I set my max for each exercise listed, then when I save it, it leaves a completely different set of numbers each time. Very buggy. Def not buying the premium version with bugs like that in the trial where I can t test it

Seems pretty good so far(free version). My only problem is the metric conversion. I'm not sure why the option to change between metric and imperial isn't available. Perhaps I missed it.
Really loving this app so far, has a clear and simple UI - handy to minimise phone usage when at the gym.
The working max is too low. My 1rm for deadlifts was calculated to be 470 and this app has me doing a working max of 396. Also there were other times where it just changes my training max out of nowhere

A complete joke of an app. It could not save my maxes and just would not work.
Its very easy to work with and it maintains a constant progress of where you are and where you are going.

Complete waste of money
Good simple app, please add the following option, as it could be much more useful with the option to manage the weight to be added after the realization week. Currently it automatically calculates based on the amrap achieved, however especially if you are closer to your potential, you should be decreasing the weight added for each additional rep (instead of 2.5 lbs for overhead press, for example be free to change that to 2, 1.5 or 1 lbs ). Even chad mentions this in the book. Second thing to improve is to have the app request for permission to stay open and keep phone unlocked when the app is in a series, otherwise you always need to unlock the phone again. Thanks!
