Would have given 0 star if it was possible. First they keep sending OTP to a number I dont use again. I have complained and asked for it to be changed. Even sent my ID card twice as requested but still nothing. Now I want to create a new account and cant even sign up. The app just keeps taking me to my browser with a blank page. Ultra BAD App. Poor services, cashback codes don't work, rigid payment gateway and FACELESS contact. Nobody to contact for App issues even the emailing system is very ineffective and inefficient. How can a payment service (that deals with customer's funds) just rely on email contact ALONE with ultra long feedback time. No phone contact or even live chat to get issues promptly addressed. Your app updates are more about taking retrogressive steps. It's quite UNFORTUNATE!

Honestly the app is now disappointing, was my go to for bill payment and airtime top up but i can't say that anymore I tried recharging my number and my account was debited but the transaction on the app has been processing since 22nd of May, I've tried sending mails but no response. It's a shame really

I can't even use the app anymore, going in a login loop all the time, the Meeza wallets don't work at all, the past two transactions failed and I'm missing over 300L.E, and I have to wait more like a month to get them back if ever. You should definitely revert back to an old version The app turned to a nightmare.

JumiaPay used to be my go-to payment App until sometime in Feb/March 2022. Since then, I have been unable to sign in on the app, its keeps giving me error feedback. Have sent plenty emails to no avail and the absence of an active customer support channels makes it worse. Download the App at your own risk!!

I installed the app 1 months ago, Everytime I try to sign in/login it crashes every single time since, I couldn't use it for once, it's useless & no support at all, I contacted support via email seeking a solution for the problem or simply delete my account, all they have done is credited my account with £20, I didn't ask for money I just wanted to fix the problem, adding credit to my account nice but what the use of them if you can't use the app, Are you joking I cannot login to the app.

Normally I would have rates it 5 star but since your last update it became worse, card details are no longer stored, no upgrade on merchant like the GoTv shuga that was added isn't on the app for payment and the payment process of loading too many pages before you conclude payment makes it difficult to use. I used to use it as a payment app for customers but due to the delay in response customers left.

This app is really killing me, since i downloaded it, i can't use it to purchase any gift card(AED). It is always on loading loop each time it wants to take you to the payment option,.. It will never get to the payment options....am still thinking how you make money with this app PLEASE LOOK INTO IT THANKS

If you don't want to lose your hard earned money, don't use this app, I repeat don't use this app to buy voucher, It's a big scam. Ones you purchase any recharge voucher, it never gets to your line, and there's no amount of mail you send them that will make them correct this. I've given them benefits of the doubt time and time again and I've been disappointed 😞 even up until today. I don't believe in negative publicity, but these guys are pure scams plus poor customer care service. Thank you

This app is just getting worse. I use this app as my goto for airtime and bills Payment but of recent they have been nothing but disappointing. Can I can I top up 3k on my line for 2 days now not credited, I have sent email and what else still not resolved. Just bottom behaviour 😡😡😡

The experience with this app is getting progressively worse. Card details can't be saved anymore meaning users have to continuously type in card details for every transaction. The OTPs fail sometimes. And many transactions fall through. I'm at that point where I'm seriously considering abandoning ship and seeking alternative apps.

Last month full amounts were deducted from my visa but payments were never settled until I passed the value dates of my installments which costed me extra fees. This month I'm trying to pay zakkah on time but same issue pressists; money is deducted but order is not processed. Now I have a huge balance on the app which I can't use it and I can't even reach anybody from the customer service since the only way of communication is an email and they are not even replying

The vouchers don't work for me anymore. Over the past month. I see on the app that there's a voucher for 20% cashback, or 15% cashback, or7% cashback. But when I apply the voucher, it doesn't work. That doesn't really encourage me to continue using the app

This App is now really very useless to me. It keeps asking me to add ATM CARD that I already added before and also redirecting me to web version for further login verifications... That hell of stressful! I think it's time to say goodbye it's been 2 years with you guys. If I don't see changes in your next update, I am uninstalling your App. Bring it back to what it used to be or give us something better. Please don't ask me to send you any further emails! This jumia is a fraud real one i requested for a loan which i didn't get eventually but have been getting series of reminder about the loan i didn't collect and eventually debited have been sending mail to the customer service but to no avail you just have to reverse that amount deducted as soon as possible.

I couldn't find English language when I select Morocco as my region. That's just stupid. Why you're forcing users to choose between two languages. Now I just installed the app all together. I would love to use it again when this option is available.

The recent update is a big mess. User experience is horrible. I can't add voucher code when paying electricity bill anymore. Whenever I login, the system must ask me for my personal details like names, phone numer, birthdate etc. Except for the phone number, I don't even know what you need other information for. I use the app to pay just bills. I haven't requested for loan and don't intend to. So, don't ask for unnecessary personal details until when needed.

I am trying to log into my account for the past 30minute now. It keeps going back to the log in page after i put in my login details and never logs me in. After several trial it will bring up the error message and say try again. It actually getting frustrating as i need to make an urgent payment. I have cleared my cache, deleted and installed the app but still the same.

This app keeps getting worse with every update! Card details can't be saved and must be input every single time you want to make a transaction! And what's worse? There's a 90% probability that there would be an error while trying to make a payment using your debit card. Please, rectify this issue.

please l have not been able to buy data from data section of jumia one App. Each time l tap on PAYMENT/ CONTINUE after inputting my operator's number and data plan, instead of taking me to the next page, the entire operators app will be highlighting. l have sent several emails of which l was told to update. l just did that a while ago but the situation remains the same. please what is the problem. Other than this challege, the App is very good l use it every time. This app is totally down 4 now.

Nice app, they make cash back, but the big issue is that if anything wrong happen you can't reach the customer service agents... it's really impossible to reach them through the call centre or social media or email or any other network

I wish there is -100 star, JumiaPay platform has become so unreasonably idiotic. On the 30/03/2022, my Electricity token transaction of ₦5,000 failed but I was debited ₦4,800 as I have ₦200 on my JumiaPay Account before the failed transaction. I have written so many emails to the customer care service email address but they've refused to refund me my money. 22/05/2022, I tried to recharge ₦2,000 on my linked MTN line on the JumiaPay platform, I've been debited ₦1,980 yet I didn't see anything.

Jumia pay is wow, but prompt customer service, I rate them 20%, they supposed to have a wallet so that someone can fund his or her wallet in other to have direct access for payments of his orders. Jumia Transfer platform can be rated 25% by my standard because I've had more failed transactions than successful transactions.
