Be in Japan and having only five free tries isn't enough to carry a conversation and it could even understand stand up i was saying it kept translating the wrong thing

Only let me use it 5 times before it asked for money. It worked okay but it changed a lot of my wordsand didn't translate what I wanted it to. Didn't have romanji which made it hard to study. This should not be listed as free.

It says server down just when I need it
I was just in Japan and wanted to use a pocket WiFi so that I would not have to use AT&T. The app refused to work and I waited for 10 + days to get a response for technical help. Voice translate pro is the one to get..not this one. I we able to run translate pro all day with the pocket Wi-Fi and it worked perfectly. We were able to have true conversations with lovely Japanese people who were all wowed!.. It was a real ice breaker 😍
It does not work without a sim card
I speaked a few Japanese phases I know very well. The translations were all wrong when put into English.
Konichiwa. Hajimemaste. Dozoyorushiku. SOS. SOS. Please help me. I cannot download and install this app. Many times it failed and displayed Error 505. I followed Google adv to resolve but unsuccessful. But I have no problems to download and install other Nihongo apps ne! Domo arigato gozaimasu.
The app only offers a limited number of uses before you have to pay for a temporary pass, the UI is hard to navigate and crashes often, and it is filled with many worthless features. The app functions more as a platform for advertising than it does a translation program
It can't really understand what i say and when I type they fall it comes out (in Japanese) as theyfall.👘

Bridges the language barrier greatly.
Not even a one off payment?! 7day and monthy passes?!!!!!!... Yeah no thank you. Free access is so limited its hard to see if this app would even be any good if I did pay for it.
We need more of this in other languages like Pakistan Arabic.
