The app always showing error can't connect to network and no notification when new order is received despite switching it on in setting. These features would also be a great idea 1. Account statement. 2. Ability to post new product from the app. Overall great app.
I don't receive notification anymore. i am guessing it has something to do with Android 9 cos it works fine on the Android 7 i was previously using. I should be able to raise a claim, upload products, print invoice for orders. Please update this App, i haven't seen any updates since i downloaded it
The app was ok but does not change when you have update on your item and it has be showing network erorr lately when i want to login. I can't even login again till i go to main site. That's bad! I wish they fix it because it has been helpful
My experience has been poor the app does not alert me when i have made a sale. And the support team behind the app make my life difficult amd cost sales and opportunities. The reports the app produces are shallow and lack any real insight. The tutorials are next to useless or just nonexistent. Policy changes without warning. The list goes on but basically if this was not the only fuctioning sales channel available in my country i wouldnt use it.
The app is quite good, but, you can't print the order documents, and even with the notifications enabled, you receive no notification when there's a new order, i hope to fix that on the coming update.
First off, this app doesn't give notification when I have orders. Secondly, apart from the dashboard. This app has very little utility. You can't change prices. It won't reflect on your store. Thirdly, you can't add new products to your store via the seller center. Finally. Jumia staff have been rejecting my orders immediately the order comes in so that they can penalize me and charge me 3000Naira for rejection charges when the commission they stand to make on the product is not up to 3000
In short, the service is very bad, bad application, delay in payments and forcing sellers to sign a contract with them, otherwise their dues will not be transferred. The worst thing is also imposing high fines on sellers for several unjust reasons and not in the seller's favor and their policy must be changed.
Great app! Would give 5 stars if the notifications started working again. I no longer get notifications at all when new orders or other important activities take place. Please return the notifications. And what's with the permanent error message at the top about "check your Internet connection"?
Jumia commission is way to higher, another issue they are ignoring is that there some ghost who keep ordering your products "your competitors" they will not give clear address, and mostly they opt to pay cash on delivery, you will keep shipping your products and you will only get delivery failed, jumia need to handle this case with urgency. Very disappointing, they need to flag such orders as spam, and if sellers are in doubt and cancel them, they should not be charged.
You can't do anything on this app apart from changing prices and to either increase or reduce the stock of your items. And again, it always takes like 1 or 2 days before you could be logged into this app, which is too bad. Would appeal to the developer to work on it.
It's nice selling here but I think vendors should be given the opportunity to post new products and services without stress. I've been trying to post a new product for days and still haven't figured out how to do that 🤦🏻♀️
What is the essence of this app when you can't do anything than to change price. Enable the products to be used to create catalog, the online quality checking is too slow, at times it takes more than 72hrs, please work on this app.
it's okay but i dont get notifications even after adjusting the settings. i have to keep checking the app several times. also all products are not visible.
Nothing can be done using the app, except to view your listed products and dashboard. There's no button for listing new items.
The app has very shallow features. The app could be super productive if they added features like products upload, products editing, printing, image uploads, social media friendly, vendor accounting features to show amounts and balance.
It would be a remarkable App if only it could allow the UPLOAD of PICTURES...That would be very Swift and prompt for us vendors! May you (JUMIA) consider this Important aspect. Thanks.
This app has alot of potential but I think it is obvious Jumia doesn't recognize the value it offers as it hasn't even be updated since 2017. Lots of things do not work well and it's quite unreliable to use. Sad.
There are lots of bugs in this app and i have alerted jumia but not sure as they have released update.... I wont release them here as they are sensitive Product sku automatically on themselves. Orders sometimes duplicate themselves The only good thing this app does is to alert you of new orders
SC page ahouldn't be going off when you navigate to other apps should be able to come back to where you left it instead of starting all over again everytime.
It takes too long to login and since i downloaded it i've been unable to login and i think provision for uploading your products through the app should be made.
Pls,I couldn't do anything with it. I tried to login with my email, but it keeps saying seller parameters unavailable stuffs like that. I just wasted my time and data on it.
Great app, been using it for 2 years now. It's the quickest way of knowing and managing your orders. Improvements are welcome though.
It's a nice app it makes Everything easy, Except one thing... It doesn't have "Add products" Please make it possible to add products with the App.
Just downloaded the app... Couldn't even log me in... It keeps telling me "seller authentication with the given parameters not possible "...i beg you guys to fix this issue...
It's a good development, it has made my selling on Jumia a lot easier. But I would greatly appreciate if I could view my account statement and add a product.
I can't even login to my online shop. Every time I try it delays in loading. I see enough potential with this app, but it needs to improve more.
It's difficult using the app. No option to upload our products on the app. No option to delete an account or make changes, if need be. No option for pricing. Hardly get notifications on the app when I used to get orders. It is slow in loading. The app is whack. And this has been the reasn I keep signing up and just thrashing it over and over, cause no better update nor easy use.
