The app is super simple and it's motivating to have a clear goal and plan for whatever muscles you want to work on. You see results in increase of repeats after even two sessions, no matter in what shape you are, and if it feels too rough, you can for example repeat the week before moving on to the next. Highly recommend for this kind of small workout sessions to get in better shape or in addition to other training :)

I do hope it's just a start, as you say on the welcome screen. The app has a very long way to 'good' right now. The old UI was way better. Now, unnecessarily large graphics take space from useful information, the easiest thing to click on is resetting one's progress (!), the graph is stripped of data (reps, this is what we're trying to improve on over a long period of time, remember?) and info on calories - for whom? The, now, very small buttons - in no way made for someone in the middle of workout to hit, hands shaking! The only thing that was wrong from before, was the insane progression rate the program is set to, and this is the only thing you didn't seem to change.

This is a good app. You can find workout plans online, but the smoothness of ysing an app helps me stick to a plan. If you cannot mitivate yourself to open the app, then it can't help you, but if you just open it and click on your exercise, it will do the rest. I have seen significant improvement in my push-up and pull-up abilities after using these exercise plans.

I'm really liking the new design. Very clean. My only wish is to have the timer appear in the notifications so i can multitask on my phone between reps. Edit: You guys have got to fix that timer. It resets to 0 if you, for example turn off the screen and turn it back on. Looks great, functionally broken.

I used to love this program when it first came out, but then the functionality went bust. I was so surprised to see a shiny new app icon one day realizing they had revived it. Having completed the program, it really works and drives you to goals quicker than you thought possible. Thanks for taking the time to bring this app back to life, it's much appreciated!

It's good, clean, & simple. My main concern is that you can't change the order of the exercises, can't remove exercises, & can't change which exercises you can do. I understand these were likely chosen intentionally because they work all the muscles, but when you have 2 types of dips, likely one to work triceps & the other to work the chest, it does feel redundant. I'd prefer a little bit more choices of main exercises & more customization. Being from Russia I'm a bit concerned about security.

Im being honest. The new updates arent that fantastic. i have less control oer changing the preset number of reps. i recently began 100 pushup/day goal for 30 days. prior version was intuitive allowing me to select wrkout days and daily goal. very difficult adjusting number of reps. app is slow to respond. The days on/off feature is equally frustrating. the old version was better in that it was easier. apps should be easy straight forward. the new update is none of those things .

Update: through this app I was able to do 100+ press-ups this time last year. I lapsed massively and have just restarted again from scratch and was really happy to see the new version of this app, looks so much better and really well laid out. This is honestly great, just remember to stick with it! The gradual increase in reps is a great way to get help healthier.

Useful app. I needed something simple, since I was limited to bodyweight workouts and most training regimens that I found online were overkill. The fact that this app sets target reps to move you towards a goal had been a lifesaver! It all feels well-suited to where I'm at physically (which is pretty novice). The plank times have probably been the most difficult for me, but that's most likely due to my under-exercised core. But yeah, good app for getting started/back into bodyweight exercise.

update fixed the screen lock out issue, still not a fan of the new ui, please add a classic layout! but it is your app to do as you wish, just wish I could obtain a older version. one more issue however is the app auto starting the next set. take planks for instance after the rest period it goes straight to work period automatically. I think alot of people like being notified with tone rest is over, and hitting start in there own time for the work period.

been using this on and off for years as a way to get back into a good routine. it works well. its nice and simple to use. a lot of workout apps are overly complicated. i would rate it 5 stars but personally i think you could improve it soightly by bring able to stack the workouts so yoi font have to keep switching. Very minor thing. The new layout looks nice.

All in all, it's a good app. but I do wanna mention that for me it's not really 6 weeks - half way through and it took me 8 so far(i find myself repeating workouts a lot). Also, about the last update: I really miss the graph view, it helps you watch progress over time

nice app. theres no way to go back and correct a set/mistake either while you're exervising or even after you're done, if a number is wrong. you have to completely delete everything and manually reinput your data like you were doing the exercise again. annoying shen you f up. great design and interface

Lot of improvement required. Firstly, voice commands to start the timer. How can a person doing plank click on start/stop ? Secondly, individual completed workout-wise data should also be given for quick look on self improvement rate. Developer needs to put some effort in this currently very basic app.

I've been using this app for a few years now off and on. My only complaint is the Stats tab isn't very easy to read. I feel that if you could sort by exercise and also plot the data on a graph to view progression that would be awesome and I would then give it a 5 star hands down.

Honestly, I liked the old UI better. Current UI seems to has a bug where if you finish and exercise and start the rest time, switch apps, and them come back, it wipes out the timer and you have no idea how much you should be resting. Bit odd.

Paywalling a paid premium app further years after it's release is already bad. But doing it with removing features you now have to pay for on a regular basis is just the worst. Even though the app was good I would never pay for shady tactics like that even though I would've been open to pay for more features or options not provided previously.

I used the situps portion of this app in the past with great results. Having the 5 moves together, with a simple interface is great. Even the programs are solid, designed to push you towards your end goal. Love it.

Absolutely love this app and have made major improvements in conditioning. The new format is excellent and provides and improved visual while performing the workout. Great addition of the calorie burning tracker and total reps. Thank you guys for the update and continued development!

Great app and initially I was worried when I opened it up to an all new design, but the previous workout information carried over fine. Only thing I'd really suggest is maybe being able to mix multiple together in a session and having the countdown timer as a notification.

I've been using this app off and on for quite a few years and have never finished it because I always find excuses. the new redesign of the app is fresh and functions smoothly. hopefully this time I'll actually finish the six weeks.

I have used multiple training apps. This App is simple and by far the best. After a few weeks you notice a lot of changes. However one note of improvement. After 6 weeks your body gets used to the training, there needs to be more than 6 weeks of training. Increase the reps Increase the sets More than 6 weeks Harder versions of the exercises, e.g clapping press ups. Overall very good App

Simple app. Gives me a workout at a rate of increase in difficulty based on how I performed in the previous exercise. Has exercise reminders if you're bad like me and forget. Got me to 100 pushups before and is doing it again when I'm 10 years older. Worth the purchase :)

This app is great. If you consistently do what it tells you to do, you will easily get stronger with no injuries. When I first started this app, I could not do one squat because of my bad knees. Now I am doing 25+ per set. That is 125+ in one session. it took a while to get them strengthened but so worth it. App tells you to repeat the workout anytime it's a struggle. W onderful app.
