The app sometimes don't work like it should
Very bad and not reliable

These cars are not TLC licensed so you get the most filthiest cars with drivers who are stinky and scary. You never know what psycho is driving you, today I think I need a shower after getting into this cahr, never again, if you value your life and hygiene go with another commpany that uses clean cars with licenses
They are always ontime but had a few problems with them call for pick up the car came and the guy pick up someone else i the message on my phone that the car was oitside i went out and the guy had people in the car i yold him that i call for the car i even show him the messages i got and he didn't do anything i had to call my friend to come and pick me up and this happen two times you guys need to do something about that

They always late
The drivers with Juniors are great, and always show up quickly. However, I would recommend that if you are to use this service, only use it if you have cash. I have tried using this app to pay by credit card a few times, and every time have gotten a phone call saying "our credit card system is down". Sounds like a serious internal issue. If you can't have a functioning credit card machine, don't make credit cards a payment option. The guys on the phone are not helpful AT ALL.

Drivers come at the time given, sometimes the experience is good, other times they are ok.. I have used this carservice for over 10 years.. Only one I call when I'm on Brooklyn.
