App won't work with my Pixel 6 phone. It can sometimes work with a Samsung tablet but it must be connected with Bluetooth to the BP device to record the blood pressure. It cannot read the memory of the Oxiline BP device for blood pressures that were taken while the app was not connected. I have not been able to export anything from the app to a CSV file.
App connects to and records Oxiline device, but 'Share' function or 'button' does not work at all. What a disappointment. The only reason I bought the Oxiline was because my Omron 10-Series doesn’t work with its app either.
Worst app out there... The app's last update switched all the pages to Chinese. No way to switch to English. Difficult to set up. Wouldn't accept registration at first but sent an email and did get it to work with very limited success. When it was still in English, history charts seemed to drop off after just one or two days not using the app. Chinese can't write an app worth a shyte. We need to stop our dependence on them for so much in our lives, especially considering recent events. 😡
Opens in Chinese every time. If language changed to English screen just sits in greyed out - doing nothing mode... Very underwhelmed...took 8 or nine attempts to 'register' until it finally accepted the emailed 'code'. No ability to export data (even if captured)...it seemed to work ok first time I used it. All in all - find something intuitive which works as you'd expect if you can !
To change the language to English, click on 'setting' (three dots), then click the 'gear' icon. Click on the 2nd last tab (the one with the 'internet'/'globe' icon, then click the 2nd tab from the top. Language should change to English. To ensure the language stays in English, you should properly log out every time. Failing that, it reverts to Chinese the next time you open the app. Hope that helps! (I don't speak Chinese, just installed the app as I planned to purchase a Jumper BT oximeter.
Works fine for me. Whatever the problem was with all these commenters failing to register and login, I dunno. The cheap oximeter device works fine (Jumper model JPD-500F, for $24 on eBay). The app connects to it by Bluetooth, records the data, saves the data, graphs a summary, AND allows you to share the stats and graph by email/Facebook/text message just fine. The three things measured are the pulse rate, the SpO2, and the very handy Perfusion Index (showing how solid the readings really are). The settings screen even adjusts the min/max for these 3 data that will trigger a beeping alarm if the reading gets too high or too low. Nice! . . . . . These features work in BOTH of the Jumper-Medical apps currently in the Google app store: the "JUMPER Health" app for all their devices and also the "CareMeOximeter" app for only the oximeter device. . . . . . The only feature I still wish for is to export a .CSV file, so that a spreadsheet can analyze the raw measurement data. And maybe to zoom in on the pulse graph line, to see whatever detail might show up there. . . . . . Nice app, since the latest update.
This App is very difficult to used. I think that's the pairing process with bluetooth's device is just for one time, so when we want to see the result's report recorded on the App we no need to pairing the bluetooth again. and the pairing process is also annoying, very bad. I am okay with the device. but very disappointed with the App. i am waiting for the developer to fix the matters and make this App better.
Was a useful app if you have the hardware it supports. Unfortunately it has become poorly supported as english is not used., making the app a completely random event that gets more annoying as time passes without corrective update. Would score 5* when working in english. Now as is in ?Chinese 0* would be my score as I don't read ?Chinese
I could connect with device just once and thereafter I can't connect with my jumper pulse oximeter. Several days & times tried but failed to pair with the device. There after I installed MedM health app and can connect or pair smoothly without any hassle. Jumper app is worst app & it may be conflict with other apps, thus why it can't connect or pair with my jumper pulse oximeter(model no. JPD-500G).
Just 3rd day of using the apps. So far all looks in condition but why the oximeter report weight value is fluctuate value (every time click in report showing different value) and no section to allow user proceed to set value as the height? Since when the automation of oximeter detecting user weight? Apart from that if the captured able to direct save the data after user remove the oximeter and end the pairing would be more ideal design.
Worked great for quite a while and now it says "pairing rejected by myoximeter" when trying to connect to Bluetooth. I can't even open the app as it asks for email and password but won't connect.
Does NOT keep ALL records like it says & Good Luck trying to open the few that you can (if you can even find them). AND the "Record Keeping" was the ONLY reason I went with this brand. No wonder it was so cheap. Guess you get what you pay for!
After last update ver 2.6.4 the system keep memorized the languaje selected and now not is necessary switch this every start up of the app as previous versions. I saw the same problem to can export the reports to different apps only work with capture screen not Worth do that
The app is useless. Bought the doppler. It worked great for the first 3 months and now the app wont work. Installed on 3 different samsung devices and it doesnt pick up the heartbeat.
Loses language settings every time you exit and start again. Loses graph data over months even though it exists in app history. Poor for such a decent piece of hardware.
Difficult to connect first time with device. Conection with JPD-500F possible only through application. All data only on cloud, no access for personalized processing. On charts no possibility to modify scales.
Where is FHS recorded history save at mobile. I can't share them by touching the share icon
No Bluetooth connectivity and terrible user manual that just refers you to a non-existant web page.
Can't even register so I can't open the app. Worthless waste of bandwidth and memory. I pity the electrons pointlessly tortured by this piece of junk.
Does not save language setting. Does not save connectivity. Will be a good app when it works properly.
This app close immediately after I click "Register" button. I don't know reason why. My smartphone. Samsung M21. Hope that android app development team of Jumper could fix it.
First it worked well for the first time. And later when I want to connect again it was not possible anymore. Couldn't pair with the device anymore
It doesn't remember the language settings. I have to reset the preferred language to English every time I open the app.
Keeps reverting back to chinese after i set language to english. When i leave the app and return it displays chinese.
So far works fine with Jumper Oximeter, Thermometer, Weight Scale and Blood Pressure device. Easy to use BUT ... Share button only exists on the Oxymeter but is useless as it doesn't work. Can't export any data. Can't resize the charts to see entire week or month as I can on other apps.
