friendly

Trade pro was there best effort thy should lunch it as soon ad possible to compete others..this not show net proft or loss, it do not update the any current buying in portfolio, order placed befor the market opening expires immediately, also dosent have web login. Suggetion : As JS is one of the best brokrage thy should develop and improve there own app like trade pro and lunch it soon.

The interface is very annoying ..not at all user friendly..
