JTV Go

WORST app ever! Keeps throwing you out if you try to leave (a positive) review. Not a chance of a smooth purchase experience, even if you have their credit card. To read reviews the same one keeps popping up instead of a smooth overall view. It's ALL about social media, so if you're not on it forget it. This app is useless. Might as well call if you want to order, which you will, their jewelry is fabulous.

Easy to use, convenient for me to go back and review other shows I missed, easy look up for ALL jewelry, with separate categories and TONS of choices to easily find what you're looking for. Great prices and beautiful jewelry. I've NEVER had an issue with JTV. Their customer service is by far the best I've dealt with for any on-line shopping experience.

Overall excellent. Things I'd streamline: #1. is the "saved for later" section. Hate that when you remove something from the list you don't remain where you are, instead takes you back to cart. #2 would like a one button return to area. If I'm under main page, then decide to shop for something and there are 5 pages in the search, once I get to the end I have to go back to page 4, then 3...until I finally get main page.

I really enjoy this app as well as the honest reviews. Very easy to order and my jewelry usually comes very quick. Only a couple of things that I wish were better. Trying to find things that show up on other news feeds are out of stock, and trying to find jewelry again using the order number. Customer service is very good. Wish it didn't cost so much to return a piece i was unhappy with. Every chain I've bought in sterling silver still looks great after three years of use. Thanks!

Love that JTV has an Ap. for shopping. My only issues are: I often find something I love and want to buy, only to find that it is no longer available but, is still shown on line. If the item is no longer available then, don't show it to me. Also 90% of the time there are no larger sizes (10, 11) available for the women's rings and many ring's are not sizable. So disappointing. 😕 The items I have purchased have been lovely. Just wish I could purchase more.

Purchased my first jewelry from JTV this past Christmas. I bought three turquoise and sterling silver rings. I absolutely loved them all !!! The fit was perfect. The stones are beautiful and everything about the rings is just TOP NOTCH !!! JTV and I are going to have a wonderful relationship for a very long time !!!!

You can't go wrong shopping with jtv. I have purchased 3 of their 4 karat diamond rings, and they are all beautiful! I also love chrome diopside, and have purchased alot of it. Do your shopping for gifts,for friends and family at jtv, they will love the outstanding jewelry ! The customer service is awesome, you can return anything, for any reason. I give them 5 stars!!

I discovered this past holiday season the beautiful jewelry available at JTV. Good value and well made rings, easily customizable and well made. I have recommended this website to friends and family who have indicated to me their satisfaction of the products as well. We also find the application very easy to use. I did need to return a ring i just wasnt happy with and the customer service was wonderful to work with in returning the ring. I highly recommend these products and website.

Everything arrives ridiculously fast. Everything is exactly as represented. I've ordered at least 10 pieces and will continue to buy my jewelry here. You really can't find better deals and the quality is every bit as good as any chain jewelry store!!!

JTV is a wonderful place to shop for great buys at reasonable prices! I just miss the better value of diamond jewelry that they used to have. Bigger diamonds with clarity set in 14kt gold. But, every now and then, I find a gem, and I jump on it, with my fingers crossed, that it will be what it appears to be on TV, or online.. Also, the app glitches need to be fixed.

I have hit an issue that all should be aware of. Now mind you in the past, I have spent a very large amount of money on JTV. Had an issue where my debit card was comprimised and had lots of notifications to make and change my payment information. Missed one final payment of $12 on JTV, so no longer have access to stretch pay option. I will no longer be shopping at JTV.

The app is user friendly and I like the express ordering available through the app, allowing you to use the qr code and instantly order an item, especially when the stock is limited. It allows you to shop ahead of the TV viewers plus purchaaes of 49.00 qualify you for free shipping! I highly recommend this app. The only trouble I have had with the app is when I try to put it on my Amazon fire tablet, but I have no problem using my phone.

Love to watch TV and use the app at the same time to make purchases. I also like to look at the regular inventory while watching the TV to see other options available and some times I have found awesome deals not offered on the tv due to lower inventory. I most admit I may be addicted to jtv.

Not a good app. It keeps freezing up and then closing on its own. At least it saves my cart. But as often as it closes, my browsing keeps getting interrupted until I finally lose interest and move on.

