Judo is a modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport created in Japan. The objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue an opponent with a pin, or force an opponent to submit with a joint lock or a choke.

This program was created and demonstrated by an elite professional Judo athlete, who has mastered all of the manuevers and participates in elite world tournaments. In this program you will be introduced to offensive and defensive skills that include:
