New update is not working at all for me. I can not get past the first page. Tried a uninstall and reinstall, as well as emailed app support but my email keeps getting sent back. Please sort this out ASAP.
STAY AWAY 46$ a month. They Have been billing me even After I called to cancel. I have not used the service I got a new card a while back but still getting billed. I dont know what else to do. I'm definitely reporting them to all media streams and BBB
My father got scammed. Thought it was $2 turned out to be $70 and my mother only told me about it after the second payment. So $142 total. I'm pretty sure we managed to cancel the subscription.
Hi zero star first off I can't even register on the website it keep show in that my current email already exist, how is that possible I never register before, it's very frustrating, already mailed support now my email is queued, why so many ups and downs on this site it very bad, make the site easier to register, my experience are very unpleasant I'm not happy, if I'm struggling how many others are experiencing the same problem. fix this asap
As in expert to answer.. it won't even get past first page! In the 2021 and on the go work, an app that doesn't work is unacceptable. - stars
The app is great for replying to current questions, but still no notifications for new questions, which defeats the purpose. Please work to add push notifications for new questions, instead of only for replies.
Worked reasonably well since i installed it, but now doesn't load at all. Android 10, galaxy s10+
Downloading the App takes long.. so hard to handle though I have good internet connection. Am I alone experiencing this one? So I give just 1 🌟 unless it makes the download faster.

DO NOT USE!! Had a question on eviction and the answer wasn't complete. Gave 1 star and the rep then told me I deserve to be evicted cause of my attitude and started signing me up for spam calls. I tried reaching out to a manager over 4 times now to no avail. The experts see all you info and can copy everything to harass you
No way to reset password Neither they have customer care service
It's great that you all had a nice experience while I paid 50 dollars just to be told I was not a member when I asked a question! I was scolded for using "profanity" when I said "pissed" and "frickin" to the customer service agent while apologizing for being frustrated 😂, and wasted 2 hours of my life that I can never get back on this 😡
Became slow and almost unusable since the update

I do my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews. Especially, for free tools that we are given to do our work. That being said, the functionality of this app is terrible. It was bad before. But, now I am missing messages and the app continues to freeze on the regular. Even the website itself has pages that are restricted for "testing of the new pay system". I joined as an expert last year and that has not changed. The company should hire more experts in the field of web development. Cheers
