Upgraded, now difficult to downgrade. Called CS. Assured taken care of... billed $45.99 for plus package. Difficult to check in @ shows which is penalized with less shows available . Which is kind of not making it worth it, at all.
App and website is buggy and not working. App doesn't let me log in with my password that I know 100% is right because I had just reset it. Website wont let you add a pass onto an existing claim even if you have one remaining to use. Try to release the pass in order to try to claim two together and website keeps showing one pass still claimed even after clicking on "release spot" a dozen times. Been two days and no response from help. Been a premium member for several years now, paying $65/month
Used to be great. But now half the show at venues are no longer available making it useless on top of that they don't answer emails. I had to switch my debit card so I don't get charged 50 dollars to cancel
App is garbage never got confirmation for a boat ride I was on list for and therefore couldn't get on in hope this app and everything associated with it goes out out of buiness in the near future
Top notch customer service and a wide range of music events. LOVE this app!
you dont have or offer the cool shows only the same venues and only offer half of those what a Ripoff
This app is buggy and slow.
Love the service! User for several years
loved it when going to shows was a thing. what is life even now?
Jukely is basically my contemporary music education, on a budget.
Used to be way better, what happened?
No way to cancel
Great service! Contests! Hype incentive! Access to Great shows!🎤🎟️🎸🎶
This is one of the best services I've ever used. I've been a member for years now and have seen huge acts in Chicago for no more than my membership fee. The app is useful and they have a variety of music so that you can branch out of your comfort zone to see a band you don't know, or it will suggest great shows for you that you'll love based on your Spotify / social likes. It's a great way to see concerts.
Garbage app/service. You won't actually make it to any shows you want with the basic/standard membership because they give advance ticket claiming to users who pay for the deluxe plans. So shows will sell out before they even become available to you. Also, after you finally make it to a show, they'll charge you a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within the next 2 months. It used to be good, but this tiered system of users does NOT work. It's a scam.
Wow what a mess. I was charged 25 dollars before even choosing a concert. Decided to pick one out and try it. After that, my login didn't work. After many texts and emails, I cannot login. The password reset system initially didn't send emails, but now it says password successfully changed, but keeps me logged out. They scammed me, and I can't even cancel. Avoid at all costs, I am going to have to go to court if they keep charging and there I'd no phone number yo call! Please help someone
I went to cancel the service and they charged me $50, something they don't tell you up front. These people are rip off artists. Don't support businesses that pull shady stuff like this
Getting to go to Culture wars For free tonight thanks to Jukley my Date And I are excited for the show!
Got turned away at a concert, both the box office and promoter told me they'd never heard of the app. Support didn't answer at all and I just had to embarrassingly take my date home.
Solid connections with several good local clubs in Austin. I have easily paid less for a jukely subscription for over a year than tickets or door cover. It also encourages me to check out new stuff I might not otherwise go out for. I hope they continue to expand the network of music venues they work with. I am not sure what the arrangement is but most shows I go to aren't sold out, seems it must be a winning scenario for the venues as well.
I love this app, all my favorite parties, DJs, all for 1 affordable price monthly. You can't get any better than that...
I travel in event circles and have a lot of people to support. This helps take the strain off seeing a good number of my prominent musically-gifted friends in L.A. and that's just with the standard subscription! The app runs amazingly well, there is no disconnect througb emails or anything, and I have to say this deserves all 5 stars.
The quality of the shows vary widely. Also beware that the best shows have a $50 service charge if you cancel your membership within 2 months (that's how they get you stuck renewing every month). It's definitely worth it more in large markets like NYC, Denver, or Dallas. But not so much in places like Miami and Austin.
Scam. They lure you in with good deals when you first start out and then slowly the service gets worse and worse over time. They also include lots of underhanded charges that are buried within their TOS. Definitely not worth it.
Mixed Feelings. The bad :I was offered a free 2 week trial but aparantly it was not a trial of the service but only allowing you to see the names of the shows This I discovered after I decided to try enlist for a show on what I thought was a free trial and my card was charged $45. Honestly - rediculous. Does Netflix offer a free month just to view the titles of their movies? The good : I went to two shows and enjoyed them and it looks like they have some more that I would like. The bad again : I was disappointed at how few Seattle venues were listed. Also I logged on at 11:05am to reserve a ticket to the one show I was really interested in, and already I was on a wait list. Never got off the list. When I was going into kremworks, the guy had never heard of Jukely and had to call his manager. That was awkward with a long line behind me.
