I like the Juno app, despite its fluctuations in rates. One major issue I have, is with the drivers themselves. Never have I experienced such terrible driving from one company. 7 out of 10 drivers are bad, either driving too slowly, or simply inexperienced behind the wheel. As a driver, I'm more motivated to purchase a car after having ridden Juno.

Great app works well, no problems what so ever. Love how the app details everything from the start of the taxi order to pick up & drop off. Only thing I didn't like is that every time you search for a ride where you're at more than once you get different prices. Also the type of car availability changes in seconds of the search. That does not help me save money when I don't need a big car.

The drivers are amazing, the app is lackluster. I have never ever had a bad Juno driver experience or customer service experience, but the Juno app lacks a lot of great features that their competitors have. At the end of the day, I want good drivers, so I don't entirely care, but this app really is 1.5 stars at best.

Awful. I never actually got to use the service because after two days of trying to book rides in NYC, as far as I know, the service does not exist. Every time I called a car, I had to wait 11 minutes, after which the wait would turn to 15 minutes, then 20, and finally the driver would cancel on me. I would try another, and the same thing happened. The app would say I was upgraded, then after 20 minutes show the car driving AWAY from me. DO THE CARS EVER COME? 😂 😂 😂 Again, Awful.

Tried to it for the first time. It showed 3 cars in the vicinity yet when I hailed the app popped up a message that there were no cars and that I should try later. I tried for a while but no cars in New York at 630AM to take me to the airport. And why show rates and 5 minute pick up times and cars around me if people can ignore you for 30 minutes. And what good is your 30% discount when you can't get a car. Lyft to the rescue, showed in 5 minutes and was only 59$ vs the quoted Juno trip that quoted 50$ incl. the coupon I never got to use. So 1 star because they made me waste time and the reality was I was unable to get a car from them.

Two drivers cancelled when we needed a ride from the US Open. The first one cancelled right away, the second one cancelled as he was close to picking us up. I saw him and thought maybe the app accidentally canceled the ride. However, when I waved at him, he shook his head "no", then drove off leaving us stranded. I will never use this service again.

i have been using juno for quite a while now. but for some reason the app got glitchy. for instance, your pickup would still show at the origin only to find out they have been waiting for you outside for a few minutes already. caused problems for both me and the driver.

So far so good. I've only used the App about three times but the experience has been good. I will continue to use Juno especially during the weekend when the Subway system is messed up. Much better than the crazy trains. Reliable.

what a scam! the fare shown on the app before requesting the ride was $6 and change, then after I finished my ride, I got a receipt for a charge of $9 and change. fortunately, this was a short ride and not a big amount, but that's 35% more than the promised fare. sneaky cheaters!

Good app & customer service. Trips are actually cheaper then their competition. This is my main car hire/taxi app. My only suggestion would be if the add at no additional fee wheelchair accessable transportation like Uber. Then they will be perfect. Thanks

This app compulsively lies and makes me late all the time. If it says driver is 3 minutes away, prepare to wait 15 minutes for your ride. If it says driver is 10 minutes away, and you wanted to do some last minute things before you leave, SURPRISE the driver is down the block. Drivers constantly cancel too, often doubling the already absurd wait times. The only reason to use this terrible app is that it's slightly cheaper than an uber, but the extra $ might save you a headache.

Since the app is a work in progress I understand that improvements need to be made, so there's not much I can comment on that. I do want to comment on their customer service. It is excellent. Their customer service reps worked to get me my phone back after I absentmindedly dropped it in their car. The driver came back and they were nice and even though it must have been inconvenient for them, they were not annoyed. Also, they did get extra compensation for doing this for me. Anyway, this experience has made me like Juno even more and I'm probably going to use it much more than Lyft, which was my go-to.

Was very excited for Juno to launch, and appreciate the better terms for drivers. Unfortunately, my Amex Platinum gives dbl pts on Uber. But I miss using Juno. After some security (or ethical) flaws were discovered on Uber's algorithms, it seems all the ride-share apps now have longer pick-up times; or maybe it's NYC's efforts to decrease midtown congestion. If I got dbl or triple Amex Rewards points on Juno, I'd be back in a heartbeat. I'm also Plat on Uber Rewards but happy to convert.

The best ride-hail service app out there. Great and simple interface with dark mode! However do note that it is only for the NYC area and it does not have ride-sharing.

I really like Juno. The drivers have all been professional and courteous. I like that Juno is a little bit cheaper than Uber. Unfortunately though, they dont have as many drivers as Uber, so sometimes the wait times are longer. Customer service is very responsive.

I initially like the app until after the first 2 weeks, Everytime i need a cab it's "high demand". I call for a cab between 3-4am. There's NOBODY on the roads or outside. I end up being charged $6 or more over my regular price for a 9 minute ride. it's hilarious to me how you just added an additional $4 dollars to a ride that was only $5 because " the ride is longer than anticipated yet ,10 blocks but, you guys won't undercharge me if the ride is longer distance and shorter time. CROOKS

I love this app, I just wish that there was some way to ensure that a close driver picks up. It is always disappointing to see drivers 2, 3, and 4 minutes away then to have to wait ten minutes for a driver

The app needs a lot of fixing. Everytime I plug in my work address the app takes the drivers around the back entrance. Hence, I am charged extra! Not fair!

The only reason I cared for this app was for the resonable prices. The wait time is horrible, so I only requested them when I had time to spare. Recently, I was charged almost $100 for a $15 ride because, "child passenger wet the seat" my child just turned 3 and sits on my lap facing forward, if she urinated or threw up I would have known. This is enough for me to discontinue use. I will pay the extra 3 bucks for quality service with Uber and Lyft.

used Juno for a good year and a half and it's been 5/5. drivers are always great and it's easy to get a ride. but lately they've been charging me way more than usual; even more than Uber. they used to cost about the same but even with the 10% discount, Juno costs about 15% more than uber...

Literally has never worked for me. Anytime I go to request a ride, it'll just go straight back to that screen. Simply cannot do anything with it at all. My cards are definitely working, yet for some reason, I can't get a ride with this app.

I was happy and hopeful with this app until I noticed some drivers had foul hygiene forcing me to leave my window open, some text on their phone throughout the whole trip but the final straw was a driver parking 2 blocks away from my job and making me walk well AFTER MIDNIGHT then once I arrived at the car without any communication he drove off, I then had to wait ALONE for another. I'll attach a photo of the driver if allowed. This company is beyond unprofessional and I'm quite disappointed.
