Helpful actully very helpful... But it increase rates many times without any reason. The cab/ auto you book shows one rate... Once you finish ride you always have to pay extra money for no reason. 10 / 20 rupees... Always need to pay extra for small rides.... But for long rides you need to pay 40 or more.... That is very disappointing😞

Worst experience travelling using this. Some other apps are far better and quicker. Their drivers use alternate long routes irrespective of what is shown in map so they can charge you more for ride and then they will start fighting and sometimes may get physical. The amount shown initially while booking the ride and after reaching the destination the driver will charge 3 times money and then will start fighting on road in front of 50-60 people and ultimately it becomes humiliating and u pay more

Always had a good experience with jugnoo,the price shown before confirming the ride was same even after reaching the destination. Needs improvement in showing the directions but anyways it's time saving and without any problem reaching the destination on time. Best of luck🤞🏻🤗

I am writing this because Jugnoo outstation service is awesome. I booked one outstation ride last week and the experience was very good. The fares are very low as compared to other platforms. Also not faced others problems like calls from driver for extra charges, cancellation of ride, Unwanted calls or messages etc. It's customer care team is very supportive and responsive. Overall, experience was too good. Thank you Jugnoo for your outstanding services.

I booked a ride the app charged me double the normal price, first it tells me some other price on the app, later when the ride is over, then they take double the price it says on app . I also complained on app , the team says tip priority was applicable but I didn't add any tip amount so how it can charge too high fare.

Always tells the vague fair and then increase it by 100% or even more Never accepts online payments driver cancels rides always One have to deal with changes also they never have any and so take whole amount. Never timely resolution. Such a frustrating experience.

bad experience not once but multipaltimes ,they charge med extra every time. the showing different fare charges while booking the ride and then drastically increased fare chrges after arriving at the destination. driver was also so arrogant. when i book the ride it's showing 64 but finally i charged 77

Its the worst app. There are no taxis or bikes ever in this app. If there is one by change it would never accept your order. I recommend to not install this and use other apps such as uber, ola or rapido instead. Edit(12/05/22). This is still the worst app. Don't use it.

It depends on customers what route they want to take, and we as a customers prefer shortcut routes but some drivers don't agree with this, and they prefer to take long routes, so that they can charge much. They can't make fool out of customers

Driver cancelled the ride after 10- 15 mins after giving the confirmation that the are coming to pick me. It might be possible that they are using multiple apps for taxi at the same time. Please look into the matter else you will loose your customers.

i had some bad experiences in the past with jugnu. it's because of the bad attitude of drivers. some drivers are very rude and try to leach. i think around 3 out of 10 rides are usually bad. it makes me sceptical while booking. otherwise jugnu service is really useful and application is easy to use. may be it will help if jugnu provides customer service training to new drivers while registering and for the drivers with bad ratings. thank you.

Just bad straight up. You can't even slide up the details to be able to call the driver once when you book a ride. On the same note you cannot cancel it cause it does not slide up. Restart the app or whatever the jokes on you. If you're lucky then it would rise in one go. But then again how often are you lucky. Not me. Disappointed.

The prefixed fare displayed in the app & the post destination fare displayed by the driver is a lot different. The driver charges much more, if I would know the driver is going to charge that much more for the fare, I wouldn't hire hire in the first place.

Thanks for prompt service of your Auto system and Driver. Your maps need to update for new lacatoons.Maps to be rectified to level of user friendly. Your services are really good.

This aap and there driver patners are pathetic,under professional very rude, etc. On complaining about there drivers ,they not bother atal to take action or try to fix an issue,they just closed issue without solving. Openly there driver patners are abusing infront of my kids and making envirmonent uncomfortable. Highly recommend not to used this jugnoo app in indore city... Ola,uber are really much better then jugnoo. Atleast this app tries to fix an issue.

The service of jugnoo auto is too good at vadodara whenever I am going to vadodara i always prefer to go thru jugnoo only always on time and driver is also very gentle and polite. I am happy with the services.

Very poor GPS system. If the actual time is 'T' to reach a particular place and when I travel from same place to that same destination it took '1.5T' due to very poor navigation system and as well the drivers also refuse to change the routes so that we could save the time

Yesterday night for the first time had bad experience with jugnoo. Tried to book a auto but all vein.. tried from different devices but nothing helped. After half an hour the autowala calls and asks if you want to come or not while there is not booking done and shows the booking cancelled... Pathetic service.

Drivers are not available and also not showing shortest route and the price is also higher than all other apps

Very bad experience . THE RIDER CANCELLES THE BOOKING INSTEAD OF THE USER . I RECOMMEND NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY IT WILL ALWAYS BETRAY YOU. IT SCAMS THE USER BY PROVIDING CHEAP PRICES.
