Stuck in loading mode, even tried re-installing, same thing again. Doesn't respond well, lag and bug. Worst app ever. Specially when regards to money, doesn't inspire much confidence in using it. Go learn or even copy from other banking app. U would definitely learn. The good thing is that u cannot get worse than that, just improvement or stagnation from that point.

Have downloaded it recently, cannot even login properly. It's sending me mail to confirm but when I check on the "verify your email" every single time, there is always a communication issue. When I went back to the juice app 2 minutes later, my session has expired. I need to login again. Seriously, I'm going to uninstall this, it's such a waste of my time.

It's bit quite a while since the App has not been updated. I can't use it on my Pixel 3 because the app is not compatible with android 10. Already highlighted the issue. Soon Android 10 will roll out to all devices. Step up your game MCB. It's a useful app which ease many of my transactions but you need to cater for your customer. I have been waiting for quite a while.

The previous version is good. I don't want to update. Others are havaing so many problems. Why can't i use the actual version till you get the problems fixed. Also it would be nice if i could type the whole password then press ok button instead of validating the input automatically when the last digit is inserted. Touch screns are not really precise when using gloves or with wet hands.

Glad the app is finally back and can now be used on Android OS 10. Very handy and useful app But there is still room for improvement in terms of navigation, some Auto settings which would be expected from an app like this and optimization as well. The VISA transfer is currently not working so I hope in a future update coming very soon this will be fixed.

Hi I am unable to use my JuiceByMcb since yesterday. I have samsung A80 and it keeps saying that "not connected to the internet" despite i have WIFI connection on my mobile. I also tried it with mobile data but it is saying the same. Kindly note that all my other apps are working perfectly. I think that after the update the app is not compatible for A80 because at the start of the month the app was working perfectly. Also note that most of the A80 mobile is facing this problem. The app is great, features offered are awesome. Would have rated it 5/5 if not for that insane amount of time that you have to wait for the loading screen to complete. It often fails and tells you to login again. Each button that you click takes on average 30seconds to load Edit: July 2021, the new updates have brought a lot more improvements to the app. Updating my review from 3* to 4* !Good job Mcb team. however theres still a few bugs here and there... sometimes randomly getting disconnected.

App not working since a week. Other friends also experiencing the same problem. Called hotline service where they convinced me that there was no issue with the app. My app is up to date but was advised to Uninstall and reinstall which is quite a hassle. Not happy as I was relying on the service for payment during the Confinement period whereby contactless transactions are encouraged. Very much disappointed.

stuck on loading ,closed it multiple and reopen still the same, even restarted my note 9 thought might be a phone issue, still the app doesn't load. How can we trust or use the app with confidence when we, the clients are facing such difficulties with the app. Relook into the app, build a better version for update. We depend on the app.

I am facing a problem since months ago. Everytime I open JUICE, everytime i touch the screen to type the code nothing happens, even the fingerprint option is not working. I have to restart my mobile to have access to the app, and then as soon as i logged, i can't access the app anymore. JUICE is a very useful app in my everyday life, but due to this problem I'm facing with this app I am wasting a lot of time. Device: samsung s8 plus Awaiting your reply, to solve this problem.

The only thing I dislike about the app is the fact that, once you log in, anyone next to you can see your balance. Let's say if I wanna juice someone on the spot or send them a refill, I want to be able to do it discretely without them knowing my balance. Perhaps you could add an option in the settings for users to choose a preferred layout.

I work a lot online and it has to be fast. This app keep saying screen overlay detected and won't let me do any transactions! I have to close and re open like a million times and it's so frustrating! Also! it will never recognise my fingerprints... seriously??

Juice is very helpful but there are a lot of glitches with the app. I've been unable to log in my app. I keep getting an error message "We are currently unable to service your request". Same issue continues after reinstalling. I haven't used Juice since then.

Useful app to manage your cards, accounts and credit. Definitely the best offering among all Mauritian banks yet. Could use some improvements though. UI is slow between pages. And currently cannot use it since it doesn't work with Android 10 yet. Any updates on when that'll happen?

I spent the whole day trying to fix this simple issue: Activating the app when receiving the verification code. But the bank cannot send the verification code. Which makes the app absolutely useless. I contacted them on their Facebook messenger as previously read on a comment here, a lady called me and insist that the problem is from my side. I have contacted my phone provider, which confirmed what I know: there is no issue with receiving SMS. Because I have been receiving SMS from other banks.

Most of the time, I'm having issue where i transferred a certain amount of money to my paypal account. The money is debited from my MCB account but not credited to my paypal. Everytime I talk to your customer support representatives about this matter, they say i have to wait about a week due to some error within the app itself. Not to forget the infinite loading screen on startup, the "transaction failed" message but actually the transaction went through and so on and so forth.

The app takes an eternity to load as if it is downloading the page we need each time. A smoother app will be greatly appreciated by everyone. you should also add a shortcut for cardless withdrawal. The apps crashes way too often. I took about 15mins to pay my bill via juice in a shop recently. It's frankly embarrassing at times.

I used the PayPal part to top up my account. The juice app shows all details that it went through but no money in PayPal. Second time it happened to me. Very annoying. I hope my money goes through or mcb refunds. Extremely annoying. I tried updating using my prepaid card. Now my balance in prepaid card is negative 142 dollars. I check the latest transactions and it shows the money loaded on card. The issues just keep getting worse and not a single good reply from mcb.

When it was launched it was great and fast... This year it take too much time to load... It keep on loading and sessions expire... Need to log in again. You must upgrade your system plz... So that users stop wasting time waiting. Kindly do not reply telling me close background running apps. I'm using iPhone xs. Ask your developer team to debug instead of telling clients the issue is with their phone. Do not take clients for stupid!!!

The app is pretty alright as of now and seems to be working as intended and no more into a testing phase. Really useful to pay/transfer. Makes it easy among friends and families. I would love to see an NFC payment feature like GPAY for the Juice app. This feature will change the way we pay forever.
