SCAM! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! I was told it would just be a $1 fee for a question, and they told me it was no commitment and I wouldn't be charged more. Well I just discovered a $60 charge on my credit card bill. When I asked they said it's a membership fee and it's set to renew today! Thankfully I caught it before it renewed or it'd be another $60! Super sketch business. I never got a single email or anything telling me I was in this plan. It's a scam! They will enroll you without your knowledge

Doesn't support HTTPS so it's unsecured--which I get to read any time I switch between pages. App is still hot garbage and canned customer service response is to keep reinstalling it and to use a computer. Have to try to reset my password everytime I login, but even if I'm successful I'll have to do it again. Doesn't matter, still can't access the service except by text message prompts. $150 for 8 total questions ranging from hot garbage to semi-useful. It's the MoviePass of questions.

Thought it was a $1 refundable, directed by short staffed Google, charged a non refundable $46. They said it clearly stated what I was signing up for. That's my grocery money gone now. Non refundable. Unfortunate but true. Do not bother unless you want the service for the fee. Probably would be better if it shows you what you are being charged upon payment. They said it does clearly, but geeze!

Eil. C. Apr 24, 2022

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't do it, don't use it. They tell you it is a once of amount payable that is fully refundable, in order for a lawyer to give you a call. But they then deduct your account every month for thats amount. Plus there is NO way of canceling the so called membership as their email address is "protected" and you cannot access it.

Mik. K. Apr 8, 2022

THIS IS A SCAM! Charged $1.00 to ask a question and could cancel the membership prior to 7 days with no membership charge. I canceled in 24 hours after never receiving any information about my question. I received an email stating that my membership would be canceled in one month and I could enjoy the benefits. There are no benefits! It's a complete scam! It needs to be removed from the play store.

I wish I would've read these reviews prior to getting involved in this scam. They lure you in with the $1 charge which they explained after was a joining fee, followed by a $46 charge which was explained as the membership fee. I asked 1 question which was never resolved but was told after a question is posted you're automatically signed up for membership whether your problem is resolved or not (which it wasn't). I didn't even search for the siteit popped up while utilizing the Google.

The app is ok, if redundant, and the service is as good as ever. The price, however... I just don't have $400 worth of questions I need an expert for in the course of a year. I'd probably spend more than one month's fee if they brought back a la cart pricing though.

I've gotten good Advice and help pointing in the right direction on various topics. It's certainly worth a buck!! And to Whomso ever FYI When Rating this app. There's a section below this text box. It's heading is "Tell Us More (optional) It has boxes with additional questions with choice selections of No Not Sure but it prevent me from viewing the selection or Option to answer Yes. Just thought whomever may want to fix this.

zac. M. Mar 30, 2022

This app is a scam. 50 bucks for them to tell me to take it back to the store. Like literally didn't answer anything was just take it back the store that'll be 50 bucks. Thank you for reaching out JA team. I've tried sending an ail to the address you've provided and it keeps bouncing back.

Des. T. May 12, 2022

Very misleading they said I would be charged only $1 then come to find out in total its $47 . I asked for a refund and they said they stated it was $46 plus the $1 for connect fee. It didnt!!!! They refused to give me a refund when I told them this was theft and they were scammers they were rude and said thanks for being a customer and blocked me from contacting them again.

KC. Y. Apr 17, 2022

SCAM SCAM! It says it's $1 and you can cancel anytime. I immediately cancelled after question was sort of answered but not well or fully. 3 days later they charged me $60. I contacted customer service chat and email and they are now saying no refunds so their advertising is very deceptive and customer service is ridiculously unhelpful. Unless you want to pay for this monthly and receive no help or referral to someone that can help... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!

Kri. H. May 17, 2022

When I paid for the service and canceled it, 24/7 roadside assistance was an amenity I was looking for and was listed as part of the service. When I asked about it, they said they don't offer it. Why the heck would it be listed if they don't offer it? This service is a SCAM just like other reviews mentioned.

Dav. F. Apr 14, 2022

Limits passwords to 15 characters. Claims "for security purposes." You mean "AGAINST security purposes." You mean you are not hashing and encrypting passwords correctly so you cannot handle large passwords. That is what the heck you mean! Say what you mean. Mean what you say. Details matter. Best practices matter. Transparency matters. I suffer fools. I do not suffer duplicitousness.

Sar. H. N. May 8, 2022

READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE USING THIS APP: They scammed me also. They tell you in the bot chat it's only $1.00 to send the question. There's NOTHING anywhere about $50 that is immediately charged. And they don't refund. Like who is gonna talk to a lawyer etc for enough days to use this more Than once or twice?! Also per reviews, some ppl are charged $60, some $39, some $46, some $29. Very obviously a massive scam.

IAm. S. Feb 5, 2022

False Advertisement! They advertise that you can try the service for an initial $1 fee but then charge $47 immediately! Beyond misleading, they advertise lies! When I request a refund through the many chat customer service bubbles that pop up, no one attempts to help!

