From what my son was able to use he loved it and it was a great learning app. However i paid for the lifetime account and its money wasted because i cant login. The email says its not registered and nothing wants to work. I also never got an email stating to verify it which i guess that should have been a clue but super annoyed that i paid that amount just to not be able to use it and then i have to pay again if i want it for my child on a different device which is ridiculous. Must be a scam.
My son LOVES this learning game... but we are stuck on the "color by letter" section. the letters and numbers arent even on the picture, so we can only color two parts of the picture. He can't progress any further until this is fixed. Great game and want him to continue with this. Please fix this problem. Thank you so much!
This app is so glitchy. Sometimes can be slow. Sometimes just disconnects randomly. Sometimes it won't connect at all. To think I spent money on this. I have a decent android phone (Samsung A50S). The content is good. But the app is so buggy.
My children liked this game so I paid for a year. Shortly after I paid for a whole year now the games will not work on any devices. it also keeps saying that we need to pay for a subscription even though I have paid in advance for a whole year. I contacted jumpstart and they still have not fixed even one issue in half a month.
My 18 year old son used Jumpstart Preschool when he was 2 1/2 yrs old. I purchased the CD that I installed on my home computer. He loved it! I don't believe in giving kids too much device time, so I would let him log on (yes he did it himself.😊 )for 30mins, 3 times a day. He mastered it within a month, learning EVERYTHING! I was beyond thrilled so I purchased the kindergarten version. It took him about 2months to master that one. To make a long story longer😁, my son is now an honor roll senior in high school, attending early college, is a business owner,since he was 17 (music production) and is working his 3rd year as the Aquatics Director at one of our local Boys and Girls Clubs! I truly believe that he was born smart😊 but also believe your apps enhanced his learning capabilities. Thank you
I paid for a subscription but it's telling me I didn't and won't let my child play on it anymore
I would love to be able to give this a true review and rating. However, that's not possible. I can't even get past the opening. It wants me to register. It insists my email is not recognized when I REGISTER. Sotrying to create an account is impossible. I am uninstalling to free up spacefor Apps that my children can actually use.
App glitched up when I payed for membership, and would not sychronize membership during purchase time. Later when I tried to cancel membership I had to look up, then email jumbstart to cancel membership because the app lacks the interface for parent to change payment preference and/or membership statis.
I literally put my credit card information in and could no longer login nor register my child it says internal server something or another load the game again! That's kinda cheesy.... I'll be canceling at the end of the 14 day trial because I can't use it! ABC Mouse it is!
Sadly, this app does not work on the nabi. The developer (or customer service) wrote me to tell me I need an android device with Google play store to play it... nabi's are android devices with google play store factory installed on them. When I originally downloaded it I did so from the google play store and it didn't work.
This is so incredibly slow to load, it was very boring once I did manage to get it working. And no, i'm not paying for furniture graphics for my kids to decorate an imaginary house, terrible. Uninstalled.
the color by number color red doesnt work on any level. there is no way to advance from it and its the third stage!!made a good game terrible.
Excellent graphics and gameplay. My 3 year old daughter loves this game. Nice balance of teaching and game. Her favourite is coloring book.
It stalled all the time and didn't really work well on the phone. Some of the parts worked okay, but the ones she used didn't. They would just stop.
A very interactive and engaging game, great game play, graphics, design and features.
I was so excited to have my child use this app but unfortunately whenever I click on something it's just stuck on the loading button and won't play anything so the reason I'm giving it to you is because I can't get the app to work
Bought my daughter the subscription and still says she's not a member tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still didn't work. Charged my account 3 times in 24 hours for a subscription that isn't working 😠
I paid for subscription and it doesn't allow full usage. Says it failed. Tried multiple times.
I really love this game for my daughter but I wish I could turn the hints off cause while I'm trying to explain it it shows her and defeats me teaching it to her :/ but otherwise I love it
This game is a savior. Due to my alcoholic problems, i was about to loose custody of my 3 year old to my rich wife. 5 days into the game he started to learn things I couldn't afford to teach him. John now aspires to be like Frankie. Thanks JumpStart, if this kid gets educated properly my old age would be sorted.
no real free content! wants your to pay to unlock everything. I wouldn't waste your time with this app being a kid is using it..... for them to pitch unlocks so much on a kid's game is shameful
The app gets to the 3rd page for making the profile and then just freezes up. I've tried doing it 10 times now
My card was charged twice and my daughter is still not a member. Emailed them with no response. Starting to believe this app is nothing more than a scam.
I tried to register and it said my password didnt match my account. So i clicked on "forgot password" and entered my email address. It told me that my email address wasn't registered.
It has a glitch won't let me even start the first activity. Hope you fix this soon so I can try the app out.
Looks like kiddo would like it, but I never got to find out bc it kept crashing on my Android during setup.
The controls and the idea was very nice of fortunately my four-year-old found it too easy. Will you be adding any more harder levels?
It's not working properly...its making me go in the house to use the tickets and it stalls...still on map 1 trying to move on to game 5
If you are thinking of buying the FOREVER MEMBERSHIP don't! You will never be able to log in I have been charged 3 times and it always tells me I do not have a account. I have tried everything and on different devices. I even used Amazon app to purchase it and had to factory reset my device and nothing. I have contacted jumpstart support and we will see from there. I was so excited when I saw this because my daughter who is now 16 had the disks when she was little and they were amazing.
