When the developer have no shame looking like an idiot or scamming customers, you get an app like this. - Scanning a dinosaur has no outcome at all. It appears unlocked in your collection and that's it. - Driving mechanic is the worst I've ever seen in any mobile game. You have to hold you phone perpendicular-straight and rotate right or left. - Trophies won are not saved at all. - Crashes a lot. This type of devs should at least let their children test their game before releasing it.

It might be best to rename the app to something other than "Facts". The most recent update has improved the ability to capture the code. However, the new content is a silly little video game. My son's may be the exception to the rule, they enjoyed to actually learn about the dinosaurs they are playing with. After years of an app that was difficult to scan the codes, this may be our final straw.

The game is always stopping and I can never scan the dinosaur codes, so I think the app is really gliched. And if the code ever does go through it always stops and the app shuts down so I kinda hate the app for this.

My son (4 years old) loves learning about the dinosaurs (as little info as there actually is about the dinosaurs in this app) but it crashes, or more accurately locks up constantly. Always having to kill it and restart it. At least every 10-20 minutes. Also while we have a handful of the toy dinosaurs, it's stupid to have to scan codes from toys to unlock the dozens of dinosaurs. Are they really expecting you to go buy thousands of dollars worth of toys? But thankfully you can find most of them online so we were able to unlock them anyways.

Game gets stuck at 18% while loading and sits there forever. I tried with other heavy ganes, Streamed movies and network is smooth. Please look into the issue.

Update: I've emailed you. Tried everything. It is to expensive to have to rebuy all the same toys(but new Jurassic world) and the app not work! On both android phone and iPad it stops loading at 11%. There's no solution! So...FIX IT. and the old scannables should have followed it over

The advice of turning off the data saver worked. Now downloads well. I would like more consistency on how the information is related and I'd like weight and length to be standard as well as the era of the dinosaur

my son was so excited to get this but as so many others say, it is really buggy and quickly locks up the tablet. Can't play the game at all. Then the whole tablet crashes. I've cleared the cache and force it to stop but still does the same next time. The only support is a phone number in America! Edit: now installed on my phone, it works properly. So it's just a pity it won't run on the tablet which is much newer than the phone incidentally. Please fix.

My son loves this app but now it refuses to load past 11%. I have tried clearing the cache and restarting but still no luck. We can't uninstall and reinstall because you don't have a log in option that saves the data so we would lose all our scanned dinosaurs. I now have a devastated 4 year old.

New updated stuff is working fine for me (and I like that the new wishlist shows the toys now), but I'm disappointed old figures can't be scanned in now, the wishlist feature for older figures doesn't seem to exist. Everything I scanned in was also lost on updating. What's the point of the previous collection button if it is practically made useless now? I feel like this new update would have served better as a seperate app considering how much different it is from the previous iterations.

Normally this is a 5 star app and my 6 year old loves to have me read him the facts from all of his dinos. However; this new update won't let me scan dinos! I go to scan the dinos and I get a black screen and the app then freezes. Yes, I have already made sure ALL the permissions are on. I have a Moto G Stylus 5G currently running on the latest version of Android. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled already. Just fix the bug already Mattel. Enough people are complaining that it's not user error.

I love dinosaurs but the one thing I don't like about this app is that the sounds are very bad.every time I play a triceratops sound it won't make the sound that it usually makes when the new update was not ready yet so if the creaters are hearing this don't change the sounds of the dinosaurs.please keep the sounds for the dino rivals line and the jurassic world fallen kingdom line

Upset child and parent! The latest update removed all the scanned dinosaurs. We enjoyed scanning them again with the frustration of many not scanning 😡 My child likes the new game! However the app doesn't load unless I restart my phone! I've cleared the cache and it still get stuck at 11% Pls fix this issue! We enjoyed the app for ages!

This app was 4.5 Stars before the update for dominion. Now it's total garbage: it gets stuck on open and won't load past 11% for a few minutes. IF it will fully open, scanning DNA on older dinos takes 4-5 minutes all while listening to some anxiety-inducing music which I could only mute once my kids got so bored of waiting they finally walked away. I feel like they're trying too hard with this app, loading it with augmented reality. Just give dino facts like the last version

Frustrating....we have not had any issues with the app until after the most recent update...the scan feature is terrible...it is difficult if not impossible to scan and then it loads at a snails pace. Will this be fixed?

This app freezes all the time and it's super frustrating. It can even freeze my entire phone requiring a restart. App is cool when it works though.

The new dominion update made it laggy. It's so bad you can't play that capture game. Also to see dinosaur in AR you need to actually have the figure in person, but that isn't a problem.

WHAT THE HECK DID THIS GAME TURN INTO!?!?!? THIS WAS FUN BEFORE, BUT THIS IS THE WORST!!! BRING THE ORGINAL BACK!!!!!!!!! I loved when you just scanned any dinosaur, BUT THE GAME IS WORSE THAN EVER NOW!!!!! I DONT HAVE ANY DOMINANAN TOYS!!! Please let us have the original back, now the game lags and lags and lags. Its to big now.and now the only thing l can do is SCAN ONLY THE CERTAIN COLLECTION. I loved the original way more... (sorry I spelled a thing wrong)

I have a problem about something last time before this new update there was so many dinosaurs to scan that I was in frustration but no there's only like a few dinosaurs which are actually from the new Jurassic World Dominion movie which hasn't even came out yet now it is finally a bit more easier thank you for the update😊 I also like the game that you added but it's a bit hard to control the truck But I really really appreciate this new update thank you mattel

Not working. Doesn't go above 11% when loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled... something. Or else we absolutely loved it when it worked! Kids learned so much!

This app seems fine but this loading takes too much time even tho i have good internet connection like it just stays at 91%

Downloaded the app and it won't load past the start up screen. It goes to 11% start up and then says there is a connection issue.

What have you done!! This app worked OK the new update now means it freezes when scanning a dino code! Gets to 50% and then does not download. Son loved getting the dino and scanning to learn about them now his has new ones he can't get on the app. Part of fun of getting the toys, will make people think about getting JW dinos if part of the appeal will not work.

My son (6 years old) is very excited by this but it crashes every minute or so.

Daughter loves the app would get 5 stars but since the update my camera doesn't focus while trying to scan. So her 4 new dinos I can't scan. Never had an issue till the last update.

After latest update, app is stuck loading at 82%. Please fix

I see a lot of posts here about the app not working. This happened to us also. Our son has been very disappointed. It started working tonight after I changed one setting on my phone. I went to settings/apps/jurassic world facts, under the heading Usage is Mobile data. I chose Mobile data and saw that the setting for Allow data usage while Data saver is on was disabled. I enabled the setting and it started working. This may be a coincidence, but either way it's working now. Hope this helps.
