App is OK. There needs to be a way to add a Gift Card as a method of payment when ordering ahead. UPDATE 12/2021: Function added in a recent update. App still crashes from time to time and has real trouble with location finding.
It could use improvements. You can sign up and receive coupons by email. I wish this were reflected in the app itself. The Starbucks app does this, I feel the Juice It Up app should too. Layout needs a bit of work. There needs to be a Log In button when you first download the app (if you're like me and got a new phone and spent way too long trying to find one). The "Get Started" button is misleading. 😅
The app was very easy to set up. I thought it was nice that they included a lock PIN feature for people who don't use a lock screen, or those that want that extra layer of security. The only minor issue I had was with the date of birth calendar. It looks fancy, but it's not very intuitive to use. I guess I was born on a Saturday? It's an optional field, but it should improved if they expect people to actually fill it out correctly.
Love the juice, but everytime I order through the App, the store doesn't have my order so it takes 10 minutes of questions and proof (email confirmation) they START to make my juices. Isn't the App supposed to save time?!
I always pay for my drinks through the app and it works great! It shows the rewards I get easily and has always worked when I use them. I just wish they had the menu with the prices for each location on the app! It would also be nice to be able to place an order on the app for pick up. So it was ready when I arrive.
An error has occurred. I keep getting this message when trying to order a drink. The store is still open. If the reasoning is that the store is closing soon.....TELL ME THAT INFORMATION. Otherwise all I see is your app failing to work. 1 star until you give an error message saying more than "an error has occurred"
It's awesome Jamba has a rewards program! It's great for us peeps who visit often. The downfalls I have with the app is not everyone wants to use their card all the time. There should be an option to type in the receipt number because the scanner for the receipt doesn't work all the time. Also, I tried using my number to link my rewards and apparently it didn't work because I never linked a card to my account. I don't want to link a card to my account and no one should be forced too.
the only thing you could do with this app is pay for your purchases. you can't order ahead for pick up so you don't have to wait at the store when there's a lot of people and the app constantly crashes when you select the location there's no point to it
I downloaded the app to have access to my rewards and coupons but mainly to pre order and pick up. The only option it gives you is to pay. that's a waste of space haven't used it and deleting.
This app is utterly useless. No options to place an order, or even view the menu options. All it lets you do is save card info to pay in-store through a QR code. I would trust Samsung Pay or some other wallet app way more with my card info than this janky little app with no features that can only be used at one store. Uninstalled.
Store never asked me if I wanted to use the digital rewards points. I was never able to turn my card in to get digital point. And now I tried to do it after I saw someone else getting their reward point and the people inside would not give me my points. You paragraph I have purchased at least five of the bowls and smoothies within the last 3 weeks and I get no credit for it. Not good. I tried to contact the app and no one is responding after about 10 minutes I still have not gotten a response.
coupons need to be incorporated into app and have a notification and not just emailed. the reason for 2 stars is no pricing what so ever or names of drinks or even ingredients or health info. oh and points expires so be careful. this app needs way more work and seems unfinished. once its adjusted I'll change my rating.
The girls were very distracted today, mostly talking the whole time. I have come for years because I love their juices. But sometimes they forget items and sometimes use some of the drippings in your drink used to rinse the machine. I watch them make it because I hate when that happens. If you watch, they usually won't do it.
I've been to this place more than four times spent over $70 (I have bank statements) I asked them to scan the app and the undertrained girls do not know how. This is at the Tanasbourne location in Oregon. They also don't hand out receipts and when I ask them for a receipt they look at me like I'm bothering them. I wrote customer service and got no response. So I've deleted the app and will not return to the store since their customer service is pissed poor. Too bad product is good.
The app does not come on the way up on my phone which is an 09 to scan since you guys changed a new format it is ridiculous I have called several times and I'm tired of calling trying to straighten it out the information to happen given is not right it still doesn't come all the way up
Love the reward system! Makes me want to come in more. I've been a regular for about a year and I'm already loving the app. It allows to send digital gift cards which I'll definatley be using for Christmas!
Very good and easy to use app, but the edit item button never loads. It's so much of a hassle to delete the entire order and redo it.
Super easy way to stay on top of loyalty points and get the most out of the Juice It Up experience. Best juice ever, anywhere (bowls and smoothies, too). ♡♡♡
The website insisted to download the app in order to place an order. However, the app seriously lags and makes the order difficult to edit. Ended up just using the Door Dash app instead to make an order and pick it up.
The app will not let you order within 30 minutes of what time it currently is. Very inconvenient. I ordered it for "ASAP" and it said that was too soon? Like what? So I ordered it for 45 minutes and got to the store 5 minutes later and they made me wait 20 minutes before making it because the order hadn't come through the register yet.
Super easy and user friendly! Great way to keep track of all of my points and rewards and make it super easy to pay with!
This app doesn't work when I try to pay in stores when I know I have $50 that I preloaded. There is no where on this app that will show your account balance which it should automatically have! Needs to be fixed!
love it makes it easy to pay and see your rewards. used to have the card and was hard ti keep track of rewards. so the app is much better.
why do I have spend $60 dollars now to get $6 credit? I rather spend $50 and get $5. It should be after you spend $50 you get $6 reward when $500 spending has been reached.
I've had minimal problems using this app. And those problems are connectivity problems. This app runs great.
I love having their app since only a few locations exist in southern California. I am sad to see less places because I love Juice It Up! The Watermelon Madness is an awesome drink
If i could give a 0 i would this app is the worst dont waste your money and i better get a refund of the money it tricked me in to putting on then i cant even get my location or order!! Not happy!!
No way to reach customer service. Beware you will loose your money if you are not careful. Check and verify the store is the want you want to order from if not they keep your money.
Easily hacked. Do not put bank card into their system. I have been hacked now twice with two different cards on this site.
This app is grossly outdated. It's not intuitive whatsoever and feels like it was designed back in the early 2000s. They've made it a bit easier to catch missed points. Loading the app with money is not intuitive. I accidentally loaded an extra $25. I reached out to juice it up, and, fortunately, they were very swift to refund me!!
