Jukibot

Fun. But to get it to work, I first had to set my phone to airplane mode, then turn on Wi-Fi and then it would connect. Thus meaning that cellular signal has to be off. Apperantly in a pixel phone there's a bug that doesn't allow adequate routing if the cellular data is on, thus the app tries to connect through a cellular gateway instead of a wi-fi gateway.

this toy had been working great! the whole family was getting in on the fun! but for some strange reason, the jukibot no longer jumps. everything else still seems to be working fine for the most part. sometimes we do encounter an issue where the connection between the app and the jukibot is lost. typically I can fix this by shutting everything down and then turning the jukibot back on and reconnecting to it from our ipad... I just wish the jump action was working...can this be fixed?

Jump feature stopped working, it freezes up the app. Tried it on more than one device.. Jukebox disconnects often. As with other Dynasty Toys products it's all buggy junk. We also have their laser guns, they stopped working too. Turns on and won't make any sound. Bret Bartlett is a fraud.

The app repeatedly disconnected from the robot's wifi, crashed and battle mode rarely worked. It would be good if it wouldn't be full of bugs.

I am having to update my stellar review bc i can not get ANYONE from ANY DEPT from this company to help me. I am EXTREMLEY saddened bc i really believed in this company. I placed 2 orders with them in the spring of 2019. They announced delays with product fullfillment & shipping. I was fine with that. Then I completly forgot i had ordered anything from them. I received an email they shipped my package then delivered it while i was moving. When i reached out I could not get anyone. I hope this..

I purchased a jukibot for Christmas to entertain me and my family but the app stops and loads and when it gets going again it stops around 30-50 seconds later please fix this app. Other than those issues this app is great!

Using a Moto g7 Play phone, I can connect fine but after a few minutes or switching between modes/ color the app crashes and/or disconnects from the bot, any suggestions?

@Juuk, yes.several times. App doesn't recognize that I am connected. Tried a few different tricks, but still waits for connection. Waste of time.

Works great with our new jukibot! It's very cool how you can drive your jukibot with the simple video controls on my Android phone. My 11 year old loves this! Wow!

Thanks to this recent update, our Jukibot is working perfectly. We are thankful to those at Dynasty Toys who took our review seriously. Jukibot is an incredible little robot. Super cool. We would recommend it to anyone.

Great app!! Super simple for kids to use, and really fun games for them to play with their Jukibot robot! Our family loves it!

My McAfee Total Protection on my phone is detecting this app as malware or having malware. What's up with that? Not cool at all. Something people need to know about your app and product? Addendum: I'm on a Galaxy Note 9. It's the McAfee Total Protection app that it came up warning me of it having malware.
