Horrible customer support and service. I had multiple incidents with missing items and late deliveries and every time I try to get help, they keep on giving you open ended answers and empty promises. In the end, nobody calls you back, no apology, no compensation, and your issue never gets resolved.
I paid double for Express Delivery and after paying online, I received a call saying that they can't deliver it on the same day and will deliver it the next day and you still pay for the Express Delivery... This happened to me twice so far and I will never choose express delivery again.. Thiefs
Never on time, sometimes never shows up, chat support is awful, chat support ends abruptly and a new agent joins that I have to explain the entire situation, no direct customer care support and the driver ended the call while I was talking to him.
At the beginning the customer care was very helpful and so was the service. I received my recent order one day late and all the items were packed together in one bag. When i received my order the bag was open which was very unpleasant.
Very bad customer service...not solve problem at time...i gave cloth for dry cleaning, as per app they delivered my cloth today morning but i don't receive yet...no reply from there side...waiting full day ...not proper answer from there side...very disappointing...very bad app...don't wast your time in this app
I placed an order twice but there was no response. I wonder even if it is active. Very disappointed with it and im uninstalling it.
Collections and deliveries no longer arrive on schedule. Orders marked "delivered" even if they haven't arrived. Customer support does not help.
In the beginning the app was perfect. But now the prices are 3 times the original price of the same laundry. I understand that it should be higher but not 3 times. Lately thay don't come on time at all. I wish they make better services in the future.
This is a perfect example of a great app that ruins itself. They removed the option for full bag washes and wash and fold and the new user interface is designed to make life difficult. I'm done
Everytime missing items... all my collection of the rock Under Armour is gone.. and they say we will search! And didn't find
Very bad service center Very bad application I make one order and the laundry put items that i dont have and the application take the money from my wallet with out my confirmation . Very bad hep center They didnt help at all when i make complain
Minimum prices are too expensive and times are inconvenient. This has become rather useless.
Very poor implementation... OTP never arrived per SMS, Check-out keeps saying something wrong happened...
Don't bother its too expensive, then someone will call and offer you discounts and keep sending you emails, the app keeps popping up ads on your phone, I'm still trying for days weeks to delete my information from them, but it's still there,

I cant belive you take the other, set the amount ,and when I'm waiting for delivery I find out that you changed the delivery date without even checking with the customer or notifying him...extremly unprofessional and what makes it worst..there's no number or anything to contact someone I'm charge. The " chat service" can't answer questions ,can't transfer to a manager and can't even check with the service provider .....what's the point of paying you guys when we can call the laundry direct??
This is a horrible app and I don't recommend wasting your time on it. The map doesn't work properly and the button to select where I live is grayed out. I've tried on my phone, my tablet, and my wife's phone. Every time I enter my credit card details, it comes back as 'transaction failed'. I've tried multiple CCs, all of which work fine on other apps like Talabat. I tried submitting a help request, but customer service never responds.
you cant put your phone number in register field and the app is useless .. they keeps removing my review
Terrible service with 0 commitment to delivery times, uncallable "call" center and the clothes were ready at the laundry for pickup and I was going to be delayed for 10 hours because of the app
Unprofessional customer service Specially Karim the one who answer the chat 2 days continously I chat with them they schedule time & no one came twice I chat with them & got to answer? Before the customer service was much better, now very very bad & unprofessional
I thought by now they would improve their approach to customer service but it's getting worse by the minute. Every order makes for a new bad experience.
DONT USE THIS APP! theyr never on time always late.. I had2 reschedule twice because I had to go somewhere and couldn't wait longer. I waited 30 min once and another time 45 min. They LOST MY ITEMS TWICE, both times no resolution.. they say they will contact the laundrette but nothing happens.. DONT USE THIS APP.. WALLAH DONT. I'm going to use myHome app and hopefully they won't be the same.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Available only to chat without any help!!! Kept me more than 30 minutes to answer my question and kept repeating automatic replies....Unreliable timing of pickup and delivery...quality of ironing in quite poor for some laundries while prices are double in other laundries. They ask for rate the order, however publish only what they choose..I gave low rating twice and was not added!!!
Terrible customer service. We lost a very expensive duvet and their response was ridiculous. [Edit] Although it was a misunderstanding with the laundry service and we haven't lost anything, I still believe that the app's customer service is poor. I informed you on 26 November and you replied vaguely on 10 February. The reason we use an app is to act fast and make the customer feel supported when is needed. Not 3 months later. I changed the rating to two stars because the laundry service is fine.
The service is very bad. My first order has been pending collection for at least 2 days. The support personnel were telling me promises that the issues will be sorted out but nothing happens on the ground. I wouldn't afford wasting more time using this app.
I tried regustering my account to use the service. But i was not able to hit the done option. Its disabled.

Earlier the app was good. I used to find the offers attractive. Now the charges are very high. Also the customer service is very pathetic. They don't even have basic information . They don't even know the details of driver! Chat option is very annoying no good input from the agent . Once the delivery was really out of schedule and I tried to call the number given by customer service, it was not existing.!! I had to check with the driver who previously delivered to get the correct number.