Ker. T. Feb 14, 2022

I left a review for the business yesterday and their response was to contact their customer care to resolve the issue. They said their billing page says it will charge a "trial fee of $1 AND a membership fee of $46" That is simply jot true. And even if it was Even if it did, it's still false advertising to say there is a $1 trial fee just to turn around d and charge the full membership. Do not use these guys. Their customer care is just a team of people that justify why they won't refund you.

Sha. S. Mar 12, 2022

So I clicked the box and put in my credit card information on the web page to be able to ask a question, before I knew it I was getting a notification from my credit card account letting me know that a $34 withdrawal had transpired from the app named justanswer so I called customer service and she let me know that I was charged the membership fee that I did not go to the website first and read about so I had no clue about it, she said I wouldn't be getting a refund and I got pretty upset let the

Lim. Z. May 25, 2022

Where's the zero star? I should have checked the reviews before signing in. It was a trial for a dollar but I checked my account immediately and saw an extra charge of 46$. I cancelled the membership immediately, less than 30 minutes but am still trying to work on my refund. Their so called experts are a joke. No response from them at all. UPDATE I checked my bank account again today and they have made another withdrawal yet I cancelled as soon as I registered.

Kim. D. Apr 22, 2022

Same experience as Kat below. I was asked to enter a cc and it stated that it would only charge a one time $1 fee and I would be allowed to choose an option if I decide later. But I was immediately charged $46. The advice give was swift and sound. Very helpful but the misrepresentation is poor. I will seek my $45 to be returned

Ste. Apr 9, 2022

I've had great experiences with this app. When I need medical expertise in a pinch or legal expertise, it's been useful. You have thousands of experts at your fingertips every day of the week trying to answer your questions! This is a great service. 4.5 starts rounded to 5 because most experts are willing to help and go reasonably deep with your query. Minus the 1 because some really don't. But you can simply find another expert! What a useful service!

Leo. B. Feb 3, 2022

This app did not help in my situation. It kept sending me from one app to another and nothing ever got resolved. All the apps that it kept sending me to were the same ones I found on Google. And they charge you a non refundable membership fee.

Cin. L. Apr 27, 2022

This is a bunch of nonsense having some person at a desk text you, and doesn't even listen to what you're saying gets off on the wrong subject. No but they want you to give them $60 to talk to him why bother you could go to a lawyer and have a one-on-one conversation why bother with these yahoos!!!! No help at all not one single bit of help just bunch of phony !!!!!

Bra. B. Apr 21, 2022

SCAM! I was charged $60 for this. I didn't see that fee anywhere prior to it showing up on my bank account. I was initially told that it would be $1 to get my question answered. I've called customer service and I will give updates and change my rating if it's taken care of.

Dun. A. Feb 28, 2022

So. Left a review stating the "join for £1, then £29 per month" 'offer' was digital sleight of hand, and get a reply back saying "its all listed on the payment authorisation page". No it bloody isn't you thieving b*st*rds otherwise I wouldn't have put my details in. And still awaiting in a reply, but I don't think I'm going to get one... Steer clear everyone. THIS IS A SCAM

Gen. P. Mar 8, 2022

I haven't even talked to anyone yet. I did get a message to pay the $1.00 , but also to sign up for a fee and that I could cancel at any time, which even though I gave my card info , I don't want any charges other than the dollar. Aldo, a message from some attorney for a charge.

Jos. F. Mar 16, 2022

This in my humble opinion is a scam. While yes you are sent to some to ask a question. However. It make a big d3al about giving you a $1.00 trial. However, they charge you card $1.00 and then charge it $46.00 too!!! There seems to be no trial or do they give refunds when in just a few hours you cancel your membership because of this scam issue. They are a dirty business to do business with. Never again.

L. F. Feb 7, 2022

Thank you Lucy was wonderful & even sent me form through PDF & Patiently waited as I long texted my responses.. I'm Very Pleased & I gladly & unfortunately have no more need for the 7day trial. Going to call to cancel before billing issues occur. Very worth the $5 trial fee & yes it transfer me around but I needed the info so it didn't bother me at all 😊👍👍

Deb. R. Feb 24, 2022

I put my charge card in for the $1 trial, and an assistant was relaying information to a vet. Got a message asking if I wanted a phone call to get more personal communication ( how dog sounded), with continue- but no way to cancel. My area is a dead zone at times and disconnected. Checked my bank account, charged the $1 and then $29 dollars for vet call, which I didn't get. A text later came in with a recommendation to try cough medicine. So far not charged membership fee.

Jay. H. Apr 22, 2022

They aren't fast like the app says and i'm not happy with my expirence because nobody answered my question i've been waiting for a long time and nobody still has answered my question. I do not recommend this app because it is false advertisment and this whole thing is fake.

Mik. C. Apr 12, 2022

Scam. Luckily I caught it after only 1 month. Do not create an account...Do NOT put in your credit card info. Costs $1 to create an account and automatically charges $35/mo. Thirty Five dollars to be able to ask a question regardless if your questions are answered. Then they tried to tell me my one question was worth $26... and it wasn't even the right answer. Just Google your question... Their business model is billing people hoping they won't notice.
