JuiceSSH Performance Plugin

JuiceSSH plugin for visual monitoring of server performance.
It works by starting a background JuiceSSH session to the selected host and running various commands on a periodic basis to obtain the performance metrics required.

Currently this plugin has been tested on Ubuntu and RedHat Enterprise Linux only, however this plugin is open source and freely available on Github. If you'd like to add support for other operating systems please take a look at the github and feel free to submit a pull request:

https://github.com/sonelli/juicessh-performancemonitor

This JuiceSSH plugin requires JuiceSSH 1.5.0 or greater be installed

Pretty cool plugin for Juice. Does what it says it does. It's super easy to use, just contest to an existing connection. Only thing missing would be more customization, like colors, but for what it's used for, it doesn't really need it. No complaints here!

Doesn't support mosh connections so I can't use it with most of my JuiceSSH targets. When I do connect over SSH it's ok, just ok. Would be useful if tapping each resource opened up to give more detailed metrics, just even the same stuff you'd get from 'top' but in a graphical layout. It has potential, but needs work.

Beautiful little plugin. Shame it doesn't have theming options though: Mainly I'd love a dark theme, where all UI elements are grey. Also nice would be the ability to shrink font sizes; I intend to keep this running on a tiny old phone, where the UI labels are far too big.

Excellent clean interface for displaying a server's performance status. Would be nice if it had options for more multi core CPU detail and also GPU info. Temps would be great too. I'd be more interested in these than in network and disk usage.

Exactly what I needed. This program uses non-resource intensive methods of retrieving it's statistics. It uses commands such as cat /proc/. Very lightweight method, and it performs all math locally within the app. Enjoyed reading the source code on GitHub. Keep up the great work. A UI is exactly what I was looking for. Can you consider making this into a widget or even better, a live notification?

Extremely useful for headless kit. Especially for checking if its idling or processing in the background. 👍 Clicking on each of the tiles to get more detail might be worthwhile... even if its limited... i.e. Free Ram tile listing memory stats... Disk stats.. etc... only grabbed when clicked.

Stats are limited but the stats that are monitored seem to work well. I'd like the ability to measure the free storage of a particular mounted storage device. An uptime counter would be good too.

Excellent app. Would it be possible to retrieve temperatures for processor? Usually they are found at "/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone{0-*}/temp". This would be nice in some occasions where the quick overview of the server would be greatly enriched.

Excellent plugin for an amazing app (JuiceSSH). Whilst i might pine for an optional wee little command shell window, thats really only due to my spoiled IT nature. Looks good, and the UI for a mobile device is well-sized (no pun intended).

Very promising app, but a bit short on features. Love the clean design, super simple to set up. Drill down by clicking the tiles would be great, bringing up a graph to show the trends of a given parameter, and perhaps more detail - say load pr 1/5/15min. And more parameters, I'd love to see sensors too. And status of services. More parameters, and an option to choose what tiles that show on the main page, and this app would be perfect. Would be a clear 5 star app.

Rubbish and absolutely pointless since the Maddox pair took our money and dropped all support for Juicessh Pro. It is so interesting to note that the only time they respond is when someone has problems paying. Please DO NOT pay for this. It is obsolete and you need to send a message to greedy people that dump apps on Googleplay and then abandon them. Shame on them.

Please update this app! I lived it until recently. The SSH I'd very stable but the performance plugin on which I have been reliant no longer works. This app hadn't been updated for years. Please can someone do something...

Works as it should. Perfekt to check how everything goes. It would be even better if the CPU temperature would be shown, too.

Clean simple interface. Does exactly what it says in the description. No issues, no fuss, perfect.

Does what it says but has not been updated in 2 years. Seem like this app need someone to pickup support. I love what it does do but an update to features would be good annually.

I am obsessed with my AMD EPYC 128 GB RAM LiteSpeed Enterprise server with CyberPanel running on Ubuntu 20.04 hosting over two hundred WordPress installation. I am constantly checking server resources on my desktop. This APP has freed up my time because I do not have to be at my workstation all day long. Any spikes or abnormalities can be taking care of through my phone. Best APP ever! My company MENA WEB AGENCY specializing in web design, development, digital marketing and WordPress hosting.

This looks good. But, it doesnt display performance metrics in single connect. I had to connect multiple times to get the metric display. Not sure where the problem lies. My server is in ovh and its ubuntu 18.04

Really nice display of performance stats, wouldn't mind some control of information displayed and an option to add more stats.

Great tool, but stops short of being REALLY awesome. if you could dive in and get a process listing like top and possibly kill processes that would be awesome.

Useful to quickly check in on your Raspberry. Takes config from Juicessh, so no problems setting up connection.

Dun. D. Mar 19, 2020

Always shows CPU as 100% on my Raspberry Pi. I don't know if this is because it drives CPU to 100% or is a bug, but ssh htop doesn't show 100% CPU.

Seemed to be a randomly installed program. When running it only wants to access juice ssh. Why? This seemed quite unsafe with No explanation at all. Denied 20 times and the same popup just returns. Denied with do not ask again. Now, this app now does nothing.

Wish it had more features, like cpu temp and a few othera. More customization as well pls.

The plugin only works with some machines and/or operating systems. With my Raspberry Pi it works (Raspbian), with my Ubuntu 18.04 server it doesn't work.
