Bunch of cons, one property with different contact info in many ads. Also note the property is different from what you visit to view. They always have a story of how they are not around but if you send 100$ they can schedule time for you to visit. Avoid like plague. I'd give 0 stars.
This app are full of scams, there not to be trusted in any form of businees, u chart them up and place order for goods, all what u will end hearing from them it continue pesting on u through call to make part payment for what u had not receive, and u mistakely pay. They will turn out giving u nagative storys about the goods u make part payment for. Please every one should be careful.
I can't login into my account either from the website or from the app. Like I don't get it. How can I create an account and be getting unauthorized access when it's the same details I used to create my account and post my ads. Please work on this.
Very useless and waste of time app. Immediately u post they delete your ad, even after you have read the terms and conditons like 500 times. U ll send a mail and they will respond 2 weeks after. Its a jumia thing so am not surprised.
Very inexperienced staff. How can someone post ad and you delete them without justification. I even sent them mail to find out why, they ignored it. This is very poor management. You don't deserve any star at all. Let me just uninstall it to avoid further embarrassment.
They are scams they collected my #28,000 and I didn't see any product, that was last month and am a student, used my school money to purchase it and went hungry 😭😑, I beg this people they just gave me stupid excuses, don't pay attention to the useless app and you don't definitely deserve any stars.

Very poorly developed. Used to show houses and cars now it is just Jumia. Till then one star is just for effort
People are using the app to scam others. When one wants to order for a product, why must she be ask to make a deposite of #5,000, #10,000 etc before the product will b delivered to her. If jumia are in affliate with this app why dont they do payment on delivery as jumia we all know
The agents listed for rental houses don't offer any response when inquiries are made. This makes your app not useful.
What a horrible app,u can't list anything ,i guess the admin auto deletes listings.
Totally useless app its a wait of time don't download Whenever u post an ad it gets deleted immediately .

Jumia cannot respect deadlines for delivery. I have ordered a printer for more than 11 days still waiting and did not received it. Don't waste your time they are not a serious company.

this is a waste of time, you are deleted just after posting I dont know if only special people post, and the fun is that, no auto message why you post are been deleted, this is ever the problem with us African ..... make people wast their time downloading. I guess the management team still have a lot of work to be done, if they want us to pay money before posting let them go ahead and tell us other then deleting your post
This a hub of stupid scammers. The level of scam on this app is mind blowing. There is no way the management aren't involved.
This app is a complete waste of time. I have never given a negative review to any app before. But this app has forced me to. It deletes every single advert that I post. The adverts aren't prohibited as I have posted them well in other platforms. I don't know if this is a bug but it needs to be looked into.