I've been purchasing Jewelry from JTV for many years. I have returned some things not because something was wrong with them, but because of size. I really don't purchase much but when I do it's because I've enjoyed the presentation by hosts that know and understand the gems or pearls. I love what I've purchased and will have it for years to come and hoping my grandchildren will enjoy as well. Keep doing what you're doing, continue your honesty, and awesome phone operators. Since I live on a fixed income, there's no reason why I can't enjoy manly,yet elegant and inexpensive jewelry. Jvt offers me that personal luxury. I'm just hoping that I can get on their pay plans which would make it an ideal site for mua. Not only do I find excellent deals for myself, but my female siblings and friends love the items I've given them as well. Their stretch pay option makes it possible for me to bring a smile, and often times, a tear to those I hold dear. 👍

I love jtv and the jewelry, but I'm having problems with the app freezing and kicking me off.. I go to write a review and post a pic and it won't let me it throws me off every time.. If you all could fix that then everything would be great. Thank you.

Freezes a lot. If you read about a specific item it doesn't go back to where you left off. It is hard to navigate through searches, searches disappear. In short, it is frustrating to use. It should be easy because you can set up searches well--the app just doesn't do them as expected.

Not able to completely view turntable. Happened again tonight. Did a chat and her instructions didn't help. Hosts not as honest as they could be about the pieces. A big challenge for me are some of the chains. They will be described as a necklace, not a chain. However, the "necklace" is so thin that you can hardly see it. I keep shopping and returning. I almost always shop on line to avoid shipping charges. But then I am spending $49.99 instead of $29.99 + $10.99 shipping charges.

I love this app! One of the biggest advantages to me is being able to look at all items and get the prices before the items are presented. Also, being able to see past shows and what's coming up so you can plan. Love it!

I have purchased from JTV for years you with no problems the one time I had to return something it was flawless. I'm try the others but I always come back to JTV just for the reliability quality of the products and the ease of shopping thank you JTV. I look forward to many more

I don't know if it's the app, but I frequently experience a freezing up problem, which is really frustrating because I'm in the middle of my shopping therapy! Invariably it's too much hassle to get back to where I was and my interests/time goes off on another tangent.

I've had the JTV App for quite some time. If I make a purchase, it's exclusively through App. My only complaint is with one of the updates, I cannot go as far in the future to see scheduled shows and product. I miss that because if I was interested in something they were going to show, I'd make a point of watching live to see them show it. Other than that, it has never given me an issue.

Everytime I call in to the show, I prefer to speak to a sales person, they are so knowledgeable and helpful, and always find what I'm actually looking for, plus, we always have time to chat a little while they are searching for me. They are so sweet and kind, I can't help but rer, order, order. It wouldn't be too bad if it were just one night a weeķ, but it's every night in the week. JTV has the best quality , best prices, and the most unique jewelry anywhere in the entire country. Thanks JTV.

This app has failed me on a regular basis since I downloaded it a few weeks ago. There's suppose to be a function where you are able to view items in your shopping bag and I was never able to view my bag. All the other buttons worked on the app accept the shopping bag so I couldn't make purchases using the app, I had to call customer service.

Love this user friendly app! On the go or in the quiet haven of my private busy world, it is so gratifying and so user friendly! No big learning curve...very easy to navigate, and SO MUCH FUN TO SHOP for amazing and unique jewelry pieces. Not for the one ring for life kind of person!

**update** I have discovered the app doesn't work if I am logged in. Jtv keeps saying they will escalate. I think I will buy from elsewhere. Somehow i cannot load pages. I keep being told its being escalated. No fix yet. I tried everything. It seems to have been fixed with the last update. I will change my rating after I am sure it works.

I enjoy shopping at jtv,they have quite an extraordinary collection of exotic to simple and contemporary jewelry varieties,there prices are compatible,one of the very few places that teach you all the pros and cons about Gemology,great place to learn,shop and collect Jewels,I've learned a great deal from them,I have studied Gemology for over 10 years from them,and the experience keeps getting better and better,other places might be less inexpensive but they lack the knowledge and integrity! 👍😎

I'm relatively new to JTV and this app. So far, it seems entirely satisfactory, although a bit slow. Almost too much information comes at me sometimes, and often that info skews toward "best sellers" and extreme bargains. I'd prefer to do my own filtering.

I have been shopping with JTV for about 10 years and I haven't ever encountered a hiccup with the service or the product. I have had an amazing time with the JTV Go app. It is so easy to use and I don't have to waste my time with going thru someone else, it is so quick and easy. Love love love ALL of the hosts.
