Does exactly what I wanted it to do, play videos stored on my tablet on my Chromecast, without any hassles.
If you want to stream video from your phone to a Chromecast, this will work. Design is good. Seems to work well. Not quite what I'm looking for though.
Most of the apps I've tried for showing local pictures on Chromecast don't work very well, work slowly, or don't work at all. This app works. It would be nice to be able to sort folders and to start a slideshow with the oldest photo but it is a good start.
I've tried every casting app and this is the best for images and videos. But I have to delete and reinstall the app to get it to pick up any new media I install. Why ? Otherwise it would be 5 stars
Works good for pics but useless for video which was the point of me getting it... what video files does this play anyways? It doesn't play Mp4 files, if you'd fix that, that'd be great.

What video format this supports. I think it has issue with the video format.

Finally after downloading and uninstalling other chromecast apps this one works!
Videos cannot be played.
I've been downloading different apps for over an hour and then this 1 works as promised, fast, free, no lags..only suggestion...add screen roation support..and log in to google photos :-) :-)

Shows all my videos as 0 sec lenght, didn't play any although I could see the thumbnails
All my video formats - video cannot be played. But it puts up photos, which is nice.

Really appreciate the ad free app. Minimal interface is nice, plays videos as well as the rest. Does not respect orientation of still photos.
It will only stream phone made videos to chrome cast. It does not support any other format of videos like mp4, mpeg, avi, etc.

Will not give a constant playback on videos filmed on HTC m8, plays 5s, loads 5s then plays again. Plays downloaded movies ok, just annoying when you're trying to show family something the kids have done
Another crippled app! Only shows like 1 out of 10 photos on my htc ONE phone. Most just give a black screen on TV set. Touch a photo thumbnail on phone, it turns light blue and TV goes black screen. Uninstalled.
Great app. Would like better mkv support, poster art on play screen, and better lollipop interface including folder exclusion and more settings.make this a paid upgrade! Would pay 1$99 for this in a heartbeat.
Ideal for playing downloaded films on my tablet, especially since the HDMI connection on it started playing up. Thanks, keep up the good work
Simple straightforward pic music and video casting app. No weird gimmicks, it just does what you want it to do. Very responsive developer, too, adding new sensible suggested functionality at a good pace.
Doesn't play most of the formats. Only managed to cast some videos, filmed with my android. None of movies.
