App keeps crashing, have forced stopped the app, cleared cache and even uninstalled and re-installed app but still crashes every time. UPDATE. The new version is now working as expected so many thanks for fixing app
Still waiting for you to UPDATE This Apo Cannot. Pay anything towards my bill won't let me this is what I get Unable to continue[Format of one or more elements is invalid according to the specification] it's been doing that for days it would be easier using app then having to keep phoning to do it
Can't log in again. Says account null. Every week this happens and I usually fix by uninstalling and reinstalling but won't work at all this time.
Crashes all the time, can't view my bills, now it's telling me I have no data allowance just minutes and texts... Just rubbish really...
you can't back out of the app..... you need to go into settings and do a force stop every time you use it.
Since the last update the app doesn't work keeps flashing on and off so I'm uninstalling it.

Why can't you see itemised billing for previous invoices? The only time I would need to look at the individual entries is when I spot an outrageous charge on an invoice...but I can't!
The app doesn't work on my Samsung S7 Edge. It starts but when I log in, it starts to render the account page and then crashes back to the login.
this app is terrible. Installed it onto my Samsung s7 on recommendation from JT to view data usage but every time I attempt to log in the app crashes. Utterly useless

I've tried to log in, every time it just drops out
Clicking on a bill just shows a message telling me no preview is available. Website says you can pay bills using the app - have yet to figure out how which feeds into my criticism of the design which is generally pretty rubbish. UX leaves a lot to be desired and it's overall quite unintuitive. There's no link back to the Dashboard once you drill into another menu... I mean the list goes on. It's also inexplicably slow for the most part and I'm using it on a phone that has 12GB Ram!
