Its not bad but I couldn't understand that. Cause teaching method is not clear. If we do wrong excercise so there ll be bad results and disadvantages so app must be clear & with video.
What a scam doesn't tell you until you buy the other workout that you need multiple things like lifting bars, and you need to spend like 300$ dollars to get the stuff they have I'm 14, and I wasted my money. If you make your own plan with certain workouts it doesn't even put those ones in the workout it picks some of them, and adds ones you didn't put in there. YOU CAN'T GET REFUNDS.
Great workouts. I have been doing them with my 14 year old son to help him increase his athleticism for sports. Easy to follow instructions.
Just started, I'm on the shorter side in height but I can almost reach past rim. I hope these workouts work, seems very promising...

Working really well so far. Do you plan to add barbell Cleans in the future as an exercise option? I think it would be really helpful if it was integrated, but I'd understand if you think it doesn't really fit. Also, just a regular "Max Height Jumps" as an exercise option would be nice
