Used to at least work, now it barely does that. I've had for over a year and at its best it was 4 stars. I use exclusively for home charging and am regretting that, app crashes and can't charge! No override on the charger! Forgets my car every time and has a random energy max saved so it won't charge more than 45 minutes. Unplug and repeat. For such a simple app it's really poorly maintained, should have gone with ChargePoint...

This app is fast and has more features than others: NFC virtual card, Fingerprint login. I would like a new feature: charge power graph for past sessions. Also, this version of the app asks to accept terms of use every time you open it. I would like this to be fixed.

Very often unable to connect / disconnect from the charging so wasting lot of time. [03/2022] still same situation, even worse now unable to change method of payment [05/2022] the new app version improves the usability but filter still doesn't work moreover if you have a plan the app doesn't show the expiring day ... need further improvement

Absolutely unusable and a waste of money. I installed your charger today and tried to connect it to your app with no luck. The first time I tried and followed all of your instructions it worked fine up until the last step when it wanted to connect to the app/acct which failed. I tried restarting the app, phone, ect and no luck. Now since I unplugged the charger to reset everything, when I click on Home Charger it won't do anything, it just gives me an immediate error. I'm returning everything

Does not work... something went wrong is all it says. Can set it up, can't use their chargers, can't order an RFID card. Updated it yesterday but didn't fix any of these issues. Something Went Wrong, or it just crashes and exits without warning.

A bit awkward registration as always, but works pretty well once it is all set up. QR reader was picky and took a long time to read the station code, and in the end the codes were switched so I got the left plug even if I scanned the QR code for the right hand side plug.

JuiceNet was so much better. I can't stop charging the car manually when a smart charge timer is set. I just want the toggle that allows me to (1) charge now, (2) smart charge, (3) stop charging. Why does this replacement app lack this most important feature? Please bring back JuiceNet. I don't want JuicePass.

Just don't work. Even spoke on the phone with them and they straight up told me the app is rubbish and doesn't always work. If you ask me it never works. Tried on so many stations and always got - something went wrong 😕 😒

Great app to find the best charging stations in your area or along your route. The connector type filtering is a game-changer

I tried several times to add my CAIXA Visa, including with authorization done correctly at Caixa Now. Caixa worked fine, but my Visa was never added to my data/wallet in JuicePass???

At least there own charging stations should have current information in their app. Charged my car on a "Access 24 h" charging station - got a ticket because there's a market in Saturday - ticket was more than the amount charged. Edit: I followed the developers advice and contacted customer support via email - 2 weeks have gone by ans no reply so far. Even if they can't help me I don't think replying to Emails is to much of an ask. I would lower the rating if I could.

the app is very slow on my S21 and it can be more user frendly.one ideea that the juice card from the app to be accesible from the main page after login.

worst app ever for recharging cars. complete waste of time. can't create new account. everytime it returns "something went wrong" like that helps in any way... everytime I use it i have to fill in adress, personal identification no and all other data. no client service

Good spplication. Bad services and connectivity. Slow charge speed.

Whoa this app is trash. Got errors every time I tried to add my car. Have been trying to connect to web app for 30 min and keeps failing. Crashes constantly. This is why companies need to pay for real app developers. Considering returning this charger over such an insult of an app.

Notifications don't work so don't get reminded to switch cars for home charging.

I installed this app one week ago to use one of the charging station. After accepting the data policy I got an error message (Oops! Something went wrong). Calling the service center, it seems to be a known issue, so they passed it to the corresponding team... And after one week it is not fixed yet. Of course, I couldn't use the charging station. Fortunately, I found one from a different company nearby. Definitely, Endesa isn't supporting electric mobility in Spain.

Stick with Juicenet if all you need is access to your home charger. This app takes more time to load, is more complicated and seems to be missing the valuable setting of allowing you to quickly change your smart charge start time on the fly and what the current percentage is at. I also found it constantly logs me out and I have to keep re-entering my email and password.

It's a huge bug with a little bit of app. As an developer I can assure you that this is one of the worst app I ever used - and it's a critical one since it has to a lot to do with account and data management, online transactions and most of all car-blocking. I wouldn't suggest this app to no one, not even to my enemy - if you have any chance avoid traveling through Italy by electric car if you depend on Enel chargers.

There are multiple issues with this app, making me revert to the web dashboard. The car selection is minimal and VERY outdated (get you act together!), You can make your own car profile but it doesn't take in the app, unit selection keeps reverting to metric, clunky, not intuitive (IT guy here), etc. Product seems good and works with my utility, but software is a serious afterthought. Gave two stars bc at least it "works".

The app and the service is total disaster. It feels like you roll your updates without tests at all. I used this service for some time while I was in Italy. I charged my car about 10 times using this service. Today it became not working at all. I thought that updates will fix something. Yeah, they fixed. I was able to login for some time. I went to plug my car for charging and after I plugged my car it broke and I wasn't able to login again. You're lucky that there not so many alternatives.

Honestly, the worst EV app ever. The UI is not good, and the scan function does not work, I scanned the charging station and it gives me the code, but the app says invalid device. I manually entered it, same thing. Standing in the rain trying to get this to work for fifteen minutes, finally give up and uninstall.

Can't create an account because I have one for their other app. They do not share accounts or allow you to create another account with the same email address. Therefore I cannot use the new app.

incredibly stupid application that crashes all the time... cannot change stuff in frofile once created and 3 times out of 4 is unusable...

I don't know if this app received a recent update or what, but despite the bad previous reviews i decided to try it and had no issues at all. Registration process took in account that I had a Enel login already, car registration was simple, the charging station close to my home was available and I went to try it. Flawless. I finished the session at about 98%, payment went through and all was just fine. Very satisfied, will keep using and update here if necessary.

I was able to register my first car, but now nothing works on Home Charging section, everything gives "oops, something went wrong" error message. I can't see my charger, can't setup a new charger, or add a new vehicle. At this point the app is completely useless.
