This app is ridiculous, tbh. All you can do in the free version is swipe. You can't see who likes you or even respond to people who message you first without paying. You also can't use the filter. And to get all those, you have to spend over 30 dollars a month. It's not worth it.

App claims that all girls showing are local to me but after some reached out, they are nowhere close. Duplicate profiles and other info doesnt seem to match up. I dont trust the profiles that are showing. After not paying the full price, it seems the likes and messages stop coming through, even though winks do. Deleting. Something doesnt seem right...

This app is too messy. I tried their free trial and deleted my account a day before it ended. My account was still charged, when I contacted customer support they basically said they couldn't refund my money (even though account is still deleted). All they could do was activate this account that I was dissatisfied with for the remainder of the month. I declined, don't waste your time with this.

The app over all is okay but when I'm trying to message someone it goes to the subscription page even though in small print it says i can message people without the subscription. This is a recurring issue no matter when I am trying to message someone. I hope this gets sorted in the next update.

No idea how the rating is so high. Not even able to sign in as it does not recognize email as valid. I tried different emails to see of it was just me but it doesn't recognize any. Useless from the start....

The app is absolute garbage, constantly glitches and the customer service people are rude and disrespectful. I purchased the subscription just to try it out and immediately cancelled it so I wouldn't be charged for a second round. I was unhappy with the service so deleted the app and my account and was still charged for a second subscription. The customer service person I was emailing was extremely rude and refused to give a refund even though I had cancelled the subscription well in advance 👎

This app charged me 49$ for a 9.99 purchase. I only wanted to try to see if it was better than the others not commit. It was not its like no traffic There is just alot of swipping and no one talking. When I contacted the site to cancel I basically got a tough luck email. Don't try it don't buy it. They could have at least offered me half my money back I used it for less than a week... its BS

This application lacks of customer care. Its money grabbing and scam. Before I confirm my subscription, it said its $2/biweekly= 104/6months. And it said you can cancel your subscription at any time. So regarding to what it said, I thought it will deduct weekly amount from my account. So I bought a subscription and it got the whole amount from my account! Then I searched about the policies and it said VIP members can not get a refund. I had no idea I'm a VIP member till I went to my profile and clicked on "Restore purchase" and it said I'm VIP member!!! So I email the customer care and someone named that I wasn't informed properly by the app that if you pay for the whole amount it considers you as being a VIP. And someone named (ANNA) told me its nonrefundable cause I'm VIP member and I can only unsubscribe because I was informed, but I didn't pay attention. So I tell her to delete my profile, just give my money back and she repeats herself as she is not able to do any refunds! Whoever manages this app,, you cant just get the full amount and adding people to VIP cause *YOUR APP* took the whole amount of money so they cant get their money back!! Its FRAUD. If your customer care named Anna, dont give my money back, I will report your app to the police ASAP. Apparently I'm not the first one who got you reported so cops have already have an idea of what is going on with your app!

cant talk to anyone unless you pay. cant do much of anything to engage with others unless you pay. and the prices are too high. cant even try it out for a month without paying forty bucks. its insane. you should either lower the prices some or allow free members too at least be able to actually chat and not just wink. just a suggestion.

It's a money grabbing app is all. You can't talk to people without giving money, it's awful. Would not recommend even giving it a shot unless they decided to let you talk to others without paying stupid prices. And no, you can't even message back if they message first. 👎🏻

There is a major issue without premium subscription we're not able to chat so what's the meaning of this app when we just swipe left and right and jst matched but not able to interact with each other!!!!

Very dissapointed... cannot message anyone without paying for a subacription... free trial is only offered when you try to delete the account... not worth the hassel of setting up a profile and deleting it after 12 hours...

Unless you pay around $40 or more it won't let me respond to any chats I got... Definitely not cool. I knew it said in app purchases, but usually you can at least do some stuff without having to pay a large sum of money

Verry expensive, unfortunatelly for nothing. I payed the subscribtion and wrote to people, but no one wrote back, because without paying money you cannot chat at all. Waist of money, time and effort. Other application let people chat for free... and are much, much cheaper...don't do the same mistake as I did.

it was cool until it says you can send reply messages back for free...but it won't let you. it goes straight to the purchase screen. Don't advertise o e thing and do the total opposite. Fix this please and thank you.🤬😡

There are quite a few women on the app, which great BUT the fact that you have to pay for absolutely everything is ridiculous. I can't even message someone unless I pay.

I've read the reviews and I understand that buying the membership means you're more committed but the prices are absolutely ridiculous! Also by putting it to where you have to have a membership to talk to someone is ridiculous as well. I mean 36$ is outrageous for one month

ITS A SCAM!!! ITS A SCAM!!! ITS A SCAM!!! I paid for 6 weeks up front. (They advertise per week, but make you pay all upfront.) Cancelled in 2 weeks. Justshe kept the entirety of my money. The response was "cause I sude the app they kept the refund." Of weeks unused. They didnt list the correct city I'm in. And I forgot my old profile, made a new one. My old file came up as someone who liked me! ITS A SCAM!!!

Told me I got a free subscription for a month but I soon found out 2 days later that the app took £36.99 out of my account! I doubled checked and I was right. It took money when it was mentioned to be free! 😠

The app would be great but without paying the only thing you can essentially do is look at pictures. You can't chat with anyone. Even when paid members message you first you can't respond. This is madness.

Despite having subscribed for 6 months, i cannot see who else is there for me to be able to browse and befriend. Even message on supposedly the contact us, but no answer. Planning to unsubscribe in coming days if nothing positive. Waste of money and time... Do not recommend anyone this Site as far as my experience is till. Now

The worst app ever.. seriously you cant even respond to a message on Contact Us and just send me a PayPal message of no refund. The worst customer service. Subscribers dont even bother with this app.. just use Instagram or kick to contact each other on your profile. Really disappointed!!!!

i cancelled my subscription and because i was forced to use gmail instead of my normal email account, i didnt realize they were charging me even though i quit using the service! Now it doesn't allow me to sign in to cancel!!! total rip off!!!

Rubbish. Complete waste of money, no one subscribes so no one can chat to eachother. Also profiles are kept on there long after they are active.
