The app stopped working altogether on both iOS and Android devices for about a week. A couple backups later to restore less recent versions of both software packages on my devices made it clear this was an Uber app issue. I called support many times, and whenever I spoke with Monica, I felt heard and valued even without any workable solution at the end of the call. For the week, I borrowed an android with older Jump APP. Got flagged for fraud due to the app not confirming dropoff and mult scans.
The latest update app is terrible. It doesn't give you immediate access to support as the last version. In the last version if you had a problem releasing a scooter you could give your location, the scooter id, and the problem you were having. Theyve replaced it with an option that allows you to upload a screen shot of the error, but it wouldn't allow me to upload the screenshot after several attempts. Even after talking to support I wasnt paid for a scooter I returned to the warehouse. F.
The newest update is complete garbage! Please fix this asap! Just picked up a full load from the warehouse and there aren't any drop spots showing. Not to mention instant pay is broken! Beware. Do not update if you haven't already!
App doesn't load right much. Have to log out then log in, or uninstall/reinstall. Says 4 scooters claimed, but won't load them up. Getting annoyed how tedious making it work is.
The app is not letting me choose my city and press Continue button - the button just doesn't work, and the map is empty.
Worst app ever. Wasted 20 min standing infront of a bike and the app just kept saying "cant find that site" lost $ wont ever try again.
I'm a previous uber driver, I was instructed to log in with my old credentials but the page is white and nothing is happening
Can't get started. Logged in with previous credentials and receiving blank white screen
Might need an update the app. Because it's just goes to spin of the wheel to internal error. No scooters anywhere.
App works great really accurate locations of the scooters it's just a bummer they lowered the pay
White screen on my s6. Why can I even download this if it's not supported in my device or is the app bugged
trash app. They are racist against certain people not letting them access this app to charge scooters. they block me for no reason at all. Based on bonds and cattle property, and they are using deep web spy ware to track you and your info.
Can't click payment or instant payment options, says"forbidden" after I click.
App is not working for scanning in scooters for pickup.
Although the first few versions of the App were glitchy, now it's alot better,
good on both android and iPhone so far.

Very often you cant find scooters because someone picked them up already so it's a lot of gas wasted. The atlanta location nov25 overnight shift guy is very rude and will scan scooters for his friends to pick up so you drive there thinking your getting scooters to drop off and he says they ant ready or waits till his friends he handshakes to come pick then up..and he always says terms about a minority often when speaking and trust me it's not the word dude...I will give this week 1 more try and

Worst Android application I've ever download off the play store. I'm and Android Developer and this is actually a disgrace. From the non intuitive UI and the lack of functionality idk what this application actually can do. I know what it was intended to do but it doesn't even seem to do that. There are blank help popups and buttons that click but don't do anything. Someone needs to move this application to high pri or expect to loose a lot of potential users.
