HORRIBLE. I enter my username (email address) and password, but the "login" button remains greyed-out. The app worked fine for the first month or so--until I redeemed my Rewards points for a free smoothie. After that, no ability to log in. My emails to Juice Generation tech support get answered promptly and professionally, but still no APP FIX. So every visit to the store I have to read them my (very long) email address and pay cash. Not Good.
the app works but the functionality is pretty poor. 1) no way to pay for a single order--have to "recharge" for the amount of the order and then pay each time 2) no way to get email receipts 3) no way to tip within the app!
Competent app, but interface can be more fluid (less lag, unnecessary jumping from Home Page to Account to view funds) and can be less busy. Should emulate Sweetgreen's app
Convenient though don't request alterations to drinks at the Queens location--they ignore them altogether! The app does not appear to offer any way to report issues with a drink order so there is no refund for extras that you add on yet do not receive
Great menu selections, healthy, reasonably priced, clean space and fast service. Recently had the acai bowl which was a let down b/c it was too watery and not enough firmness to it. I like their juices the best and frequent their UES location over Juice Press.
Just updated the app and now there's no option to reload money to my acct. Seems like that would be one of the primary features working since you're currently not taking cash in the stores. If I have to use a credit card what's the point of the app?
It's been 3 yrs, still can't refill on the app. 50% of the time you open the app it just hangs on the logo screen and the app doesn't open
Constantly a problem to reload my account even with 2 credit cards on file. Have to delete and reapply every time. And won't let me delete invalid cards.
I've been purchasing juices and smoothies for quite some time now and I enjoy the many varieties offered , I can actually choose a different juice or smoothie everyday.. Thank you Juices Generation!
Ordered for asap pickup. Said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Waited nearly 30minutes. I told them immediately I was there for online pickup. Asked multiple times.
Could we add on a feature where we can tip electronically? I see our JG staff works hard at our busy 72nd St. location and I don't always have cash on hand to tip. Thanks!
the new update on the app hasn't worked on my android yet. can't use reload or pay now functions. I'll change this rating if these are fixed.
This is my first app review ever. This app is complete trash. So disorganized, needs a complete redesign. WHY IS THE RELOAD ACCOUNT BUTTON MISSING!?
this app is garbage. impossible to reload balance from the app, impossible to upsate cc info, impossible to navigate. it's truly awful.
Love their Acai Bowls and Smoothies. My orders always feel fresh and tasty, and this app just makes my order process that much easier.

Was so happy to get this app and a discount for loyalty but the app is quite discouraging. When you open the app, it should go straight to the post code so you can pay which is the most useful thing to the app and I presume the main purpose for customers. Secondly, I set an amount to reup. Today it didn't and was very confusing to pay in the store. In fact I almost left without buying anything. The app is quite buggy and not use intuitive. Of be more than happy to be a tester for your app.
I love the product but the app could be better. No option to add elderberry to cold warrior for example. Also every time I pay the app shuts down. I learned not reorder now because the first time it happened, I ordered the same things 3 times and they all went through even though no confirmation.
