Great and Simple Envelope Budgeting App! I love the fact that its not based on a monthly salary because, as a freelancer, I cant do a monthly budget. For the next update, i'd strongly recommend allowing users to add a brief memo or descrption when we enter a new transaction so that when its time to do some accounting you can easily recall where the money came from or went to. It would also be nice to have the option to view a total of all the envelopes, reorder and even color the envelopes.
Almost Perfect. I'm in the middle of trying different apps and came across this one. I would stick to this one if only it had 2 things. The first is that it doesn't give me the total out of all the envelopes. I would need to add each using a calculator to get the total. The second is that I can fill in the envelopes all together for when I get paid. I have to go into each envelope and add each individually. I would would an add income button and divide them on one screen.
Was looking for a SIMPLE envelope app. And I love it. Just a few changes that would be nice and I would be happy to rate 5 stars!!! 1. I would be happy to pay 1.00 for no ads. 2. Please move the add envelope button so we can see the total of the last envelope 3. Add the ability to back-up (in case my phone dies or something) 4. Add the ability to organize the envelopes. And maybe even have subcategories
This is all pretty great overall but I down graded two stars for 1 really annoying feature. The add envelope button is a large encircled plus sign in the bottom right hand corner, and you cannot see the total in the last envelope because the button blocks it! It's made the app such that I cannot use as many envelopes as I would like because there is always one I can't see the totals for.
It does exactly what it says. You don't have to create a login and they aren't harvesting your data. There is a simple ad banner at the top (they got to make money somehow). One negative: the plus button, to add a new envelope, doesn't allow you to see the amount on your last envelope in your lineup.
Almost there. I rate higher if I could 1:input my total balance, 2: see what is left unassigned filling the envelopes, and 3: set certain transactions to repeat on a schedule. I might even be willing to pay for such features if the price is reasonable.
I've been looking for a budgeting app with just spending categories and nothing else for the longest time, and I finally found this! Completely thrilled and love the app - makes it so easy to see what's left in my individual budgets each month
Simple enough for my needs. I wish I could see what the combined total of all my envelopes is. Also would love to automatically add cash to each envelope at set intervals. Other than that, it's great!
Love this so far! Simple and easy to use, my only real complaint is that the add envelope button covers the amount for the bottom envelope.
Very simple, I was looking for a virtual envelope system and this is it. Would be perfect if it showed the grand total balance of all the envelopes somewhere to simplify balancing with my bank.
Love how simple this APP is. The only additions I would love to see is a grand total of all of the envelopes balances together and a place to note where you spent money.
Almost exactly what I need. If there was a way to sync online so my wife and I could both use the same budget, I would gladly pay money for this app.
Basic is exactly what I was looking for. Just 1 thing would give it a 5star rating the ability to add a note for each transaction.
Tracking made easy! Simple interface. Easy to add categories without limit.
Overall great! Just wish that I could add a description for transactions and delete them if I make a mistake.
Needs improvement Envelope system is for budgeting. I have no way of telling to whomever my money is going. Would be nice to add it

Easy simple way to track your spending. No NFC which is a giant plus.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what but I cant seem to find where you can track your spending all I get is the add envelope page

FINALLY... Simple, easy to use and right to the point. Please please don't change a thing with the user interface. Great app and it's not unnecessarily large. This is an envelope budgeting system and its not full of unwanted features that must be paid for. It's very honest and upfront and a great app to use for old school budgeting.
