Easy to navigate, the only thing that was frustrating was when trying to donate inside the app, it was freezing, so I had no idea of we had actually donated. It wasn't until after we closed out we realized that we had made the donation twice. Other than that the app is great.

It may be convenient if you are trying to easily raise money, but honestly the website works well enough for that. My issue with the app is that they get the kids all excited about making their stickers and heart heroes come to life with the augmented reality part of the app. Then it turns out that not all phones are compatible with that feature. I downloaded the app last year because she was desperate to use that feature. It worked last year. Now this year it says my device (same phone) is not compatible. Not all of us get new phones every year or 2. It really shouldn't be so complicated that a 2 year old phone can't work with the feature.

I'm stuck on the log in page. I had to go online to create an account because there was no button to do so on the app. Then I went back to log in and it's frozen on the login page.

Games don't really work and two years ago you could scan your buddy's in once you got them an play with them on your drawings or in the pictures app you can do that this time. Also having a hard time self donating it keeps kicking me out and saying my cards declined.

The app works pretty good. Ran into 1 minor glitch, but nothing major. So not perfect, but not bad either.

Wonderful. love using this app with my son. It's a very easy, super simple way to show kids that they can make a difference in the world

Really fun idea! Doesn't seem to completely connect with Facebook and update the tracker on the steps along the journey.

I really love this app that I have to give it a 5 out of five stars, because it's fun 😊. so download the kids heart challenge before you ran out of time!!!!!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭

Just signed up for my child and using app to help reach our goal. It is easy to navigate and great graphics.

It is easy to use just wish there were more stuff to do on it, once you finish finns mission there is not much to do you can donate and stuff but you cant really do stuff.

Hello! I don't have money to donate buuuuuuut! We are doing a Kids Heart Challenge at my school! I really wanna do this because I think it's really cool.

Easy and fun way to help educated kids on the importance of being active and help raise money for something so important! App is easy to use and fun for kidd!

The "scan heart image check" does not work in app nor do any of the games. I saw someone else posted about this as well. My child was excited to see the characters come to life on the app but was disappointed when we found out that it was not working. Everything else worked perfectly fine. :)

Easy to navigate. I just wish there was a spot for a cash donation to add in the cash so everyone can see your progress.

App is user friendly. I like the ability to personalize with my child's photo and biometric enabled log in.

Good but 2 big problems 1 it doesn't show when I have reached a goal. 2 it doesn't tell me if I earned enough money to get a reward! Please fix this!

Amazing it just helps me a lot to check the leaderboards and make self donations and things like that.

I honestly think that this app is amazing! I donated every year during school and I felt really good, I just love it!

So my daughter has finished 9 out of the 10 missions. Only one she has to do is you guesses it the heart checker one. She is devastated she can't finish the mission. Looking at most peoples reviews this is the problem with most. This needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP. You get kids all excited to do this stuff only for them to fail simply because their parents do not have the latest phones? Worse mine is only a year old it should b able to do AR. I can with other games I play.

The only thing I've seen so far that needs improvement is the games/arcade and camera section because everytime I try to use it for my child to get more points etc it errors out and says that portion of the app isn't working. If you can get that working I'll gladly give five stars.

Over the course of several days. I tried to install this app for my son's heart challenge several times and failed. I have gone through the steps check my wi/fi. I cleared the cache through my settings and still have absolutely no luck downloading this app. . I have a feeling that the same exact thing happened to me last year also. Is there anything I can do to get this app to work? Thank you.

I'm all for the cause but this app is needlessy complicated and not intuitive at all. I should not have to spend an hour and a half just trying to set it up for my kindergartner becaise the school is promoting it only to be frustrated when I do something wrong and have to start all over. Try again. 3/5 for the cause

The app is cute but extremely slow to open and use. Absolutely will NOT let me scan the codes for the characters, frustrating myself and my son. In addition, it makes me login EVERY time I switch to a game or the camera and then go back to the home screen. Wish we could use it as stated!

I was able to get the app installed to my phone through my computer (after it said it wasn't compatible through the Google Play app), but anything involving the camera says my device is not compatible with it. This is keeping my daughter from earning things in her school event. How can this be fixed?

We love this! Raising awareness at an early age is key. So many families are affected by heart disease and anything to help is a step in the right direction.

I love that my daughter came home so excited to download this app to help heart disease! She has been getting goodies for doing her steps! So awesome!

I am having the same problem... It says my phone isn't compatible to run augmented reality games. I don't have a 2020 android or iphone but it is an up to date android. We are unable to scan anything with this app but I am able to 'scan' with other apps such as walmart, dollar general, walgreens ect.
