JumpStart Academy Kindergarten

We love this game however I can't take off the hints and they give hints every 3 to 5 seconds and doesn't give my child a chance to learn... I've tried finding a way to turn it off or do a different timer, I've tried making a ticket but have not heard back since giving them the information they needed and I'm at the point of deleting it

I want to love this!! But I've been paying for a subscription for over 6 months now.. and rarely am able to use it because either I'm having password issues.. issues with it loading at all, or it's not registering that I'm paying for the app! It's so frustrating :( my kids love it when it works.. but it's making learning impossible when I can't even open the app.

Downloaded today. Before it could begin the game, the app closed. I opened and tried again and it started freezing. Uninstalled. I'm not going to give this a third chance if the game can't even load.

I bought the full version for around $30. Pricey for a kids app but so far its been the only app my son will play for longer than 10 mins. The games are captivating for my 3yr old! He earns tickets to "buy" things for his house and pet. It teaches him to read, write letters, spell, add, and subtract. We've only had the game for 3 days and he's already been using more advanced words in his everyday vocab in the correct context, like "difficult", "certain", and "solving". 4 stars for the price!

Bought it and doesn't recognize the email so I can't log in. I requested a refund but it look like a great game. I would like to give it a try but I can't buy it again without some kind of help to make sure it works. Maybe the developers can help me out with that so I can change this review

My children liked this game so I paid for a year. Shortly after I paid for a whole year now the games will not work on any devices. it also keeps saying that we need to pay for a subscription even though I have paid in advance for a whole year. I contacted jumpstart and they still have not fixed even one issue in half a month.

I remember playing Jump Start as early as 6 years old (year 1999) and I can certainly say that it played an integral part on my cognitive skills until I graduated college. Now I have a daughter, I want her to experience this fun learning app as well. However, I've searched every software store here in the Philippines but to no avail. It would be a great help if you can help me find jumpstart softwares for Grade 1 that can work on laptops.

Very disappointed and would never recommend this app. We also have a subscription and keep getting "something went wrong, try again." We've been trying unsuccessfully for days. Have reached out through their help but have heard nothing.

i paid for a month subscription and than all the sudden it stopped working. i tried reinstalling and it still doesnt work. The level my son is at seems to be having technical problems. So i cancelled my subscription

Would give a zero... Don't download unless you want to instantly pay for a membership. It has you register 1st for no apparent reason bkuz then it takes you straight to the 7DAY TRIAL/BUY A MEMBERSHIP while it STUPIDLY shows you a list of "FREE lessons" it offers(THAT YOU CANT TRY) and their MEMBERSHIP list. There's no way to do anything with the app.

It only boots to like 5 or 6 characters walking in place. It won't go beyond that point. I thought it might have been loading, but it's past a decent loading time.

As soon as I open the app to get started I am asked to answer 100 friggin grade 2 math questions and it KEEPS GOING. DOES NOT STOP. I don't know if this is a bug of some sort but I don't have time to be doing the work I've already done. I've deleted this app because it's annoying AF

Even after paying membership for 2 months it still said I I'd not have a membership. No easy way of canceling membership either, I had to search through the websites to find a way. Still waiting to see if it works that way

My kids have been loving the app, but it has now been stuck on one assignment that says it's not working and we can't move forward. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing has helped. I paid for a 3 month subscription and now we can't use the app. Can't directly contact anyone to resolve the issue. What do I do?

We bought the hame as the one Off purchase and on Day 2 it kicked ny daughter out and wont recognise the email address. My daughter loved it and was finally having fun learning :( we want our monet back.

Excellent material! Awesome learning, my kid loves it. But super glitchy and freezes everything when gets to one spot.Would love it if it just worked smoothly.

I have not been able use the app for my son ever since i download it. The app just says that it's loading but it just shuts down all the time and I think you guys have charged me already for it but the thing is my son never even use the app.

Love this app but it glitches and shuts down on the sight words I and A. I have tried for a few weeks to remove and reinstall the app, but this does not fix the issue. Please help!

My daughter was unable to use this app due to constant buffering or log in issues then when I decided I'd had enough I cancelled the subscription & uninstalled the app but it still charged me the next month. Way overpriced and unusable

its agood learning app,however they won't allow me to unsubscribe, been trying to stop payments since last month so be careful with subscription and they tryna bill me again..Stop my damn Subscription please stop charging my card!!!!BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS APP #PPL FROM AROUND THE WORLD

Signed up, logged in, then "no connection" and cant use the app. Never had this problem with any other app. Literally unplayable

my daughter loves this game but now we are stuck and we can't get no farther I paid for 3 months and it won't let me move on it says something went wrong try again I need help or you need to fix it

everytime you open the app it takes 20 minutes to load. i cant rate the graphics cause we get tired of waiting to down load an go on to something else.

I love this app cause at the preshcool my mom has she has alot of 5 year olds and they always want to play on my phone but the things on my phone are not age apropriot and they would not understand this is perfect it has many games inside the one for more fun.

color by number for the letter "a" cant complete picture to move on. no place to report bug in game. wont continue membership if cant get this fixed.

I really like this and so does my little one. I would give a five if it didnt boot out on the color by #'s. She has been stuck for 2 days now. PLEASE HELP!

It's a good high quality game but could you use the old jumpees as the characters? The new ones are kinda creepy :/
