Please, fix your game. It crashes after an ad completes, when moving dinosaurs or fusing. It crashes when trying to do the code red or matching during pvp. It crashes SO OFTEN. This isn't really a bad idle game to play around in but the game closing itself makes it useless and impossible to attempt progress. And I'm not talking after a bit it crashes, it will close even RIGHT AFTER doing what I currently was prior. Everyone else is obviously having the same problem. Just fix it??????
I love this game, but I'm so sick of it crashing all the time. After the code red mini games, there's a 50/50 chance of it crashing, and after every third ad watched (for rewards or time completion,) it crashes. I'm tired of having to start over the last 10 minutes of work I put into the game because of these crashes, if this continues, I will delete the game... I've had this app multiple times and never had I had so many issues with it. Fix it.
I have been playing for 3 years without paying actual money. Without paying, this game may take a decade to beat; to get to max level. But for me, that isn't the real issue. Ludia doesn't really value their users. Without looking, my finger bumped the screen and I spent 6 THOUSAND dinobucks that I have saved for at least a year on 2 terrible creatures! There wasn't even a confirmation of purchase! I received no refund, only "Unfortunately, we can't replace your dinobucks. Sorry."
Good game but incredibly laggy and glitchy, kicks me off of the game randomly. Used to kick me out of battles and when I'd go back on my creatures would be time out. Like I said good game but needs improvement. As some feedback, try and make the unlock requirements for the creatures how they used to be (unlock in battle stage 12 for example instead of unlock via special event)
Really great game and everything, but every few minutes the game crashes and kicks me out of the game or says connection lost. It gets really annoying during PVPS and now i dont even bother to do them. And when it says connection lost, i lose a few seconds of progress. For example, when I place an egg in the incubator it kicks me out and I have to do it again. Please fix this. Alot of people also have the same problem.
I really do love this game and it's experience! But there is an issue occurring... The game kicks me out at the most random times which can be quite inconvenient. Or the fact that I have great signal but the game will not load. I will not give a bad rating for this, because the game is really good and a great time consumer for when you're bored. It gives you interesting facts about all the dinosaurs and the graphics are pretty good. I will update my rating to a 5 if you can fix the issue. Thanks
The game is amazing. You can make a national dino park and train dinos and more! This game is totally a 5 star but there is one thing. Their is a bug that kicks you out the game for example. I was doing one of the tasks in the game and only got 1 min. I mean it does not lock you out the game. It just is annoying. Please fix this!!!!!!!!
I used to play this game a lot a few years ago. But now the game crashes constantly. Anytime a card pack opens. Or in the middle of fights. It's a total experience wrecker. I've followed all of the troubleshooting and to no avail, reinstaling to restarting my phone. Even deleted other games to add more room. It's disappointing because I came back to start a new account to find out the game is impossible to play now and I use to be a big spender on this game.
The fighting is awesome, but that is the only thing holding this game up, ive lost ALL of my progress 2 TIMES. And i had played for 2 YEARS the first time and the second time almost 2. But gameplay wise, collecting the dinosaurs is fun, and so are the feeding animations. I like strategizing for what dinosaur will mak the most efficient position to win. I also like figuring out where the things should be in my park, being best for lvls. Though everything costs, and way too much waiting.
This is a really good game, once you first open the game it has a pretty cool scene, and the graphics looks amazing. I've been playing for awhile and I have seen some amazing details, but there is a big problem to this game that I've had to deal with for awhile wich would be the game closing out on me. This takes up most of my time and it gets really annoying. When it happens, but it also does not save most of my progress, but overall it's a good game
Is a really fun game I've been playing it probably since I first came out. It would be cool if u guys add little people that walk on the paths giving the game a little more life, and maybe update the dinosaurs models, it would also be cool to see jurassic park builder make a come back I really enjoyed playing it. I kinda got a little bug not big but my lvl 30 velociraptor lost its color lol.
Went out to play again for the first time in a long time and now the game simply won't load. It starts to sign me and then crashes. Update: worked with support extensively and none of the troubleshooting worked. The only remaining solution (from them) was to get a new phone. Not impressed, and definitely not a game with buying a brand new phone over.
The game constantly crashes I lose rewards. When it happens as in I get rewards like wht I get then it. Crashes resets my rewards then I get a bunch of food. And I'm a subscriber. It's rather annoying. It also crashes when moving things around the park. Like statues or buildings........1 month and 1 update later game still crashes. Quite agitating
I have played this game multiple times over the years. I lost my first save of which I spent numerous hours upon. So I made a new one. But suddenly after putting my heart and soul into it, I just can't play the save. It crashes the moment you press any button on it. And at one point wouldn't even allow me to load the save at all. The second time I have lost a dedicated save.
I love the game intensely since I've downloaded it, but the only issue I have with the game is that you can't unlock many dinosaurs other than the same ones. From what I realized, there are only four common dinosaurs that can be unlocked and not the other ones sadly. But the game is really good overall, and I would refer it to fellow friends.
Unfortunately the game is unplayable right now. Froze within the first 30 seconds of playing the game. I rebooted, got past the first fight and then was stopped by a popup that was bigger than my phones screen and wouldn't let me select anything. If this 5 minutes of game play is what go expect, then this game will continue to be unplayable. Very sad.
Can you please deal with the crashing of the game? I can't even go two seconds without it kicking me out for no reason whatsoever. It keeps saying 'connection lost' when my Wi-Fi is till going strong. As soon as you sort this issue out, then I'll think about giving you guys a higher rating. Before that? Na, no thanks.
Good game I still really like it but after countless updates still some of the events aren't worth doing given the "prize" you get after completing them. For example the bucks event "Fight for Funds" now gives 200 bucks. More bucks could be added to make fighting for them worth while. I give the game two stars because although I still like and Play the game, after many updates I thought something would have been done to fix this or at least make the prize something worth fighting for.
This game to me has been a part of my childhood ever since it came out, the game is fun to play and all, but it crashes every time you play a fast speed or try to enter the battle! AND... and... the WORST part of the app is that it uses Wi-Fi (which it increases data plan). We have 5G now on this planet, so there's no need for that BS Wi-Fi!!!
I just started playing the game and I'm liking the look of the evolved dinosaurs. Not sure how I feel about the battle modein this game. I think it should be more like Jurassic World Alive battle mode. Plus fix the game cause every time I go and watch a video to get my extra free spin the game crashes. That's why I'm only giving the game 3 stars
It's a good game when it loads, but most of the time when I try and load it up it just kicks me out back to my home screen not enjoyable since I can't play it it doesn't even let me get past the. First picture of a dinosaur doesn't even load up the game. Actually I'll click on it. It kicks me out, which is constantly crashes, the only reason why this isn't a one star is cuz like the look of the dinosaurs when you are actually able to play the game once in a while for that short span of time
The game itself is very fun. Not a lot of games are continously engaging. The issue, however, is that the game will not stop crashing. The connection to the games hosting server will go out about every 5-10 minutes. If your in the middle of a battle that's tough luck. If the crashing issue is addressed the game would be an easy 5 stars but until then it's just broken
